What does 'a claim' mean in this very context? Not the word itself, but the meaning in this context; at best with an example please for a most informed decision on my end.

EDIT: I'm for everything that is less deadly and everything that gets me my Gauntlet back. Aka, accepting the Deal, but give me a night and workshift to think it over before 100%ly deciding.
