"*Whimpering noises* You don't want to be Master, then? Who will take care of me, and how well will you be protected without me....*More Whimpering Noises*"
*With Samael*
"The Flower Festival brings all kinds here to Celadon. The average tourist, the merchants that smell profit and bleeding wallents like a Houndour, business people and official from cities or regions over, and a massive amount of crime/exploitation that goes along with any celebration of this kind. This years is just more....eventful and tiring for my officers, and the recent surge of Team Rocket's activity in my city has not made our jobs any easier. If you are willing to lend us a hand in rounding up or subduing Vampire though...I'm not one to turn down extra hands on that task. [b]I can register you as a hired Police Consultant/P.I. in regards to that case, authorize the use of Lethal Force at your discretion, and pay you a standard fee of $5000 Poke, with bonuses depending on various factors, such as collateral damage, civilian casualties, whether or not the suspect is alive, dead, or unknown status etc.. Would make it your job easier, and prevent some of my more templarish Police Officer or the National Guard from giving you hell while you are working on this case. In regards of the onset of Nuclear Pokémon, I rather that you either let us or the national guard handle that matter, as that situation requires the utmost delicacy to sort out ....*Sigh*, my job never gets any easier. Perhaps we'll meet again, in better circumstance than a life or death struggle."

Kyubi
Uh oh...better clarify a bit better...
"Kyubi, I'm not going back on my word. I'm just not entirely comfortable with a formal title. Casual interaction is much easier, that's all. You're a wonderful addition to my group of friends, and the last thing I want to do is hurt or abandon you, okay? So, how about we strike a compromise? The only time you need to refer to me with my name is when there are people and pokemon around that don't know you're a Ninetales. That sound agreeable?"

Kyubi sniffling and keening gradually died off as you re-explained and clarified your reasoning behind your dislike of the term 'master' , but she still didn't look too pleased with your request. Master was a perfectly good title for her trainer, as the word encapsulated the both her role/status in their relationship AND how much she is beholden to him for care taking, kindness, guidance etc.. She understand now that the title of 'Master' chaffed at your sensibilities somewhat, but not exactly the reason WHY he was against it, and thought he was just being plain stubborn about this matter for no good reason in her eyes!
You compromise, though, brought back her good cheer right away as she immediately smothered you into a nice furry hug (Not that you can tell by vision, of course) , delighted that she can continue calling you Master! "Thank you for still being my Master, even if its only in private or with friends! But calling you just 'Reiner' seems.....improper to me, since you so crucuil to my existence. Hmm...oh! I know! I can call you 'My Lord Reiner' or 'Sr. Reiner' in company, to denote how important you are to both me and the whole wide world! What do you think, Master?"

When Reiner and Kyubi was having this good moment they heard a huge sound like a Snorlax in his bed time. It was Arial snort after been recover from the EMP. He is even talking in his dream. His snort was just like a chainsawn mixed with a blender. "Ugh just five more minutes....I dont want to go to the school." And faint again. Both sleep and faint with the TPK effect.

Kyubi
Oh my...
"Those are still...rather formal...I'm really not one for formality. I draw enough attention as it is, and I'd prefer to not get weird looks from passerby from being referred to so formally...really, I'm not THAT important of a person..."
That snore is actually a pretty timely interruption. Why? Because the police have finally arrived.
"Well, looks like the cops have arrived. We'll have to continue this discussion later."
(Cue Samael conversation, and then skipping to just after it...)
Kyubi helps Reiner hobble back to the Center to get his pokemon and ankle fixed up. It also happens to be a good time to update Mew on what happened.
'Mew, we got 'em...sort of. Romeo and Juliet are no more, but their Gardevoir escaped with the kids, unfortunately. They shouldn't cause the festival any more problems, though. Arial's also out cold for who knows how long. Juliet had T.P.K. and blasted him with it when he annoyed her just a tad too much. I've got the weapon in my bag currently for safekeeping, though it has a bit of an interest in Arial...and both likes and dislikes me. I also picked up a fair bit of information from the cops as a reward for taking those criminals down, and some of it was a little...worrying, to say the least...'

