(They are all healed, and only Lovely and Basteele didn't Faint in that last fight [Technically in Basteele's case], so does that mean we have an Encounter's worth of time before we entered the Skull Ruins? )

It's a different fossil, much smaller. Obviously she has left the workshop a few times since you saw her last, but she definitely hasn't cleaned the place in all that time.

"Professor Laurelin can revive fossils, but I'm afraid it's quite an expensive process. Usually reserved only for researchers, or for those who've donated large sums to the Museum. Sometimes she takes on short-term interns - you can get an application form at the front desk, for internships or grants. Grants are for rare Fossils only, like Tyrantrum or something."

Suppose that means we're filling out one of those forms!  Truth be told, Nathan does find the archaeology mildly interesting...and the Toenail Fossil is almost certainly going to qualify for the rare Fossil category.

The other thing Nathan is looking for while in the museum is anyone that might seem particularly interested in purchasing that Big Bullion...if someone like that is hanging out anywhere in this building, it'd probably be in the Sarimanok exhibit, right?

Since the battle finally have ended, Heart makes a quick stop on the Pokemon Center to make some preparations. He changes his team to this line up party: Gustav, Typhon, Nidorino, Golett, Gargryph and Delta Onix. He then try to find anyone willing to do a pokemon battle. 6x6. 700 Pokedollars. Dual battle to be more quick.

(Nope, since Cress City doesn't do Trainer Battles! You either have to challenge the Gym, do a Training Session, Tea Ceremony, or fight wild Pokémon/RP to get that sweet XP!)

(Then I have another solution. Not going to pass the rest of the adventure with low Pokedollars)

After such tremendous battle, Heart decided to finally do what he have on mind: To search the Uper Layer of the Skull Ruin to find a Teleport user pokemon. He NEED a pokemon for better traveling. He puts Alphonse in the place of Delta Onix for better control and in case put in sleep any kind of that pokemon. Just a teleport pokemon would be awesome.

You come around from the west side of the Ruins. This area used to be a great Gardens leading up to the palace, but now it's all ruined statues, sunken pools of foul water, treacherous shifting stone paths, and Tall Grass. 

At the edge of the western gardens you can see the beginning of the Barrow Downs, where the kings of old rest - along with their servants, armies, and enemies. 

Suddenly, a statue turns to look at you! It lifts a stone arm to remove its face...a Yamask!

From a fallen stone cyclops head, a Duskull fades into being! And another, and another, and another - four Duskull in all, plus the Yamask! Heart and Terra are surrounded...in all directions but one.

Within an arch where two statues have fallen against each other, a light burns, and runes cover the stonework. A gloved hand beckons to you from the safety of the arch.

The herculian man stifled a sigh and shake of his head at Heart's words + choice to stay and fighter, rather than drawback to the arch/mysterious but helpful hand, and instead hardened his expression as he silently stepped forward beside them, plucking off his Net Ball and summoning Lovely along side/around the collector's own Pokémon almost an instant later. Right now he didn't care about the weird looking living statue they summoned, only their was only threats that needed to be handed promptly.


The aquatic serpent quickly assessed what the situation was and got battle ready almost immediately once they got their bearings, glaring at all the treacherous spirits with air of cool calm hostility. If they though they could haunt them, their caretakers, or their charges, then he'll banish them all to back from the grave they've risen from!

Order: Summon Lovely to help fight off the Ghosts with Heart, since he insists on staying and fighting. Time to be the Ghostbusters again!

(...) Another Objective completed, I'll update things later as I'll be heading to bed then. Approaching the last one for Violet Tent: Finding someone who looks like a zealous Bug Catcher. How would they react to Yena featureing Maquerain-like wings and hearing about a her having a "...Bug Type that's very very rare here in Chreshire and is named after a tasty campfire snack AND being willing to part with it?"

The closest you find is a gal with three Parasect. They glare out from their mushrooms with luminous eyes, and similarly, she is sitting beneath the fringe of her booth's table, watching the footwear of passerby and stirring a cauldron of something that smells like mushrooms.

Yena's wings startle her as they snap into place, but she makes only a tiny "eep."

The sign says "Maria's Decoctions" but offers no other illumination as to what her booth's purpose is.

I guess I forgot one thing that I actually wanted to added to the buyings at the start of Violet Tent-visit: Some yarn or thread to tie it into that Greenleaf Destiny Knot at an appropriate time. 0$, available at this place at all?

Aww, and from the looks of it the Parasect-line can't know Silver Wind under normal conditions, as the idea is to trade off Smore for cash and enough demonstartion to tutor this move to Tricwe. There's still hope though, if not possible now we'll resume to Plan B!)


Regardless whether Shiva will trade of Smore here to Maria or not, her booth has definitely caught her attention. Discretly gesturing Yena to stay a little back with on hand, she crouches down to reveal more than the light-pink chucks she usually wears and only watches with interest what is being brewed in the cauldron for a little, all while Raphael is providing his usual comforting and soft aura.

"Eh.... Hello and excuse me if I startle or startled you", she eventually speaks up, "but I couldn't help to pick up the smell of something being brewed or cooked from mushrooms. Are you using the tochukasos of your three Parasect to create traditional herbal medicine?"
