Merry Christmas to everyone from me as well!  I realize things have been slow lately, but they should pick back up again after the holidays are over.

Well, we'll see when we get there.  For now, everyone just enjoy their time with their loved ones and all the gifts they may or may not have gotten for you   I've personally still got some last minute shopping to do now that the Winter Steam Sale is in full swing, so it's time to say goodbye to a large chunk of my cash, lol.

(Uh, quick question, but why would Platina think their voices are weird, since she never heard the two before? I'm fine with rolling with it, though, since it's not a big deal)

Platina did meet these characters' mothers (Sandslash and Hippowdon), so she'd probably have at least a vague idea of which species is supposed to be which based on which evolution line each belongs to (they're quite distinct evolution lines with clear themings).  But they're not referring to each other by the correct species while talking in that scene.  It's less about the voices, and more that they're seemingly using the wrong names when speaking to each other.

Uh....it's ultimately your choice as to what to do with your share of Gold Bars, No One, but I wonder myself why you didn't save them up to get the Looplet to find more of them, since that is a more sound long-term investment strategy. Or just saving up for the better Donuts, if you don't want to wait that long to get goodies.

I did consider that, but I need my teammates to be up to scratch. That Snom's stats aren't anything to write home about, so I kinda want to make sure that it pulls its weight.

Have you ever wanted to see what it's like to walk on someone else's paws or claws, or wanted to do a job yourself but have a bad matchup with the types of pokemon or terrain in a Mystery Dungeon?  I can help with that by swapping you with another pokemon for a small fee of 500 Poké!  Though I should warn you that we only provide the service if both involved individuals agree to the swap, and the effects are also very temporary. Huh, now that sounds quite interesting, and quite useful in some situations! Exploring Mystery Dungeons that are actually inaccessible (like those under water) come to my mind. Wonder whether we could not only swap with other Pokemon in our team, but also with NPC characters like townsfolk if we get them to agree to that temporary swap via lots of persuading and possibly even bribing....

What's with the Stats during such a swap though, are we keeping our player chara's Stats in that time period, adopt the other Pokemon's Stats or something in between?
