When did exactly Porygon update both our contanct list in game, though? If it was during or shortly after that Aquarium job, then I can have Ventus suddenly remember the possible time Porygon did it, then have him do a check on his list and inform Nathan. If its some undeterminable time , then Ven's likely just going to think he got Shiva's and Nathan's number at some point and forgot about it, since if he can't remember exactly when or why (Since I literally forgot about the Porygon Contact Swap thing until you brought it up suddenly), it must have not been too important then!

The whole reason we did that was because Phantom insisted that Ventus call Shiva as well as Nathan.  The issue was that Ventus didn't have Shiva's number, so your solution was Porygon doing that contact syncing at some unspecified period of time instead of the usual 'oh, let's just assume we swapped numbers at some earlier point.'  So that's the why out of character...in character, though, we never established...

As for the when...well, I just said it.  We never established a 'when.'  Hmmm...is there a good time Porygon could have done the swap?  You'd think it would be something Ventus would have noticed, after all...maybe the Aquarium job?  Porygon was messing around in the security system during the Omanyte battle, after all, and Nathan did stop monitoring that activity as soon as Lucifer came to get him...

And it's usually fairly important to remember even small details like this (I kept track of this change on my character sheet, of course).  I was waiting for the opportunity for Nathan to notice, but it didn't pop up earlier because everyone was actually calling him instead of the other way around or leaving messages/texts.

Also, I can tell you exactly when Ventus got Nathan's number: Back when we first entered Route 01, when he gave Ventus, Shiva, Larry, and Vincent his new number so they could alert him immediately if they found the rogue Ponyta.

Also, here's a thought: since Ventus just told Shiva how Nathan ended up being kissed by Aspis, is Shiva going to be wondering why the heck Nathan is carrying meat around all of a sudden?

Ventus might have just unintentionally started down the path where Shiva figures out they're keeping a secret from her...

Ventus would alter the story enough so that, instead of Nathan having meat on his person for 'no' reason, he went out and bought it as a peace offering / method of cooperation with them, so that Apsis would willing fight along side them. Since Shiva wouldn't know that Nathan didn't know that Ventus would bring up a double battle at the gym (and has not really mentioned that otherwise) and not pre plan that descision, she would not have a reason to get suscpicous! Its a bit convoluted, but in the end it keeps Shiva out of the know and explain off why Nathan has meat on their person if she ever finds out about it somehow. Brillant!

Ventus doesn't pay that much attention to his phone, so Porygon swaping contact detail at that point for bolstered security/ just because it seemed like a good idea at the time during the Aquarium steakout would be perfect! I guess I better get start on Ven's Eurika moment!

I try to keep up with the details, but I don't have a dedicated tab for that sort of stuff, nor do I know how to make one / organize it like you do. Excell is still somewhat beyond me, mate...

New tabs are easy!  Just hit the + button to the left of the tabs list.  You can right click them to edit the name.

As for how I make the informational sections...well, the box is simply done by merging cells both vertically and horizontally (there's a shortcut button for it next to the borders button.  You also need to shift click select the cells you want to merge before you can use it).  Though to start a new line of text without finishing the cell's editing, you have to press Ctrl + Enter...

Yeah, there's a few odd quirks to doing it, but it's really quite simple once you've picked it up.  I didn't even know any of this before we started the campaign, believe it or not.  I just looked into how Iron had made the one big box across many cells for what I've labeled the character info tab and had to do a little digging to find out how he started the new lines in them.

Excel is probably not even the best tool for notes, but it does have the option of keeping all your info in one place.

Yup, that's why I'm keeping my notes there: so it's all in one, easy to access place. It might be a pain to take those notes at times, but it's well worth it when I don't have to swap back and forth between several windows and tabs (or look at a piece of paper) to reference information.

Shiva did not quite understand that the offering of meat to Apsis to ensure battling alongside Nathan's Pokemon without problems did cause both of them to get along THAT well, but for now she won't ask about it. Lucky for you~

I nevertheless enjoy my paper notes of Stat-concerning things and common rolls, not only because I can check them offline if needed and can decorate them with doodles and drawings. ^^ Charasheet itself is suitable for keeping track of ever-changing things and logs.

Besides, I believe the munching-on-sticks-habit is solely present on Fennekin = not on Braixen, but also that Braixen would enjoy some small pieces of those cinnamon sticks I received at the Pokemart when sprinkled over usual food. Would you agree to this?

Yes, my idea of this particular Fennekin is that he's into those nice scents. This goes all the way back to when you found his lair!
