Koa's Hidden Power
Koa croons sweet calls. The magnificence of his presence makes other Pokemon want to obey him, overwhelmed by his Draconic presence. But the intent is traitorous, toxic. As Koa curls his tail around the foe, whispering in their ear, he betrays them.
Koa's Hidden Power is a 3-power Poison-type move that poisons the target.

Rose's Hidden Power
Rose's first instinct is to look out for Heart and others who are less surefooted than her. When Rose uses Hidden Power, she buffs herself and uses that power to protect others.
She gains +1 Dex and +1 Str, and removes one status from an ally.

Chorizo appears as you are testing these moves. "You used Earthpower to defend your own resources. Did you consider that you could have used it to multiply the bounty of the earth, and share it with those hungry Pokemon? For Earthpower is exactly that - bounty. It represents the boundless resources Nature can create, seemingly out of thin air. That's exactly where plants get their mass - thin air. Carbon. But where does a Charmander get his flame? From Earthpower itself, which is all around us, formless. However you use it, that is up to you. I don't judge. You will find that it comes more easily to certain uses than to others."

"Well, Heart. You seem to be adept at learning in the desert. Shall we train here more, or move on to other tasks?"

Heart see Chorizo words and felt bad about it. Heart grab the roots and call Quetzal. "...You right Chorizo. I wanted so badly to defend that I forget others need it. Before I continue our training, I have a Charmander to find. At least I owe him that." He returns the other Pokemon. "You know those Helioptile and Charmander is Chorizo? I need to find them and help those Pokemon...if you don't want to say, me and Quetzal gonna find ourselves."

"Suit yourself. Perhaps you can use your sensitivity to Earthpower to find them. I will not help - this has become something personal for you."

Heart then understand. This is also part of the training. He cross his legs, close his eyes, and clean his mind, trying to meditate and find that group of Helioptile and Charmander. He gonna do it no matter what.

Feeling the bond bentween her and her very special Vulpix being strengthened by that experience, Shiva showers the white fox with more cuddles, pets and praise, chuckling delightfully as Vulpix licks over her cheek in response. She's just so proud and happy over her very own Alola Vulpix! Maybe one day, when they both are lucky during their search for it, they'll indeed come across an Ice Stone for her to become just as graceful and beautiful as Angela's white faelike Ninetales.

Towards Delta Machamp, Shiva quietely nods to indicate that she understands. "Willpower..." She whispers to herself as her gaze fixates something far away in the distance. She's reflecting a little how she herself as a person has developed some self-confidence and willpower that she was lacking along the course of this journey as a Pokemon Trainer... What she feels she's lacking though, is the ability to efficiently close her empathy from lures and negativities. Ventus is her role-model on that.

Shaking her head, Shiva returns to the current planet and place and faces Delta Machamp. "Well, we... We will take a leave then. I can't thank thee enough for your aid in awaking my Pokemon dormant psychic power, really... But I have disturbed your meditation enough now, I am wishing you enlightment as you climb up the tower of wisdom." A flick of her hand and Tropius is summoned, the grassy sauropode already spreads his leafy wings widely. "Until we may meet again once fateful day, awe-inspiring Delta Machamp..." Together with Kyuu and Alola Vulpix, Shiva then takes off into the air to leave the tiny island full of bugs, ghosts, darkness, fairies and one Pokemon that endures it all behind herself.

Those were all level-up moves I wanted to have tutored - for now. If I spot more, I'll have Shiva act accordingly.

The place the natural fae-enthusiast and her Pokemon land is across half the region, but thanks to the power of FLY they're there within little time: It's Cress City; or to be more specific, Celebi Park. A small stop at the town's Pokemon Center serves for grabbing something warm to eat and a very specific Pokemon of hers from her PC. H-How's the town doing however, what's the general feeling? Have people been allowed to return to their homes already, what about potential destruction? And Violet Tent...? A certain worry is darkening the heart of this sensitive and soft young woman and her fairies as the town comes into view. Is she...able and allowed to venture into Celebi Park at all? She wishes to spend a little time there without disturbance as she's grown quite a liking for this nice natural spot.

It's interesting to use Earthpower to find those Pokemon instead of searching for them manually. However, the things Chorizo have taught you recently, they lead you to understand that all Pokemon are just living sparks of Earthpower, and you can seek them out the same way you reach out to grasp some Earthpower and bend it to your will. 

Since you're used to drawing strength from the Moltres Egg, you locate the Earthpower-light of Charmander first. It takes you a few hours, and during your search you must pick through a frenzy of tiny sparks of life - all the plants, Pokemon, and even the dormant Earthpower of minerals and sunlight and water. 

In your internal vision, Charmander looks like a bright floating fire connected to a constellation of smaller powers in the shape of his body. You ride in that direction and find Charmander and Helioptile scrabbling in the sand for more food.

The Violet Tent, being portable, has returned to its spot outdoors. The Cathedral is playing home to the few people who were entirely unhomed in the destruction. Cress City is super resilient, having such a cheerful Gym Leader and scores of cultural entertainments such as musicians and dancers and the Kimono Girls. You also hear a minstrel covering Heart's song.

Celebi Park escaped destruction, as it always does.

