A Lum Berry is much more valuable healing-wise than a Pecha Berry is, so I kinda feel it'd be more wise if I were to let you have Kee's single Pecha Berry and you save those Lum Berries as emergency healing shall anyone of us be inflicted with another Status Ailment.

That, and the battle's not quite over yet, so who knows how much better or worse things will turn out when all is said and done?

Poison will become more serious if left untreated, so I'd rather heal it instantly after the battle's over. As for letting Karen have your last Oran Berry, I'm much in favour for that in-chara - outta-chara, let's rather wait for how the battle ends and then decide, alright?

If Kee can force feed Dax their Pecha before Poison can tick down their HP at the end of the 2nd Round, I'm all for that course of Action to save those precious Lums! Is that feasible, though, or will there not be enough time to do that before the Poison kicks in, Dragonstrike?

I was referring to not healing Dax's HP Damage rather than leaving him to suffer Poisoning for the entire Floor, dear. Sorry if that was not clear! And very well, let's wait until then!

Yup, that's feasible!  (Assuming Dax won't try to resist someone helping him, of course)

But it takes an Action for a small Pokemon like Ziggy-Kee to retrive that Pecha Berry from his guitarbag.... But I could instead just tell Dax to retrive it himself so that he spends this Action? I don't have enough dice in my Accuracy Pool at the moment to pull off a second Action, and I much rather use my turn to deal 1 autodamage to that Meditite via Lick. How does that sound, @no one? Alternatively, that poisoning will be healed after the battle.

Item Usage: Healing Items (HP, status, etc) are usable at the end of each set of Turns in a Round, and can be used up to twice per Round.  Items with other kinds of effects (Violent Seed, Orbs, etc.) typically take an action to use.

So to clarify, using Healing Items sorta operate like Trainer Actions from my Pokerole  game, while Offensive/Esoteric Item use eats up an Action Slot ? What about Switching Held Items? That's something you could do mid-battle in PMD games, so would that be possible in your system (presumably costing an Action Slot to do so) ? Finally, is there an upper limit to the amount of offensive Items you can use within a Round of combat, and how will Action Cost factor into their use/effectiveness for some/all of them?

....I was presuming that the Meditite would be Fainted before the end of the second Encounter, and therefore Kee would have plenty of time to go over to 'heal' Dax without impacting the Accuracy on his Single Action for the Round, unless Dragonstrike says that the Pecha Berry has to be qued up as a 2nd Action with Cost in order for Kee to use it on them.

Look, simply put, we should (if able) treat Dax's Poison Status either after Meditite is KOed and before it can deplete their HP any further (AKA Before Round 2 officially ends), or if that is not possible just treat them ASAP to prevent them from dropping below 2/5 HP (If Poison ticks down one more time).

Yup, you can swap held items mid battle in this game, just like in PMD!

If you have a secondary hold item readily available, it takes an action to swap to it.

No upper limit on item usage besides the 5 actions per Round and the number of inventory slots your bag has.  I should also add that healing items can also be used in exchange for an action, not just as the two free actions at the end of the Round.  Action costs will be calculated as normal, but won't affect the item usage if they don't require a roll.

I'll add all of this to the Rules Clarifications section.

Let me take care of Meditite. If Marcus, Kogeki and Daxter attack all of the same time, they might easily faint Meditite. Or at least Flinch him with the combination of Headbutt+Bite.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.

....Oh, my bad then. I was somewhat believing that you aimed for the poisoning to be healed mid-battle, sorry (-_-; ) In that case, the whole takes-an-action-to-retrive-that-pechaberry-question is irrelevant as we'll be out of battle by then at best.

Wait I'm confused. What's the plan? When do I get the berry, and who's attacking the meditite?
I'm no one special. Also, here's a pupper pic:
