In the Sarimanok exhibit, there's only one guy - an older gent who is fast asleep on a bench, snoring loudly. There are a few signs he might be an academic: notebooks sprawled around him, inkstains on his pocket, and a magnifying glass and compass clipped to his backpack.

Hmmm...what to do...oh, I know!

Well, first, we gotta wake him up.  So let's try the simple approach first...

(...) Another Objective completed, I'll update things later as I'll be heading to bed then. Approaching the last one for Violet Tent: Finding someone who looks like a zealous Bug Catcher. How would they react to Yena featureing Maquerain-like wings and hearing about a her having a "...Bug Type that's very very rare here in Chreshire and is named after a tasty campfire snack AND being willing to part with it?"

The closest you find is a gal with three Parasect. They glare out from their mushrooms with luminous eyes, and similarly, she is sitting beneath the fringe of her booth's table, watching the footwear of passerby and stirring a cauldron of something that smells like mushrooms.

Yena's wings startle her as they snap into place, but she makes only a tiny "eep."

The sign says "Maria's Decoctions" but offers no other illumination as to what her booth's purpose is.

I guess I forgot one thing that I actually wanted to added to the buyings at the start of Violet Tent-visit: Some yarn or thread to tie it into that Greenleaf Destiny Knot at an appropriate time. 0$, available at this place at all?

Aww, and from the looks of it the Parasect-line can't know Silver Wind under normal conditions, as the idea is to trade off Smore for cash and enough demonstartion to tutor this move to Tricwe. There's still hope though, if not possible now we'll resume to Plan B!)


Regardless whether Shiva will trade of Smore here to Maria or not, her booth has definitely caught her attention. Discretly gesturing Yena to stay a little back with on hand, she crouches down to reveal more than the light-pink chucks she usually wears and only watches with interest what is being brewed in the cauldron for a little, all while Raphael is providing his usual comforting and soft aura.

"Eh.... Hello and excuse me if I startle or startled you", she eventually speaks up, "but I couldn't help to pick up the smell of something being brewed or cooked from mushrooms. Are you using the tochukasos of your three Parasect to create traditional herbal medicine?"

String for the Greenleaf has to be specially prepared, so it will actually cost $200 and it takes an Encounter to tie.

A trio of very tiny Ledyba appear from Maria's sleeves and run up the table. They come back with a little vial of blue liquid, and pop the cork. "Pelipper Pep Potion. Gives you wings! Try a bit! It's a free sample, you'll like it!"

The potion smells spicy! And a little bit like a Chesto Berry. The label, written in crayon, implies a full-sized vial of this potion would let the user stay up all night with no loss of Will.

Having 'survived' two Mystery Berries in one go she's carefully positive to not mind the spicyness of the potion, so the free sample-vial is emptied in one go. It 'gives one wings'...? "How much would you want for full vial, out of curiosity?" (Would Nightshade using Worry Seed on Shiva work, actually? Sounds unpleasant, but it'd theoretically do the trick of keeping her awake if needed.)

Shiva blinked a few times as she could feel a literal wave of refreshing energy washing through her neural pathway - it was incredibly refreshing and she already enjoyed it. Humm.... There is her hope to meet the wild Eevee and Umbreon in Stair and Cress City's streets during night amongside Vaporeon and now the young Eevee as well (when it hatched, that is), and she could actually never know when it might be crucial or indespensable to stay up a whole night without getting tired during this journey.

Watching Maria's business a little more with a light smile and pondering expression, she eventually spoke notably carefully up. "...I indeed like that potion, you're right. Nice aroma! .....Now then, listen. Your cute Ledyba also caught my attention - oh no, not in that way!~ It's more like I've been searching for someone who could help me out a little as I'm, well, let's call it an amateur Move Tutor always trying to better in this field. A few days ago I met a weird horde of Buglike Pokemon I didn't recognize, and I caught three of them. One I'm keeping. One I'm yet unsure what to do with. One I'm searching a new home for - it's a small and cute fierly ant."

It gets summoned in an instant and eagerly clatters its mandibles a bit, but it seems to not like being in Shiva's presence as it fainted on her command.

"'Smore' is what it's called and it's from a region I never heard of either before I came here to Chreshire. Oh, and while it can generate a bit of fire, it's no actual Fire Type, so it should get along wonderfully with your Parasect and Ledyba! Speaking of these... *cough* I wish to teach Silver Wind to the bug I'm keeping, but I'm in need for some demonstration of the move to do well. Ah, not in a battle, no! Just seeing your bugs using the move should do the trick. .........So.... I'd let you have this fierly ant for your help on this, a full vial of the Pelipper Pep Potion and 600$. Interested...?" *more encouraging smiling and good karma from Raphael*

(Value of Smore = 1500$ as stated - 500$ for the Potion and I'll substract another 400$ for a demonstration of Silver Wind that'll allow to me to tutor the move to Tricwe sometime = 600$ remain. Does that sound fair and agreeable?)
