Shiva's on the run already, but she stops half-way to turn around for a quick reply, her voice quiet, neutral and determined while her body wants to get back to running again. "I'll be quick, and I hope you will be as well. We can meet here at this spot once we're done with preparation and info-gathering to get a move on." Then she's off again, Yena eagerly following.

Asking a woman at random, she explains her side of the story. "It was horrible! This twirling spaghetti Pokemon came through - they say it's a Deoxys from space! - and walked through a block of buildings. It kept looking around, and every time it made eye contact, people went crazy! It captured a lot of our Pokemon, too, sucking them into floating shiny rocks! Everyone is evacuating to the Gym, the Cathedral, and the PokeCenter. Nurse Joy and Brother Scheindel are in charge here. If you want space, and blankets and food, you have to ask them!"
Her boyfriend adds "They're saying it's the same all over Creshire. Cell reception has gone spotty. Even the PC takes twice as long to load. The League is camped out at Bill's house."
Shiva probably never been more glad to see random people than in the moment she spots those at the Center. Hooray for some unfamiliar humans again after days underground!~~
She's having a bit of a hard time to get through, but she's so determined that it's not that much of an issue for her, maxed out Will Score nicely adds to this. Despite the seriousness of the situation, she can't help but to chuckle a bit over 'twirling spaghetti Pokemon', and when she replies to that couple, her voice is calm and soothing, as if she's certain that things will turn out well. "Is that so? This sounds....horrible, I'm sorry you had to witness all that. But, yes, what you're describing sounds like the doing of nasty Deoxys, for heaven's and Reshiram's sake! 〣( ºΔº )〣*played shock to not arise suspicion* I-I'm fine though, thanks, I'm not staying here, meeting with relatives before we leave the region. Do tell me though, please... 'People went crazy' you say? What does that mean, can you, if you feel capable of doing so, tell me what has happened to them? Where are they, are they hurt? Safe??" Shiva would throw a worried glance over to Terra if he's still with her in this Center, does this NPC's decribtion of 'going crazy' sound similar to what Deoxys has 'done' to him as he was hypnotized by a clone's light and became more than human?
Towards her partner's info concerning technical issues and the League, Shiva is appreciating this a lot. "T...thank you, I'm glad that we DO have access to our PC Boxes at last in this situation. I so hope that the Pokemon there are, well, safe...." She's obviously already feeling bad for all the Pokemon Deoxys stole as she hangs her head a little while involuntarily grasping the Shield a little more.
Spotty cell reception or not, hearing that there's a situation ALL OVER Creshire - Deoxys surely has spread fast! - makes Shiva send a very quick text message to Ventus. It only consists of a few words, basically stating ' I'm okay. Hope you are too.', and she doesn't know whether it will reach him or whether he still IS in the region in the first place, but her sentimental side shines through. She's not expecting a reply, a 'Message sent!' popping up satisfies her enough already.
Shiva will also approach Nurse Joy if she's having the time, follow the news broadcast, ask around, anything, she's trying to find out where exactly the comet has landed and where clones of Deoxys have been sighted - or, to word it differently, where the center of this situation is in order to know where the real Deoxys can be expected to be.
Outta-chara, concerning selling stuff and buying stuff in return... Scenically it does make sense that the Market's closed and all that, but technically and mechanically it'd be quite an issue if we have to invest time in restocking on needed supplies for this fight. It'd be unfair if we couldn't even due to the situation, as that'd put us on a big disadvantage and we couldn't have known that we should have prepared to face Deoxys before even entering the Ruins. Also, why were we've been given so much worthy treasures if not to sell and buy needed supplies for this showdown? These are just my thoughts though, please don't beat me for that...

"The crazed folks began running around wildly, bashing themselves against things at random. It's like they were trying to fly like a Combee straight back to his hive. Anyone who tries to stop them gets a punch to the gut for their trouble. I think they've all run off by now."
Cosh appears behind you.
"We don't have to worry about that. We have Helm, Shield, and Hauberk. No matter who is wielding the protective items, I can spread their influence over anyone who begins to be affected."
"The comet landed near Elanor, carrying Deoxys. We're aware, thanks to the League, that most of the Deoxys sightings are clones, but only a very strong trainer can resist the clones. I can give you this advice: if you see a strong trainer faint a Deoxys, make sure they destroy every trace of the body. Otherwise it will come right back. They've been everywhere on the continent already, except for Forb City."
The Violet Tent has been relocated to the Cathedral, and the Pokemon Center is selling supplies. You can even grab a free six Super Potion per person.

