Yes, but you need money for it. Ventus already visited her and got a lot of doom and gloom from it, too.

The only way Larry is going to be able to get a CarnyCoin is Shuckleball. That's the only thing he can play that can reward one. The magikarp and shellder games are the two that don't give it (the only reason to play the shellder game is to get a pearl and triple the money you put into it), and the 4 free games are once per person only. Of course, Rachel could always do the free games if she hasn't tried them yet...

It's a delicate balance between having lots of simultaneous threads/encounters/conversations and a bogged down game where everyone's waiting. But it's also just Pokemon so it's not something to get worked into a tizzy over.

One of the cool things about any forum game is how much time ends up invested in it - and that accumulation of player time is what's valuable! And the story that arises is gonna be cool : )

Yeah, agreed on all fronts.  That balance is tricky to find, but I've been enjoying everything so far!

I enjoy investing some time into my posts... Another reason why I don't enjoy rushing forward too fast, leaving others standing there and having to deal with the pieces left behind.

Eh, anyway, I hope now it is clear why I was so adamant about a conversation with Ventus, and why it would DETEST having to flashback it. It is just...too important.
Yes. I've choosen the path that srongly depends on Ventus showing some insight.

I don't need it (might end up fighting him after the festival when its FREE and i can just say "i change you to a gym battle" and do the stuff and get it done with) but Rachel wants one and Larry will do anything to make her happy so Larry will play the game for her

EDIT: Larry is gonna be smart about it so he will just win Rachel one and just cheer her on as she fights the gym leader and then watch his tactics and then use a counter tactic to win a second gym badge

At one point, while she and the other cooks was distracted some other thing, he took one of the big chef knives that were laying around the kichen, and slipped it into his bag. He hated stealing, but in this case it was for the great good. There might be a time where he needs to defend himself...or do other things.

Now you scare me. Sociologist with a knife appeared.

He hated stealing, but in this case it was for the great good. There might be a time where he needs to defend himself...or do other things.

Better to protect you and everyone else in the group, dear! He isn't likely to draw it anytime soon, since a smiling man carrying a big blade is something that will terrify just about anyone. If he's alone with someone that poses a significant threat to his Pokémon and friends, though...well, he might want to put a smile on their faces. I did say he was Unfettered when called for...
