Seddi fished up some Water Rations, eh? Sounds like Veluza is getting a snack later! ^_^
Re: smashed up Wide Lens
Seddi would actually be eying the item that Vernon fished up, rather than the very sparkly Prism Scale Akamu got. "I'd bet you that my Tinkaton could probably make somethin' reeeeaaaaallll nice with that, Vernon. Unfortunately, I don't have her with me right now, but she would definitely love to mess around with an item like that." Seddi ignores the laughter at Vernon's expense coming from the pond. Clearly, the water types in there don't appreciate just what it is that Vernon got from them! Maybe if it was combined with something like that Prism Scale...hmmmm...

An unseen force 'guiding 'the incense smoke to writh and twist around dear little Saph, the bright blue glow of the Saphire Pendant worn around her neck and held in the gauntlet'ed hand and the feels of something drapping across his shoulders - no, Bernhard wasn't afraid anymore. The weight of being 'the last hope' for the Gleams felt like it lifted, even if it was by just a little bit, upon that presence making itself known, upon the realization that it was there to support him. That is was there with him, that is has never left a single time since yesterday evening.
Quote:Yes. I will. Wake up, precious gem....
"...Thank you." Simple words perhaps, but Bernhard feels like there is no need to say anything more or anythingelse. His words, even if they were no more than a mere whisper spoken to something unseen, ringed and echoed back in his mind and in the dead-silence of the room where it was just him, his Pokemon-partners, Saph, and... eventually, Bernhard feels like he understands.
He returned Saph's gaze as she eventually and slowly woke up. He did not flinch away or reacted to the unpleasant sight of the state of her eyes, that unhealthy solid purple color they had - if anything, he took painful note of it, took it as an indication of how much the Curse has taken over the poor little girl, and how dire the situation was. Bernhard feels grateful that he has managed to come for help in Mr. Gleam's name, having been approached by him just a day or mere hours later might have been too late already - he does not want to think of such a possibility.
Her weak, soft and so very worn out words of greeting to him were met with subtle and (in Bernhard's terms) incrediby gentle smile and look. He felt like just one spoken word could tear dear Saph apart, break her, so weak and whispy she was laying there, being awake now at last... He carefully placed his natural hand on hers - ignoring how icy-cold the touch was - while his hand with the Gauntlet never lost a gentle grip around the Saphire Pendant of her. "...I know. I am here to help you, just like your dear mother has come to rescue me yesterday as I was concocting the medicine for you... If it weren't for her, I would not...be able to potentially cure you of the vile curse infesting your system, hope for you to see the world again would I have much less indeed, confidence that I can make a difference would I have a whole lot less..."
Quote:She smiles again, then gives you a curious look, so honest and pure you felt as if you were in front of a Holy Relic.
"Can....you help....Mr. Mage? If....you can't...."
She smiles, this one full of understanding.
Acceptance.
"I....won't.....blame you. Never...ever....ever...."
*looking beat, yet there's a confident undertone all subtly in between the lines* "Least I can do is try. ...Though it is not me you shall thank, nor my magical unicorn... It is her. She who has always been with you, and who is still with you now when you are at your weakest... Least I can do is repaying her, by doing what I - " *motions to Nirix, Myra and Zephy* " - what we can do to help you."
"Please, do not be afraid. Do not loose hope, for it never left in the first place. Please, trust in me. Trust in... her."
Quote:Save her. Please.
"I shall and I will."
Course of Action:
Do not respond here just yet, Windos. I'd like to discuss the course of action and the scene with you via PM at first. (incoming) sent
Bravery, against that which you Do Not Know, Forces Most Arcane and Evil. Resolve, to see this Tragedy be Unmade, to take a stand against this Unjust Cruelity. Purity, of Intent and Heart, Wishing so dearly that all will be Fine and Good for Little Saph.
These Feelings, these Ideals, these Truths....they form one, iron-clad Belief:
You Will save Saph.
You've seen similar eyes to the poor lass' before - on Hex Girls and Warlocks, or those that Trespassed one of The Boundaries. Given how close to Death she was, the nature of the Curse, and all the Ghosts and Spirits draw to her....you have a strong feeling that even if Cured, Saph won't ever be the same again.
Still. Better changed and well than same and dead. What happened to her was horrible, but maybe - no, she Will recover. Recover, and grow stronger for it.
The girl could see this, everything about you, and she simply smiled - worn, tired, but pure through and through.
"Yes...I know... Mama... told me... Ghost....Spirit Friend....Shared. Mama....Mama is the Best. Always....Always Helped....Anyone.......Good. Like.....You."
"You....Helped Her....Too. With....Medicine? Weak....Before....Stronger....Now. More....Here.....Not....There."
"Thank you....Mr. Mage. You....Saved Mama....Helped Papa....Maybe Make....Me Better..."
