[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Given that the Corebook itself states that 'Alakazam's psychic powers can be terrifying' and I'm building up a positive relationship to Helios, he should not have that big problems to teleport to a recently visted Pokemon Center that lays a little away or another frequently visited place.

Like... "Oh hell! Helios, we're late for college/work at the daycare!" *teleports and still arrives in time*

I would not go with Fly, as both Shiva and Nathan have Pokémon that can Teleport all over the region. I actually want to see what Strength is like on Breloom, ho estly, but it's highly unlikely to ever get an HM unless we get REALLY fortunate...

Teleport is powerful, but it's still very limited in how you can move around.  There's limitations on how far and where you can travel based on how powerful the pokemon is and which locations you've visited recently, since you need to arrive there via the help of psychic energy.

While Teleporting across the region is possible, let's keep in mind that Teleport will only take you back to the last Pokemon Center you used in the games, so doing that in-game means traveling across the entire region without using a Pokemon Center even once, and then Teleporting back.

I think Teleport is a bit more flexible in Pokerole than in the games, mate, but they are still clear limitations as you said. Teaching fly to Noibat would be a good idea, and Surf would be useful in charting the open seas at the very least!

Facade seems like an easier choice, if I just want a move with pure bashing power.

Done. Sorry for the slight trouble!

Stary doesn't even learn bubble.  If it did, I'd use it since it's a spread move.

Hasn't learned bubblebeam yet either.  Just plain ol Water Gun over here.

It will be interesting how you will make a comeback at this point! Dragon strike has wiped out Fenniken, so the rest of his mons has free reign to steamroll your team. Things are no time looking good, my love....

Addressing the other side of the battle, nice job @Dragonstrike! Now Kirlia and Porygon can just have a good time with buffing and dumping damage on the rest of Shiva's team. Keep it up, mate! And you'll win this fight in no time flat!

Oh, Dragon, good job. You enraged Shiva! Nothing personal.

Hopefully he can quell that anger slightly.

Also, I just remembered Comite is a possibility for pokemon #6 on Shiva's side as well. Almost completely forgot about it, tbh.

Well, looks like Nathan's opting to be merciful. Not what Ventus would normally do, as he prefers fast, no hold bar Pokémon battles, but this style allows Shiva to at least have a chance now....
