It's the bracelet Ventus found on Route 2 and gave Nathan as partial payment for his Net Ball.  It's worth about $500, and seems to be leftover and lost and such from the festival.

Well, there is not much we can do without Iron right now, so who has any ideas on how to make money fast in this campaign? It would be useful to have a reliable, safe source of revenue on the journey that doesn't either require long waits (Corsola Branches), or is extremely liable to cause additional commotion while getting said money (jobs). Hmm...

As for you, Windos, the fact that you need lots of money fast rules out the idea of getting a multi-day job similar like Shiva's work at the Daycare in Ginger Town - but depending how far we reach Corsage, the possibility is still there. Maybe they need someone with strong Pokemon to help out at the harbour?

Doubtful that Larry will hand you his Nincada with the overly matching nickname - 'Mr. Money'. But maybe we should grant you the Special Encounters on the way to Corsage. Or try to sell the herbs you'll gather with me.

I was thinking putting some points in Medicine, then start making some to sell on the market, or possibly use Lucifer to go scout for valuable items/gold, but trying to find a Shiny mon to sell would be an excellent idea! I doubt Iron will make it so easy for me to get money...or the dice for that matter. Other than that, I can start selling my characters organs to pay off my debts if things get really dire...
