Who else is having lunch with Mallorn? Or did word not even go out?

I guess it didn't in time, as everyone including Shiva herself was busy. It'll be only her for lunch.

I don't recall seeing anything saying Shiva mentioned lunch with Mallorn beforehand at all.  Only mention was in the flashforward at the end of the day.  I didn't gloss over something while I was at work, did I?

Seeing as everyone else in game is doing some task in game around the time lunch time with Mallorn is going to happen, why not let Shiva tackle it alone and convey any pertinent info to the group in the morn, if any is said? Saves us all time in the short and long run, so why not?

It just leaves a slightly bitter taste in my mouth that Shiva is purposely leaving everyone else out of it when Mallorn did imply he was expecting more than just Shiva :/

Mallorn does know Nathan's the only one in the current party with one of his pokedexes, though, so that might get Nathan involved in meeting Mallorn somehow regardless of whether Nathan knows beforehand, I imagine...

I was thinking about doing exactly that, as I already stated how Shiva would share all the info concerning Bill etc. with the others in the morn of the next in-game Day one way or the other, so she might as well play messanger for any relevant info Mallorn will have. ^^

I'm fine with waiting, as I got stuff to do, but it seemed like things have slowed to a crawl a while back, so I decided to pose the question and speed things back up a little! As for that trade, that will have to wait until at least tomorrow when the Sableye Garnet is finished being cut and can be sold for a Metal Coat, so that we can get the trade/evo outa the way ASAP. Look forward to seeing what sort of quality you have in mind in the park, my love~

Also, concerning the Hotel you rented, would that take up an Encounter slot for both our characters, or is it something we both have to be at by that time after the Evening Encounters? Curious to know, is all!

Hey, not really 'purposely'! All of you people ran away in-game and followed your own business before I could even have Shiva mention her meeting up with him in any way, and the others can always meet up with him the next Day if desired. Plus, whenever the group meets up or speaks with him, the others are mostly talking with him while Shiva mostly listens or adds a few thoughts at best, so it does do well to her that she can talk freely with him now.

There was plenty of opportunity to talk with Nathan in the lobby while he was sorting things out with Furret.  Would have been very obvious he was there.  Or Shiva could have texted people with her new phone :/

Plus, it felt kinda purposeful OOC from the wording of things.

I don't think fine dinning, using that hot tub IF desired and in general letting them somehow and kinda blushy agree to attempt being more than dear friends once Reshiram Plush is finally handed to Ven and Luvdisk is bought would take an Encounter Slot? Unless a Training Session for the Pokemon is involved or such.

If you want to be let in on the proceedings, you could always arrange a flashback for Shiva to briefly go up to him and inform him of such, or Iron could cut the knot and actually send a message to everyone in the group that he was in the area as a form of redundancy. Ven's made his choice, but if Nathan would honestly want to be there for reasons than that could be accommodated easily. The format of the campaign makes retcons and amendments rather easy, methinks.

Yes, I very much encourage flashbacks. It's a waste of time to stand around every morning. Just do your morning talking in flashbacks while you're doing the day's business, waiting for me to resolve new things!