Will .
" *Soft Giggle* Okay. Okay. Do...Your Best....And Best Will Come. I...Promise. No...Matter What.....Don't....Regret. Okay?"
Okay.
Saph giggles again, content and happy, before she starts coughing again - and this time, a bit of blood and black phlem came up. Despite this she didn't appear in Pain or distress - she was at peace, total and true, as she smiled and gripped your hand so lightly. The chill was almost oppressive, and you could barely feel her....but she was there. There, with you.
And if you had anything to do about it, for the Whole World too.
---
Then, with great reluctance, you pulled away for dear Saph, your expression severe and Stoic. The same look you had when Tackling any Craft, Project, or unpleasant thing that dared bother you. Zephy, even in her foul mood, could not hold onto it with Saph's pure heartedness, and certainly not when you fully committed yourself to seeing her Cured. Giving you a solemn nod she returned to your shoulder and closed her eyes, preparing to give her all in Helping You.
Myra looked subdued by amazed, the scene before her tickling all her mystical senses like a feather and showing her things she never seen before. Once you got into gear, however, her expression soon matched yours - serious, firm, and ready. Her power was yours to command. Now, Then, and Forevermore.
Nirix....he looked....uncertain. Troubled. In all this time, he had only really contributed with his Horn and guarding her rest. He hadn't really done anything directly like the rest of you had. Even though you reassured him that he indeed helped....did he really. Truly....
...No. Not to him.
That would change.
The Mystical Unicorn's expression cleared. In its place: Commitment, Righteousness, and Pure Generosity.
Everyone was ready.
You. Saph. Zephy. Myra. Nirix.
You pull out a Bottle of Pancea, giving Saph one last look.
She smiles, and then closes her eyes. Waiting...and Hoping.
It was Time....To Begin
*****
*****
You began by painting a circle of chalk around the bed, mixed in with a little of the Pancea and imbued with the power Myra's Safeguard and Nirix's Heal Pulse, to block out all but the Evil Curse that lay within Saph. You throw a bit of the water into the air, using your natural Air Affinity to aerolite it into a fine mist to fall onto everything within the circle - something that your newest addition Spritzee helped greatly, their power and Specialties guiding you to make the most effective purifying mist possible.
Purify, Purify.
Evil, Banished.
Curse, Begone.
Music: ~ Tingsha Chakra Meditation Series #8 ~ 70 min. ~ 1st/Root thru 7th/Crown
You could feel the vile, HORRIBLE forces recoil from these, dispelled from the circle, before they came back with A VEGENCE, banging away at the barrier with enough force that you swayed, your link to the circle subjecting you to the same abuse.
Let us in. Let US IN. LET US I N ! Y O U C A N N O T S T O P U S !! Y O U W I L L N O T S A V E H E R !!!
Then * SHING!* - A Bright Blue Pulse of L i g h t burst out of The Sapphire Pendant, bolstering you and the circle and greatly easing your burden!
I am with you. Now save her. Save my Saph.
Preparations complete, you walk carefully over to the IV supporting Saph. Going to one of the ports - where you could add medication to the IV Mix - you carefully poured in the Panacea, making sure not a single drop was wasted. The bright, iridescent brew immediately caused the mix to brighten into bright, crystal white color, and you could see it slowly make its way into Saph.
Going back to her, you kneeled beside her. You placed one hand over the Pendant, and the other in the girl's hands.
Then, for the first time in a long time, you prayed.
Prayed, for innocent young Saph's SOUL.
Prayed, for her recovery.
Prayed, for the Evil that befell her to Be Gone.
Prayed, for All to end Well.
Prayed.....for a Brighter Tomorrow.
Praying, muttering arcane spells, you focused everything on Saph. On that foul, evil Curse. Focused on saving her and destroying IT, once and for all.
Saph squirmed, the Curse within her wracking her form as it fought harshly, viscously against the Panacea entering her veins, your Purifying Prayers, and the Love and Protection of the Pendant. Several times she whimpered and gripped your hand tight, the coldness eating into your with unnatural, aggressive Spite. Tears began to leak from her closed eyes - tears of blood.
She started coughing, more blood joining, and as you felt the fury and twisted satisfaction and mocking HATE from the Vile Curse, you realize it something: now that its Existence was truly Threatened, is was no longer merely 'content' to make Saph suffer, prolonging her torment and invalid condition. No, it was going to try and K I L L her, and make it A L L Y O U R F A U L T , M E D D L I N G S C I M I T A R .
Y O U W I L L S U F F E R. S A P H W I L L S U F F E R. R U B E N W I L L S U F F E R. E Z M E R E L D A W I L L S U F F E R. A L L W I L L S U F F ER! A L L W I L L S U F F ER F O R W H A T H E D I D !!!
Grim-face and desperate, you once more through to reach into your Core to provide everything to this Ritual to Banish this C U R S E and Cure Saph. A risky move, all the more so due to your recent overexertion and the earlier near coma inducing creation of the Mega Panacea. This could ruin you, but -

Nirix's stepped forward, looming over young Saph. His eyes were closed, his breathing even, and his concentration absolute. What remained of his horn glowed softly.....and then all at once it grew in a flash, a pink, ethereal horn in place of what was missing. Your Mystical Unicorn opened his eyes, and you could see It: His Belief.
He would do Good.
Nirix lowered his horn over young Saph, and breathed.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
The horn transformed into a ball of light, so pure it was blinding, before entering into Saph's Chest!

Nirix buckled, before gently collasping to the Floor, Fainted...
Myra fanned out her tails and howled.
Spritzee cheered you on.
You held onto Saph, never letting go. Never stopping Praying. Never giving up.
Zephy sang, worldless, soundless music of Spirit and SOUL as she was swept up in the waves of Purity, Goodness, and L i g h t .
Ezmeralda held tight, keeping you firm and protected as you saved her daughter.
The vile Curse screamed , angry and horrified as it was blasted and cleansed into the Great [ V o i d ].

Your head shot up with a gasp, sweat on your brow as you took a deep breath. That was....that was something else. Such Magic, such pureness and rightness....it was so overwhelm -
" Mr. Mage!"
*Pomp!*
You're taken out of your revelatory musing as something crashed into you shoulder. Snapping towards the it -
" Mr. Mage! You're alright! Yes, yes!! Mama said you would be okay, but it is good! Good to see you are alright!!"
- Was Saph Gleam, still dressed in her nightgown, hugging your shoulder and giving you a bright, sunny smile.
Her skin was still pale, her eyes that same gradual purple, and her hair seemed to float of its own accord....
But Saph Gleam was Healthy.
Saph Gleam was well.
Saph was Cured.
" Thank you. Bernard."
Another voice, behind Saph.
Looking past her, you see what appears to be an etheral woman, wearing a seafoam green dress and carmel brown hair, and blank green eyes. Around her neck was the Sapphire Pendant - now sporting what looked to be a Pupil and Iris within the gemstome.
The woman - Ezmeralda - gave you a tearful, grateful smile, clasping both hand to her heart.
Music: Void Stranger OST - Void
" Thank you for saving her."
Everyone gains 7 XP, No Negative Modifiers. You gain + 1 Will. Myra learns Heal Bell. Zephy Learns Sing. Spritze learnt Helping Hand. Nirix learned Healing Wish for 63 XP, loses 2 Will, Faints, and is Exhausted for the rest of the Day but gains Trait: Sanctifier - His Healing Moves are guaranteed to restore at least 2 HP or 1/2 at Target's HP (Heal Pulse and Healing Wish, respectively), and cures Basic Curses.

