Someone can tell me where I can find Praseonpunk and Neopunk?

well to avoid actual spoilers here's how

Spoiler

beat the championship once (not sure the one with urayne or beat theo aka rechallange)
2nd requirement is to have AT LEAST 2 pokemons that isnt fainted and not an egg. but to be sure, bring a team
then keep spamming pc until it shows a screwed up text version of the pc, press c and you got teleported
inside will be a simon says minigame, clear it and voila you battle praseo and neo

Extra notes:
-Praseo and Neo Will be quite strong as both are lvl 90
-you need to catch one of it in battle. that means you can only get one of it. get another by trading for it
-turn the music up :v
-already having either one will disable the event trigger

I've defeated the league twice, so that shouldn't be a problem...
But does "keep spamming PC" mean turning it on and then immidietly turning it back off and repeat?
I might just have to spend more time, but I've been trying for some time now.

Well, I fight again the League to make sure. And you need to resolve a puzzle. One thing I must warn: Bring a solid team with good levels. Around level 100. And with some moves to not kill imediatly. And have at least two Pokemon. Not fainted and withoug eggs in your party.

It is 1% chance to happen. So a pretty low chance. Just keep spamming it :p

My team was all under level 80, and managed just fine. Just be sure to know the move strength of the first two Pokemon in your party, and you should be able to get their HP down to a manageable level.

Also... you only have to beat the Championship the first time. I got my Neopunk before I did my second Championship run.

Interesting way to implement these Pokémon, but it loses point for forcing you to kill one off, and have to trade for the one you didn't catch later. Still, its a creative way to get it, none of the less! I pity the person who accidently triggers this encounter without being prepared, though...
