Training Grounds/A properly kitted out Training Room would likely increase the cost of our home base back up to 5 Big Nuggets if we downsize to the build I've forumlated, but hey, Pyra can ask how much such a facility would cost by itself to build to see if it's within the 40K budget (and for future refrence later on if not) !

Besides, the group will likely be kept plenty in practice and put through our motions with all the Mystery Dungeons and Story Events that'll soon be occupying most of our time from here on out, so I wouldn't worry too much about Training! Heck, between the two Dungeons the group went through in game yesterday everyone earned at least 20 XP, and those were short and easy ones, so who knows how much more XP and goodies will be gotten from future and more difficult/complex ones?

Still need No One's opinion before I can progress myself, unless Dragonstrike's okay with me going ahead without their input.

It's pretty much as low as Machamp will go I believe, as it sounds like just buying the land rights alone and digging waterways makes up the bulk of the cost to purchase our home base. You could ask if it would cost more or less for the base to be built entirely underground, but I figure that would actually cost more and not less unless Machamp has a few Diggers in his employ.

Ultimately, its up to you, No One, Phantom, and to a small extent Dragonstrike if they want to buy a home base right now, as since Pyra's not chipping in neither me or her really have much say in matters beyond haggling the price down for everyone else to chew over.

The Guild headquarters have rooms to sleep. So we could use it. Could you not make a way about not be that much cost?

Given what we're asking for, 40k isn't all that unreasonable of a cover price to pay for our home base. Unless you want our charas to try and bum with Marcus for who knows how long or risk the pitfalls of living within the Adventurer's Guild (such as a distinct lack of privacy and generally little control over our sceduales, since by using their facilities the Guild pretty much owns us for whatever debt we rack up with them in terms of our upkeep), bitting the Bullet Punch and paying for the high cost of the home base is probably the best decision.

If it makes you feel any better, I have future plans with Pyra's Big Nugget that could pay off big time if I can work my way up to being able to feasibly pulling off what I want, and I promise that everyone will benefit from it if I can get it to work.

Hmm....you might very well be able to help out, now that I think about it! Won't bring up any details right now, though, as Pyra's doesn't have the raw stats and Logic yet to pull off what I wish (if possible), but suffice to say Kogeki's could greatly facilitate my goals!

Now, about the price of 40,000$P to pay for the base:

Not much to say besides I want a base for us, I do have a Big Nugget to sell that I'm kinda certain has been carried over from Mt.Coronet Mystery for the purpose of paying for this base, I really want Kee to have his fun watering/growing/harvesting Berries in a green area by the base while wearing a dumb hat and a 'kiss the gardener'-apron (okay, maybe not that), so yes I'm fine with accepting Machamp's offer!~ Let the base be GLORIOUS.


@Lord Windos, if you're not chipping in with Pyra's Big Nugget to pay for the base, I'm going to trust that what you're planning to do with it instead will indeed benefit all of us, because it'd be kinda unfair to let just us do so while you/she get to hold onto her gold, as you likely can assume yourself. No need for spoilers, wishing lots of luck making things work! Expect Kee to ask at an appropriate moment why she didn't chip in, not to scold her but out of mere in-chara- and in-species-curiosity.


@Spiritmon, it is as Iron already stated, can you please stop feeling like everything sucks? It is totally fine and even encouraged to voice it if something bothers you, but me feels you're rather focused on finding negative and bad things lately instead of having fun and enjoying the Game. For example, buying lands and building a home IS expensive IRL and in the world of Pokemon, but we're given these Big Nuggets so that we can afford getting a base in the first place. Plus, what do you want to do with the 10,000$P instead?
