I wouldn't take what Miss Fortune says to heart. She's the sort to think 'tact' and 'Willful restraint' and 'basic decency' are athema to experiencing life to the fullest. Add into the fact that she's distinctly NOT human and has distinctly skewed perspectives..... yeah take what she has to say with a salt shaker. 

But enough of that - let's see how Sylvia navigates the world after her revelation.

Addedium to S-Iron Trends: Dex Entry is limited, due to how rare the species is and how seldom studied they are due to their extreme temper and territorialness. Cross an angry elephant with a hippo, then give it the ability to fire various kinds of depth charges at you to get an idea of 'why' nobody is in a hurry to figure it out. Only thing that IS commonly known is that IF one is appeased then its possible to get them to transport you across great stretches of water with near 100% guaranteed safety - legend states it can sense those that need their aid, or those that love to ride the waves, and adjusts their attitudes accordingly. Diet consists of hydro power and Misty/Fairy energies, though it will accept electrical energy in a pinch.

@Iron - slipped my mind, but S-Iron Treads can also be taught Waterfall, if you can manage to find a source for the Move.