At The Survival Center...
@ Redstone , @ Iron
The guide lights up at the mention of The Rodger Dodger, excitedly nodding her head!
"Yes, we do! He's one of the best Independents that visits us, if not THE best! Every time he stops by, any of the real tough jobs or thorny problems are done so fast it'd make a Inflagetah blush! *Swoons* He's so handsome too....and a real charmer! Everyone always has a good time when The Dandy Man is around, Eh he he ~ !"
Well, looks like he has a strong following with this group - and probably any other Bounty Hunter or Mercenary Group, considering his status...
If Goodra is out, the guide girl is so bold as to ask them to carry her on their shoulder as they Tour, which the lovable and most huggable Dragon is more than delighted to comply with, hoisting her up like no biggie. She lets out her own cheer as she steadies herself before motioning over to the Fishing Ponds.
"Right! If you don't have anymore Questions, let's begin our Tour!!!"
The First Floor is mostly akin to a Pokemon World version of a Military Goods Store mixed with a Bass Pro Shop - it has just about everything you could ever want or need to rough and Tough it out in the Wilds! However, most of the PCs already have kitted out to Survive in the Wilds, so I don't imagine they'd be interested in buying anything - if you have something special you're looking for, however, the Guide will do her best to find it!
As for the Fishing portion of the Tour, she leads you over to a big indoor pond, complete with an artificial stream that flows into and out of it, chock full of plants, logs, and rocks! You could see a few Bugs and Birds nested about the place, but they seem uninterested in interacting with you - the guide explains they are there more for security and as a temp home for some recent and nicer rescues.
Now, onto the Fishing Items Roll!
Vernon: Gets + 1 Rarity Value on the D20, since he's already fished here before and has Pwee subtly guiding him to grab any goodies, since this was their former home.
Type: (1) Derp , Rarity: (3) + 1 = Omph
You fish up a badly smashed up Wide Lens - completely unrepairable and useless, but perhaps it could be used to make something else. Burbling laughter seemed to echo at your catch - de ja vu, da ja vu... Pwee, if out, gives you an affronted look. Turtwig simply sighs....
Akamu: Since you already have 2 Water Mons, I'll just have them search for an Item too with their own deluxe Rod! They + 1 of the Type of Item they get, and it won't be Trash by default unless you Roll a 1 on the D20!
Type: (4) + 1 = 5! That's something good! , Rarity: (19) REALLY good!
You fish up a Sparkling Prism Scale! Sells for about $3000 Poke, can be used to Evolve a Feebas into a Milotic that Sparkles (Not Shiny) when Traded, or can be used in Crafting to make a Beautiful Item out of it! When Held, 2D6 to ignore Chance Effects and Reflect them back on Target.
Seddi: More or less no modifiers for him - he caught Velzuna himself, but he's no much of a fisher in general and is more focused on exploring the land than Water
Type: (4) Not bad! , Rarity: (15) Not bad at all!
You end up reeling in a bag of High Quality Water Rations (3x Units) ! Any Water Types that eat these rations once per day gain 1.5 XP in 2 Encounters they participate in on the next day (Give it as Dinner -> 2 Encounters the next Day for more XP!) ! Also boosts Happiness of Water Pokemon that eat it too, though by how much varies.
Once that was done and you got your goodies - and anything else from the 1st Floor, the Guide gives you a decision - 2nd Floor (Offices and Bounty Hunter/Explorer 'Office'/Hangout, Basement (Big Hardware), or 4th Floor (The Holding Facility and Rescue Area). Which grabs your fan?
He'd twist the shining scale in his hands, seems like the waters were nice to him again. While he doesn't see a good use for it now a joke is in order, offering it to Lani with a chuckle.
"Why don't you hold on to it for now? I feel like it'd fit right in."
Turning to the others again.
"Good call on the Hardware, seems like a solid order."

