*facepalm* nearly forgot ooc, he would have given them back to her the moment that she rejoined the group.

So the choice of combination would be Doublade and Quetzal to act as a support, multi-hit and Tailwind set up, and the second would Rose/Gustav/Posei for extra power and the Perish Song last resort. I think go with the first combination since we need strong defences to survive such strong foes right now and to also hit as much targets we can.

I kinda have one last idea. Heart and Nathan is the most stealth members of the team. While everyone distract Genesect and his drones, one of us can try to sneak behind them and grab the relic and we can get out of there. Along in the path we can target the ceilings of Genesect chamber, making fall in Genesect and his hive with our most powerfull Range moves. I dont know if this will kill them, but since it is techinally a Rock-type attack, it will at least cause tons of damage against them. Or we can use Rock Smash to weak the ceiling also and make fall. More or less like we done against Seikamater.

Heart could use the Baashaaun boots of Shiva to increase his stealth roll and increase our chances.

There is another thing we could do. Or rather, Heart could. This room is filled with Earthpower according to what I understand from Iron. Since Heart now has the greatest connection to Earthpower from all members of the group, I could, i dont know, try to connect with Genesect and at least try to calm him? More or less like a conection via link like Terra and Deoxys did back there, only this time did in purpose. I could even use Moltres Egg as a channel between them since Moltres by defaut is one of the Three Legendary Bird. If not calm him, it will at least give everyone time to get the relic. Another thing to back that is Heart be bless by one of Jirachi wish tags, so he has a chance. Not to mentioned we could also use Shiva dagger to add another connection link. And if Genesect rage is a some type of Curse, Heart Earthpower can break. Cosh, Gendry, could also help with that since they have those Gauntlets capable of casting spells, so in a way, those Gauntlets can connect to Earthpower. And Heart have connection with that.

Its a long shot, but if there is a possibility we can at least try.

It is possible @Iron?

Cofagrigus is trying to reclaim the area occupied by Genesect, so he wouldn't be happy with this plan.
Also, you don't have any idea what that room below looks like, so that's a big risk.

You're definitely not strong enough in Earthpower to calm a raging Legendary. No human alive today is that strong.

The Scimitars will mostly be assisting with HM moves and SE moves.

Dang It. It seems we have no choice but to fight. Not even with a Egg of a Legendary Pokemon @Iron? Even a baby have a higher level of power.

Why would that affect anything? Moltres isn't known for being a bird of calmness.

Hmm.....my original plan before Operation B.D.B.B.B was for most of the group to engage in battle while a couple go and Stealth out the Treasure before we booked it, but I ended up discarding that idea because it was even riskier than the current plan, it would go against Phantom's desire to fight DMG in some compacity , and combat would be over (for better or worse) by the time anyone in the group could find the Treasure. That, and the less people their are around to fight DMG, the less of a chance we'll have to win against that brutal bug, and ditching DMG will piss off Cofagrigas and his cohorts (And trust me, you do NOT want to piss this kind of Pokemon off).

So....I'm not too hot on the idea of trying to pull the wool over DMG's eyes, and believe that the current plan is for the best. Still, I appreciate the effort you put into thinking it none the less!

Final question: Should Nathan, Terra, or both of them bring up the plan quickly to the group then launch into it, or should the group just start fighting DMG after Nathan gives a brief run down on it, then Terra stops him from joining in the assault order to carry out the Operation a Round later? The former gets everyone on point, but could give DMG time to react, while the later just starts things off quickly and makes the plan seem more 'natural' (IE: It's more 'spur of the moment' , rather than really well thought out).

Eh, I my post in-game where I gave my choice of Pokemon and their orders I am briefly accounting this via stating [quote me:] (...)With the plan how to handle this situation being discussed and agreed eventually(...) [end of quote]. Me feels it's crucial to discuss the plan in-game and in-chara so that everyone is updated, agrees, and knows what to do - but it's not outright needed that we repeat this plan once more in-game after we've discussed it in in quite the detail here in MetaThread already.

On the other hand, if you or Nathan wish to create a post that tells everybody about the plan in-chara, by no means let me stop you! I was just thinking we could speed things up a bit via assuming this happens automatically. Because, we're all in this together, is there any reason why we should not come up with a plan together as a group too?

Since Spirit has already chosen their two Pokemon to bring out against DMG [Quetzal and Doublade] and said they were a-okay with the plan, could we roll out the Initiatives for the Boss Battle, Iron?

EDIT: Oh, you've already ahead of me! Thank you!
