Braixen's not the only pokemon that lived there, though :/  And Nathan wants to just leave the area ASAP (which Ventus knows), so he's going to start wondering what the holdup is.  This isn't going to go very well for Ventus if this keeps up...

 eHe will say that he got lost ewhile wandering the woods and hunting with Apsis ( Which he will actually do in order to be be truthfull to Kirlias senses ) , and stick to that story until the bitter end !

If Braixen remains around... Then it's going to be a looooong time before anything gets done . Vens is increasingly stubborn on his phobias , so it will take a lot to get him to flee and abandon his goal .

If other Pokemon come to defend place , then Haniel and Apsis get practice AND hunting ! My chara literally loses nothing by just parking it until something changes , so ...

Nathan's probably going to go looking for Ventus eventually, then. If Shiva tries to delay Nathan for whatever reason even after Ventus doesn't come back, then he'll probably counter with one of his bigger concerns which is a VERY good reason to go looking for him: the Scimitars.

Surely Ventus would show at least SOME restraint since he'd be likely to recognize Braixen as Shiva's, right?

Also, before all this kicks off, we also need to figure out if and when Nathan and/or Shiva go looking for him and Braixen.

Maybe as a party compromise, Braixen isn't ordered to get there until it's too late - he'll hate Ventus forever but won't be in combat with him.

After all, we compromised to stop Nathan from dispatching Arbok with extreme prejudice. Remember that, Windos? You were upset that Nathan would even suggest such a thing.

He would in the beginning, but he gave rather firm and direct orders for Apsis to eat ANYTHING that she faints/is fainted, so its 50/50 whether or not he'll be able to react in time before she gobbles him up! If Braixen attacks him or his Pokémon (Especially him!).....no mercy shall be shown. At all. EDIT: Ok, so there WILL be mercy after all in the end. Darn it with you moral echoing and bringing up relevant past information, @Iron!

@PhantomUnderYourDesk, you keep filp flopping on this upcoming incident, dear. You don't WANT this to cause problem between her and Ventus, but you are actively encouraging actions that will all but garentee conflict. If this is an attempt to Meta Strong Arm me to stop this, it isn't working my love....

...Well darn, now I feel like the asshole I'm playing as right now. Ventus will show mercy to it in the end, since you reminded me of this crucial issue. Time to add that to my miscellaneous notes as well. Also, how would Braixen recognize Ventus behind his mask and disguise? I mean, they never seen him with either of the items on before, and any goon can own an Arbok and Numel, so is it possible to not have them hate me?