Deciding to go from Bottom to Top, the guide gives sharp nod and points to the stairs that lead to The Basement - Holding all the Heavy Duty Hardware!
"Righty 'o! *Points Forward Dramatically!* That way, Goodra!"
Together, you enter the basement, and find much the same that Vernon did on his first go about the place - https://pokemonuranium.co/forum/showthre...8#pid80948
Your ever high spirited guide you to some soft couches and chairs and offers you to sit whi1e she exp1ains the bare basics of The Basement.
"First Stop - The Hardware Depot! This is where we ho1d and se11 our Heavy Duty Trave1 Vehic1es for the frontier, as we11 as a sma11 co11ection of Firearms 1ocated further inside. We a1so store and secure the vehic1es of various agencies and organization of our fair city, inc1uding our own First Response Units and Tour and Expedition Squad! If you want the very best to get around this great and wi1d Region then buying or renting one of our top-of-the-1ine vehic1es is THE best decision you can do!
"*Bashfu1* ...Prices are not cheap, though - bare minimum you can spend on transportation here is about $10000, and that's if you get the most bare bones option, and that is NOT what I wou1d recommend. Why? *Frowns* 'Cause, franx1y, it'd be p1ain stupid to cheap out on this. *Sighs* Not that many Tourists be1ieve me or that they can do 'fine' out in the wi1ds with on1y their Mons and grit, but a11 the missing persons reports and severe Wounds says it a11 - the Wi1ds of Suta1or are dangerous. Extreme1y so - you Foreigners have are Fortunate to have most1y Tame Wi1ds, or your worst parts secu1ded from the rest. Here? It's b1eeding EVERYWHERE, even creeping into our Sett1ements from time to time! Why I heard that a F1utter Mane was spotted by some beyond Fortunate sou1 - most peop1e don't get off so easy catching their attention. At a11.
"*Huffs* Point is, Suta1or is not for softees or those that can't afford the hardship it gives away as if they're party favors. The Wi1ds ho1ds bounties and treasures with no equa1 to anywhere e1se in the Wor1d....but so too are its threats. They don't ca11 our Region 'Insane' or 'A Death Wor1d' for no reason, those wusses.
"*Sighs* Anyway, if you want to get between any of the Sett1ements in Suta1or safe and fast as you can - and trust me, you do un1ess you are prepared for weex 1ong trecxs between p1aces - then you HAVE to get some form of Transportation. Ah, and if you're wondering about F1ying or Te1eporting, that stuff ain't happening un1ess you have SUPER powerfu1 Mons. The distances between cities and towns are so vast, and the 1and so charged with mystica1 mumbo xumbo, that most Te1eporters are SO1 or run the possib1ity of fragging themse1ves doing 1ong hops, whi1e F1ying....
The guide grimaces. "...1et's say that the atmosphere and air are home to some right nasty critters that don't p1ay so nice1y to intruders. Un1ess your F1yer can trave1 at sub-sonic speeds or is stronger than a roided out Gyarados, don't do more than short 1ow atmosphere f1ights. Trust me on this.
" We do have a Te1eport Networx estab1ished - big o1' thanxs to the Scims for he1ping with THAT! - but it's hiddeous1y expensive in terms of Cost and Energy it guzz1es down. It's pretty much in the proto-type stages right now, and is on1y used by the super wea1thy Riss - Tourists , by META or AEGIS Agents needing fast ro11 outs, or for rapid transportation of materia1s for those that can afford it. You guys don't appear SUPER rich, so I can't recommend that way of trave1ing."
The woman *C1aps her Hands* , a11 smi1es once more!
"Now, are any of you interested in seeing what we have to see for Transportation and Firearms, or wou1d you prefer to save that for another time?"
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.