Upon arriving in the destination, Heart unwrap his bag, revealing the roots he was carrying. He put said roots in the ground. He then release Viktor, he faithful Trevenant. "Viktor, time to put in use your manipulation over nature. Use my energy if you need, but let's let's use our connection to Earthpower to multiply those roots. A Oasis, or at least a place where those Pokemon can have food using these roots." Heart close his eyes and think as strong as he could. Trying to imagining multiply that food, like Chorizo mentioned. Time to end those Pokemon hungry. He also hold a with Viktor to have a connection.

Heart also release Lancelot to witness his master doing.

Mesprit sends you a feeling of personal loneliness, to show that more folks could help.
However, you get the sense that there will be a bit of time.
You get a taste of Mesprit's disgust with careless humans - perhaps a hint of what you'll face.

Careless humans...Nathan was worried it'd be something like that.  But whatever may come, Nathan will do his best to be ready for it.

"Hmmm...how much time would you say we have before we would absolutely have to act?"  A simple question, but an important one.  With the trip to Garlicburg looming on the horizon, fitting everything in could be tricky.

This... This is incredibly relieving for Shiva. when I say incredibly, I mean it - she's been worried that destruction hit this beautiful town much harder, in what a rush and fear all the people were before is still very vividly present in her mind. She smiles to herself, though at the same time the natural fae enthusiast looks down to the ground as the same can't be said about her beloved Elanor. Some guilt is also staining her mind, she feels like she herself has involuntarily added to THAT place being where the meteor with Deoxys came down...


...Well, enough of bad thoughts, Shiva shakes her head and makes her way to Celebi Park.


Her cheer is quickly restored upon seeing this place being completely unharmed and unaletred, aka it still shining in the natural beauty that she enjoys so much! ~♡ All that lush green and the tangible presence of the shrine is doing wonder's to Shiva's mood, by now she's considering this park some sort of safe haven for herself and her Pokemon. Never going to get tired of having a stroll through this park when she needs some me-time...

Speaking of her Pokemon, Shiva brought a special one with her this time. The respective Pokeball is selected and tossed, and from it manifests:

She yawns a little upon being summoned, then gazes at Shiva with a curious and questioning look that instantly melts her sensitive heart. Why is this Tandorian Pokemon so cuuuute?! She just can't keep herself from all gently strokihi's head, ears and cheek. Ehehehehe~~ (´ ω `♡) Some soft purrs are the reward. "Hello there Chi, my dear...", Shiva greets her special Pokemon in a soft singsang-voice, "Been a little, have you enjoyed your rest and freetime among the others in my PC? I'm so sorry for placing you there... BUT, and that's important, you've been totally safe there, I wouldn't want to expose you to the dangers of Deoxys and the destruction it has caused. Do you... understand?" More gentle pets.

Suddenly Shiva lets go, gets excited and pulls her bag close. "But, I... I've got some presents for you, oh yes I do!! Let's where did I put it..." *rummaging in her stuff* "...Oh yes, HERE! For yyyooooouuu!!~~" ＼(≧▽≦)／

A red disk is placed in front of Shiva's Luxi, and then it's literally raining gemstones on the dragonfairy. Eeeeeeeee!~★

Shiva's being all eager. "Have a look, have a look, this is a TM I got especially for you, Chi, it enables you to learn how to spit fire!! You... You're partially a dragon, I thought that you'd enjoy to learn such a skill, thought that it's fitting you sososo well!!~" (It's the Flamethrower TM Shiva picked at King Sarimanok's place) Oh, and it'll let you catch those Ice and Steel Types aiming to exploit your extraordinaire Typing off-guard, yayyyyy!"

Gemstones, gemstones, gemstoooones!!~ "Aren't they pretty, aren't they beautiful, Chi? (^0^)♡ I've been rewarded those, they are appearantly originating from some Legendary Pokemon, can you believe that? From LEGENDARY POKEMON, including Entei, Raikou and Suicune, and some more King Sarimanok kept or befiriended aaaaaaaahhhhhh!! Look how they shine when the sun hits them...☆ Touch them, can you feel how they're BRIMMING with Earthpower?! Hehehehe~~ Oh, and guess what, guess what?" Shiva's taking a deep breath before dropping it on Chi. "Pick those that you like most, those that you find to be the most beautiful, and from those I'll craft you a little charm or necklace for you to wear aaaalways if you like!! How does that sound, how does that sooooound to you?"~~ "I've got lotsa other crafting materials, we can work in everything you enjoy!"



Mechanics:
That's Part1 of Shiva's bonding with her Luxi, I kinda want to spend a little time with that lucky capture of hers. The overall aim isn't yet evolution, not especially yet, but generally working a little on Happiness and Loyalty. Especially since Chi's still unruly (3 Happiness, 2 Loyalty, 3 Disobedience)

Trevenant takes +1 Happiness at bringing a little greenery to this desert. He's careful not to make the oasis too large, since the bare desert habitat is important too.

This scenario is more a case of guiding the Earthpower within Viktor, but you sense how the Earthpower within yourself is also surging forward to meet the Earthpower in the roots.

Charmander and Helioptile descend on the food as soon as it's ready, and eat their fill. Rarer Pokemon begin appearing too, starting with a pair of Vibrava and finally a shy Darmanitan.
