You are not wrong about that, mate! Several of those numbers besides Cynthia's are quite sensitive to him , and one of them is so heavily encypted that not even a Porygon could crack it! A Porygon 2, on the other hand.... Its you choice if you want to confront him about it, but considering that his number list has zero relevance to the group, he's going to be evasive as a Kangustkhan in the Safari Zone answering those question!

I was thinking more about how Ventus didn't say anything about him having all of Nathan's contacts, but I guess that's a good reason too.

And I'd say THAT is relevant to the group, however trivial it is.

Its...trival to the ongoing campaign, but not to his background. The phone he owns is the same one he's had since High School, just upgraded and modified by friends and associates to keep up with the times. Some number, like Zanzibar, are literally useless, while the encrypted one...are best left forgotten. If you have Porygon 2 decode it, I'll tell you what the contact name says, but that might cause more problems than not between the two...

As for why he didn't raise any alarms, its that he really didn't want to draw Nathan's attention to the numbers too closely or get him digging, and rather just simply tell him to take care of them for him. No fuss means little reason to be suspicious for most, right?

Well, the 'trivial but relevant' comment was mostly directed at Ventus having Nathan's contacts.  Ventus not telling Nathan that part could have some...interesting results.

And Nathan actually hasn't noticed the encrypted number yet.  He stopped scrolling through them when he got to the professors and researchers, and the list kept going on and on and on...

Ventus literally has no idea that Porygon gave a copy of Nathan contacts to him. Or at least, I (and Ventus, by extension) don't recall that he knows about that. Ven doesn't use his phone often, usually only records voice messages to those close to him and receiving calls, so unless Nathan cottons him onto the fact, its like he'll never notice.

If you just told him, he'd just keep Nathan's number and delete the rest of the contacts, being polite and apologetic about unless you said otherwise.

What pages on the meta thread did we discuss this idea again? My memory is fuzzy on that subject...

Page 402 of the Meta Thread was where we exchanged the contacts lists.  And on page 249 of the Game Thread:

Ttaking out his phone, he sent a quick voice message to Nathan and Shiva (Porygon left her number in there...neat!) saying : 'Camping outside of town at pink beaches tonight. See you tomorrow!', before he started to carefully erase his own tracks in the clearing, and hiding in a bush large enough to conceal him. 'I'm going to find out what's causing this negativity and put an end to it, or I'll try my best to!' Ventus thought, preparing for a long night ahead.

I think that implies Ventus is at least going to be partially aware that something is off with his contacts list too, since he didn't have Shiva's number before...maybe he'll just realize that later...

When did exactly Porygon update both our contanct list in game, though? If it was during or shortly after that Aquarium job, then I can have Ventus suddenly remember the possible time Porygon did it, then have him do a check on his list and inform Nathan. If its some undeterminable time , then Ven's likely just going to think he got Shiva's and Nathan's number at some point and forgot about it, since if he can't remember exactly when or why (Since I literally forgot about the Porygon Contact Swap thing until you brought it up suddenly), it must have not been too important then!

Absent-minded professor.

Btw, is Ventus a professor? Is he a Doctor? What are his exact qualifications?