Oh my. Yes, that certainly earnt you another shot at gaining Meza's trust!
Empathy Roll - 2nd Chance with Meza
8D6 - 2 + *2 (Relatable) + (+1 Success [Inspiring]) = 8D6 +1
(1)(3)(2)(4) (4)(5)(2)(1) + 1 + previous 1 - 1 = 4 Successes
You speech, impassioned as it was, and the message you were sharing as you bore your heart....it resonated with the fluffy dragon, if only a bit. Slowly, gradually, the shuffled forward and closer to you, not quite leaving their 'cave' but giving you a good look at them as you told your tale. Meza was...not in the greatest condition. Her fur, which should have been impeccably groomed, was matted and dull, as if she couldn't have been bothered to take care of it herself. An invisible weight was pressed on her shoulders by how hunched they looked, and she had a sad, melancholy frown.
At the end of the story, as you impacted that critical question, Meza head hung low, saddened yet....contemplative. Once you gave your promise, she looked up, her expression, already hard to parse, was more unreadable.
"....Prrrrmgggggmaaah..."
Its cry was....not happy. Not hopeful. But...somewhat accepting.
Slowly, they turned and retreated back into their 'burrow', curling up once more - this time, though, they were facing you as they 'rested' ...
Tiffany had an unreadable expression, their face so plain and neutral it was almost uncanny, before they blinked and favored you with a sad but hopeful smile.
"Now that....was beautiful. From Death, New Beginnings Unfold. From Sacrifice, one can truly Grow. Meza....I think she appreciates the message it in her own way. You're free to come back and visit her anytime - she isn't going anywhere anytime soon, I think, given what we ask for her, and what she needs from someone.
Once you go to pay for Dite, though, Tiffany stops you, her expression....thoughtful. And perhaps....deviously helpful?
"I have a.....proposal for you. Nobody so far has....touched lil' Meza like that. Not like you. With you own sorrowful story yet triumphant Return....I think you'd be a good fit for her. Not now, though - she'll need more time to warm up to you. If you're willing to keep visiting her everyday and get her to thaw.....I could convince the store to sell her to you for Half Price. *Smirks* Especially if you do a Couple of Favors for us, or are willing to Work here 'pro-bono' for a few days and Events. *Smiles* What do you think of that, Oz?"
Essentially - Put off buying Dite or not buy them and save your Poke to work on Bonding and Buying Meza later for 1/2 Off, in exchange for Owing the Store in Time and/or Big Favors. What do you think?
Note: You can still buy Dite, but then you're going to have to scramble to get a lot of Poke to buy Meza later - or put yourself more in debt with Tiffany and the Store for a bigger discount....
Note 2: Do remember this Moment happened prior to the Raffle - Oz doesn't know what Tiffany is yet.
Oz was so worried about Meza. Her condition was like a dagger piercing in her heart. Through her tears Oz put a hand in her mouth while with the other she put a hand in Meza's face.
“You poor thing. I…” Oz almost goes to give Meza a hug, but…Oz controls her boundaries since Meza might not like Oz invading her space like that. Oz is probably breaking some boundaries by simply touching Meza.
Oz looks at Tiffany still with tears in her eyes. He looked down, and then cleaned her eyes. “Thank you…I will come here when I can.”
—
Oz was about to adopt Dite, still some way down in not being able to adopt Meza…however, Tiffany's proposal…it sparked new life to Oz. She thought for a few seconds, and then nodded in acceptance. “I would like to ask a few questions. I will not adopt Dite now (maybe in the future when I get enough poke). The possibility of adopting Meza is…amazing. I promise to try to come everyday to visit Meza, but there is a certain time where I will need to…do a perilous mission with companions of mine, but it will take time until that time comes. I choose to hold the adoption of Dite for now. I think I can also help at the café at times. And…well…What kind of favors I could do? And is there a chance in the future to adopt Dite?"

Tiffany smi1ed in de1ight at your commitment to comforting Meza, but your vague admittance to the Hunt and your part in it caused their eyebrows to shoot up to their hair1ine.

If you're going to he1p at the Cafe you're going to have to spend about....hmm....about a Weex, Dawn, Morning, or Afternoon, at 1east twice per day( 2 Encounters for about 5 - 7 Days). No pay, but if you do a good enough the customers or our adorab1e critters might have something specia1 for you anyway! A1ternative1y...."
The woman's smi1e turns s1y for a moment, so brief you cou1d have imagined it.
".... A few errands and hand1ing an odd thing or two the shop can't easi1y do. *Chucx1es* Oh, that 1oox...! *Waves you off* Don't worry, none of it is i11ega1. Hard, yes, dangerous, maybe, but nothing tru1y terrib1e! *Appraising Stare* Considering you're about to go off soon to do something harrowing yourse1f...we11, I be1ieve you are no stranger to such things. *Smi1es* Sti11, this is on1y an offer - you're free to dec1ine, or simp1y pay the fu11 amount once you can and dear Meza warms up to you."
So....either worxing off some of the cost, do some grunt worx of somewhat dubious but acceptab1e (enough) nature, or going on a 1oot/Trainer Batt1e winning spree to gather the funds the hard way. Whichever it wou1d be, you got a 1ong way to go!

