Between Sylvia being in the middle of a minor encounter, having a moderate one left (planned to meet Seddi), being Psychic and with another Psychic 'mon, and having Fortune's Interest...

How fast can she get there?

She'll get their fast enough to Revive Oz (Since I haven't started your Minor Encounter, I won't count that against you too) , if they go through with their Grand Sacrifice. Her Species + Insight + Empathy + Fortune's Interest will make Oz' DEATH light up and blar like a siren to her, so you don't even need OOC Knowledge or waste time reading a Text to make a break for it.

Taking all the other qualities listed..... I'll roll a 1D20 . If the result is 15 or Higher, then the Resurrection won't be as Costly as it would be for a 'secondary' option.

Oh, I didn't even consider Wish + Baton Pass + Max Revive!

If you do THAT Combo, it will Resurrection Oz with little to no cost to Oz AND at Range....but expect to take a BIG hit to your Will and a lingering Debuff to pull off that Hail Mary. Enough that you don't even have to give up your Moderate Encounter if you're willing to take an even bigger hit to Will and said debuff.

...I am. To be quite honest, I...I never imagined I could have such chance to make Oz greatest wish to come true...I never imagined it could be even a option. I just...I just to hear the other opinions before I start writing my post.

Seddi doesn't know what's going on (yet), but if he's informed of what happened after the fact, he would absolutely beeline straight to Oz.  He's got the encounter slots for it, and he has some tricks that might make the revival less punishing.  He's prepared specifically for situations like this, in fact.  Probably more than most of the other PCs.

*Crying like a crybaby because of the overemotional scene.* To be honest. Even in my wildest dreams I could ever imagined Oz would get her sister back. That a miracle would indeed happens. I sorry if I didnt respond the message yet Windos. I just very overwhelming with happiness like no else...

Oz was the character with one of the saddest backstories I ever did to any char in Pokerole...Heck, maybe than any RPG campaigh I ever did. And see her having her sister back to her arms...*Sinif* I-I...