"Deoxys is up to its old ways, so far. It's seeking out certain individuals and species, corralling them into specific locations that make sense only to Deoxys. It's avoiding the old craters, but seems to be based out of its new crater. At least, that's where most of the Tall Grass is sprouting. Deoxys clones peel off from the original 8 times per day, about every 3 hours. When it landed, multiple sightings were reported within the first five minutes, so the League thinks it cloned itself even before landing. Expect up to 25 Deoxys."
"We know the clones can shift Forme, we know they can be fainted with enough powerful attacks, we know they have finite stamina much like any Pokemon, even though they can take more hits than a Steelix. We know a dead one can be stored in a Pokeball, but they eventually regenerate and break out. No one has managed to capture a live one yet, but they can be Capture Webbed, it seems."
"We haven't engaged Deoxys Prime yet. Waiting for the Mist Lord to arrange things. Bo is already in the field, putting down clones. It's amazing to see him fight. He seems more than human."
"Dagny said you'd be heading straight for Deoxys Prime, and to support your group in any way I could in that endeavor, so I guess she knows what she's doing. Let me know if there's anything you need."

That's generous and cool, Shiva's glad that her beloved occult fleemarket hasn't fallen. She gladly accepts the six Super Potions and gives this info to the others as well to amke sure that everyone of us makes us of this offer - Super Potions may not help against wounds the real Deoxy's caused, but free medical supplies!~ It'd be a waste to not accept them.
Towards the NPC's further info, Shiva nods in thanks, relieved that it doesn't directly remind her on the way Terra behaved - or maybe he was just strong enough to resist this urge? She doesn't know for sure, but it's safe to assume to that he shall avoid direct eye contact at all costs, which should not be too hard in all the commotion and heat of the battle. @ Lord Windos, gently catching the steely monk's attention if he hasn't listened in to this conversation already, she lets him know of this piece of advice and adds a silent but brutally-honest "Still, you SHOULD fight with us, you're just too good to not to. W...will you do so, please? It's up to you in the end, and only you can decide. I'd actually....like to see you joining ranks with us still, though, you see?" Once more Shiva hangs her head a little, just enough to avoid looking at him.
Towards Cosh, Shiva turns around to face him, and suprisingly, she has a small smile on her face. "That's the spirit! That sounds like the experiments you wanted to engage in with the Hauberk went nicely also, hehe..." (I'll still be allowed to state who I want to protect with the Shield though, can I? If there's a little GM's discretion in it to prevent critical situations and/or follow something the Scims would totally do, that's fine.) Shiva's kinda looking forward to see that Artifact in particular in action and how Cosh utilizes it.
Hearing that Deoxys Clones are all over the region by now (bar Forb City, bless this small place) already intesifies Shiva's belief that Ven has left the region already to seek a safe spot to dwell at until the situation's cleared, she feels that he'd totally do that and she doesn't blame him at all for that decision. More of the opposite, she supports everything that increases the chance that he survives.
Shiva's inner voice flares up and begins to ask whether she feels like she's strong again to be one of those 'very strong Trainers' to resist a Clone, and Shiva's bold enough to quietly confirm this. 'I survived the Skull Ruins, I've got more Gym Badges that I every thought I'd get, now is not the time to doubt myself.' "" Destroy every trace of their body, you're saying, Cosh.... This sounds good and reasonable, yes. How does one do that though, you've got an example or suggestion maybe, please? ( ̄~ ̄; ) ....Killing it with enough lethal force would leave traces behind for sure, and that many clones my Mightyena likely won't be able to devour."

"Hehe, the story is about a family who was running from Deoxys and hunkered down in a crater. It passed them right by! It doesn't seem like it can see into the old craters or something."

Nurse Joy expands on her statement a little. "It doesn't take very much material for Deoxys to regenerate. Powerful energy attacks like lightning and fire are good. A Snorlax ate a dying Deoxys and that seemed to work with no ill effects. He's being observed here just in case, but we're 99% sure he's fine. But if you just chop them up, that's no good."

"Oh, no. That reminds me. It's using crystals of MSC to capture trainer's Pokemon. Seems to work just fine for Deoxys even to capture a trainer's Pokemon : 0"
