Not to nag or put to fine a point on it, but I believe everyone is waiting to see what your decision is regarding whether or not those Fossil/Ancient Pokemon are going to be pulled into the past/future with everyone else, among other things maybe? Kinda wondering why there has been a delay in that, unless you are waiting for everyone else to chime in on this. Considering we all said you got dibs on what Pokemon you wanted and you have final unopposed say on who gets LURCHED! with everyone or not in this instance, though.....

Yeah, sorry about the delay. Waiting on Iron to answer some additional questions I sent in a PM before I post what I have in mind. It's also been a busy day/night for me.

Welp, looking at the bright side, Sarimanok never have the unfortanely to have anger the devil Pokemon Giratina, be drag to the Reverse world and problably have paintful death for trying to literally end the universe and kill everything and everyone (Because I one hundred percent certain Cyrus might have suffer A LOT by the hands of Giratina. He is called the devil pokemon for a reason).
But anyway, if ever dare to think in control one Legendary Pokemon, my friend, the only thing you can expect its results in big failure. Even more if you talking about one of the three golem pokemon, who was made by the same Pokemon who can moves entire continents with his bare hands! Even if the Golems dont have THAT level of power, you can be sure they have a fraction of power, and problably Reggirock alone could destroy a entire kingdom for sure if angered. Since in the Pokerole its not the same thing as the games, since Legendary are pratically gods or at least demi-gods.
Or two warring factions that hope to expand the land/sea, only to get more than they bargained for. Or a disillusioned individual bent on committing worldwide genocide via powering a super weapon with Legends that embdoy life and death itself, followed by said legends waking up just before the weapon is fired and partnering with his arch nemesis to take him down. And let's not even get into the whole debacle with the UBs and Necrozma.
Ghetsis and Cyrus have had the best success/strategy for controlling Legendary pokemon by far, as their methods didn't inherently backfire on them for one reason or another. Of course, Cyrus's plan was stopped by circumstances outside of his control, but the Red Chain plan was still lacking in flaws. And Ghetsis successfully bent Kyurem to his will with the help of Colress's technology...
And then there's Cipher and their Shadow Pokemon project bending Legends to their will.

As far as Cyrus's ultimate fate...all we really know about that (OOC) is he chose to stay in the Distortion World because it's exactly the kind of place he desired to be in, ironically enough. We also know there's running water in the Distortion World, but food is another matter entirely...not sure what exactly he might be eating in there...oh, and as far as Giratina's role in all that was, all we really know about that is that it dragged Cyrus there specifically to foil his attempts to bend time and space...but after that, I think it kinda left Cyrus to his own devices in that realm.

Forcibly controlling them almost always ends badly, yes (mostly for plot reasons). Of course, in pokerole, how powerful Legends are and whether they are captured/befriended is always up to storyteller discretion.
Another thing to consider though is that Regirock going crazy didn't happen until after Sarimanok's rule had ended, so nothing really went wrong for Sarimanok himself as far as the history books know.
Well, UBS it's not technically Legendary Pokemon. They are more hyper dimensional beings with great power who maybe rival the power of Legendary Pokemon, but I think they are not Legendary Pokemon. Maybe Necrozma could be considered a good to his connection with light and be the ancient life of Alola. And his alchemist origins of his.
Like I once say before, Cyrus was a nihilist, a person who don't believe in nothing. Or a a misanthrope who literally hates humanity. And Ghetis...he was only another tyrant wannabe. In the end, eventually someone would flaw their plans sooner or later. The funny it was because of a child, heh.
Nah, I prefer to think he have some punishment. He literally wanted to end ALL existence using the Pokemon who rules them. The hell is filled with people who did less than him.
About the crazy thing...all I can say Karma was already upon him.

Yes! The Jirachi gifts all cause some sort of alteration. You can pick one for yourselves if you like, and I put some in the initial description.
The choice is permanent, however, because your characters didn't know what would happen either. I may think of other effects for the gifts later.

I have a slight idea about the new appearance. Nothing much drastic but here the description:
The ember you have say Iron, red tattoos in the form of flames around his arms, a symbol of a flaming heart in his chest (in the place where his real heart is), and a lock of his hair take a scheme of black red colors. Is acceptable Iron?
When you say start a fire without matches or fire types, what you mean by that?

@ Lord Windos, if you wish for a group meeting soon to share all what Terra has learned/realized from the encounters with Deoxy+Jirachi and how strange it was for him, that's fine for me if it won't take too long to play out. Excuse me if I sound impatient or similar, but instead of flavour things I'm prefering to progress with the plot and our way to Teazel Valley, the Safari Zone and eventually Elanor at the moment... Though if there's waiting time or something seems important to do, nothing speaks against outplaying some things.

@ Iron, still am only a lurker on instagram so I'll just tell it here: Congrats to your new cabin and that everything eventually went well with a few flawes, but could have been worse! ^o^ So pretty, I'm biased for wood being used for interior construction (so comfy and natural~), and what an admirable view! I especially like the 'secrets' like the build-in four-leaf clovers. If I may ask, is that intended to become your real new home or more like a summer- and holiday-residence?

Living by a bat colony is a great thing, since they'll keep the misqueto and pest population down, and they look so adorable too when you get a good look at them! Nice find! You know what type of bats they are, though?
I think the only species we commonly have is the Little Brown Bat.