Oz wave her hand to calm the waitress. “Don't worry. And yes, it is kinda dangerous, but I need to help in whatever I can. I am a medic in training, and it is my oath to save lives.”
Oz thinks for a few seconds and then asks Tiffany. “That first offer looks really interesting. This place looks like a cool place to work with. I may ask something however about it: Can my Pokemon help in giving tips and all that? My partners are excellent and might help quite a lot. And again, there might be a time where I will meet my friends to deal with a problem on a mission. A life and death situation. And my skills as a medic are necessary. And if I accept, when can I start? Tomorrow?
“Those odd errands…what are they exactly? I want to know better before I accept. I want to be aware of what kind of dangers I might face. And when it starts.”
"About Dite...just in know there might be a hope I feel a bit more calm. I will try my best to adopt Dite."

He'd crack a smile as well
"Definitly, even more so after that explanation. I'm very curious to see what the locals have come up with to try and best the wilderness when needed. With how crazy everything has been so far this stuff is bound to be as well and I don't want to waste the opurtunity while we're already here."
"What do ya say Lani, up to see some different types of weapons then you're used to back home?"

Re: next stop of the tour!
"Sounds like a smart idea to me to go up one floor at a time. Saves a bunch of walking up and down stairs."
Vernon hands the Wide Lens over without a thought.
You can see an emotion in his eyes when he spots the Prism Scale - not a covetousness, though. "Ah, that brings back memories. We used to find Feebas on the farm back home, just every now and then, when they'd swarm in the irrigation ditches."
For vehicles:
"How many people can fit in one vehicle? Is there something Wilds-capable that can handle a whole party on one set of wheels? Can they outspeed dangerous Pokemon? Can they withstand a first attack?"
For firearms:
"All I'd like to know about is the kind of firearms that would have a chance against unusually powerful Pokemon. Anything useful in defense against Pseudos or stronger?"

Vehicles:
“That depends on the kind you want, and what tech they have. Smallest are our one person cycles, the two man cycles or Forestress Buggies, then 4-Man Scizor Jeeps and Escavaler Convoys, and lastly Durant Class All Terrain Transports! And those are only the standard models - we got more specific designs for speed , defense, or pure firepower. All the vehicles themselves can survive a heck of a lot of abuse, with the best dapple of tanking Hyper Beams without chipping the paint! *Winces* Though if you go with more budget options that protection is more focused on the vehicle itself, if you catch my drift. Same applies to cycles, but they make up for it with speed and mobility - these are the ones to avoid about anything if you can afford to spare on protection. Lastly, our more advanced models of vehicles have Pocket Room Tech - more space on the inside than out! Better ones could fit a whole household, gym, and mini Center! SUPER expensive, but between all they offer and the immense amount of protection they have their is no safer option to travel Sutalor!”
Super Guns:
“*Sharply Raised Brows* Why in the world…? You don’t fight those sorts of critter unless you have a damn good team and/or Military Grade Hardware. You hide, you run, or you do every you can to get it to spare ya - or only take you, if all else fails. Avoidance is a stronger deterrent than any fire arm or Mon - the powerful monsters tend to make themselves KNOWN in an area. Diplomacy could work too, if you are someone like Queendim Killer or Shiva the Redoer, though I don’t recommend it unless you can afford to.
“*Sighs* …We do have some guns that could put up a decent fight against Pseudos, if you truly insist. Mostly Shotguns and Single Shot Rifles, but we do have an Beedrill Uzi and Broken Butterfree Magnum in stock we managed to snag from so professional mercenaries looking to trade up. None of them are cheap, and the kind of Ammo you need to do more than diddly is just as pricey or hard to make - or illegal outside of Military use, like Uranium Rounds or Dire Bio Buckshot. Don’t make those things, or at least don’t do it anywhere near a settlement. Or if it’s used to saving and defending lives - eyes go Flash blind if it’s for a good cause, having stuff you really shouldn’t.”