A fraction of a second later, the psychic feline pinged you back, an odd mixture of happiness, extreme agitation, and weary exasperation suffusing her message back to you. " RrrraaaHaaa....things never stay simple and straightforward for you Reiner, do they? If they were, though, I might not be so interested and entertained by the antics you get yourself up to, so take the bad with the good I suppose. The children are going to be totally and utterly screwed up because of this, but at least no one else will be violently murdered by via triggering a yandere couple, or have their heads smashed like a kid wacking a pinatta looking for candy. Haaa....but of COURSE that looney couple would have access to one of Arkus' own damn Cursed Arms, the one I hate only less than Ms. Die For Me and Mamudo Eclipse , the perveted and abominable incarnation of all that is WRONG and TWISTED about MY elemental affinity : that Areas fucking damn T.P.K.!!! RRRRRAAAAAARRRRRR!!! "
(Angry growling and hissing could be heard over the link, before silence for several minute)....
"Excuse me for that outburst, Reiner. All the Legendaries hate the Cursed Arm of Creation, but I hold a particularly strong grudge against them. Many of my friends died because somebody decided that their were one to many mythical beings around for whatever reason, and culled our numbers with those wretched devices. That, and I was nearly killed by the Cursed Arm you currently wield, so I'm not in the greatest mood in the world right now concerning them. Sorry about that, partner.... Haaa....well, like I said, I can't do anything meaningful in regards to these horrendous weapons, so if that THING wants either you or Arial to wield it, then so be it. If you want it yourself, I doubt it will like working with your other Arm all that much, but its infuriatingly not unheard of throughout history for either person or Pokémon capable of wielding MUTIPLE of these blasted weapons to FANTASTIC AND BLOODY effectiveness, so I could be wrong about this. Arial being the wielder of this gun, though...oh dear. That would be a match made in HELL, given he's already Insane and a Masochist, so he could use the vile thing's powers with disguisting ease. As for the what abilities this gun possesses....haaaa, I'll tell you about them once that THING decides who will be its next wielder. I don't want to talk about it anymore than I already have, so let's drop this subject for now, before I start breaking furniture in our room..."
"I have a feeling that isn't the last of the annoyingly bad news, isn't it? Go on, tell me. Might as well get it out of the way now, as I'm already worn out and cranky like you wouldn't believe, so its not like anything else you bring to my attention will poison my mood even further..."

'Well, good news first: I know where the Druggie ended up, so information on that Balm Mushroom thing for Erika should follow pretty soon. Lots of bad news, though.
First off, seems there's some sort of problem with 'natural' Nuclear pokemon showing up more frequently in some abandoned areas of Celadon recently. Probably a contributing reason to why Arial found a Xenoqueen. The police are trying to keep it under wraps and deal with it quietly, but they've secretly made preparations should the problem get any worse, including a secret and limited stock of Nuclear Balls and starting to sell anti-radiation supplies at a few of the Festival's vendors.
Second, there's some sort of 'Vampire' killer on the loose, attacking women at night. Probably going to end up dealing with that whether we like it or not since Kyubi is unlikely to leave my side any time soon...oh, and they've been reported to be wielding a strange weapon of some kind in addition to having a Shedinja, a Beautifly, and some sort of large, hulking pokemon. I have a bad feeling about that part about the weapon...only one person has survived an encounter with the killer, as well, and she's in the same place as the Druggie, so I might go and talk to her too. Agemi Strans apparently got mugged as well, and also ended up there due to being struck with a psychic or ghost attack...my guess is someone probably decided they wanted his Key Stone.
Third...my cousin, Clair. She's INCREDIBLY determined to bring me in for trial in Blackthorn, it seems. Full Restores, Max Revives, ways to nullify crits, hiding all those items on her person and ID locking them, using methods to break even the toughest defenses...she's trying to break my most common strategies, and doing a pretty damn good job of it, it seems. I'm really not keen on having to KO all 6 of her pokemon 3 times over, so if I can't talk my way out of that fight when she arrives tomorrow afternoon, I'm probably going to have to disable her directly to stand any chance at all...which I absolutely don't want to do, but she's not likely to give me much of a choice since she seems to be...incredibly agitated, to say the least. Typical of my cuz, really...far too easy to anger...oh, and she's also been reported to be in the possession of some kind of powerful relic, which I ALSO have a really bad feeling about...
And we still have to meet Mina tonight with Emily, as well, which means we probably need to get to the meeting location early. And hope we don't encounter Mitchell on the way there...which we probably will, but maybe I can talk a little sense into her thanks to a...variety of factors. I hope. Facing Valarie was bad enough, and Mitchell isn't likely to grant any quarter in battle if it comes to that...'

".......Haaaaaaaa.......yeap, you somehow made me feel even more miserable and discontent then I previously, so congradulations are in order....if I don't suffer a another breakdown mid-celebration. Uggggrh...is this what it feels like when all your life biggest and worst problem come to home to roost, threatening to do bab babs on you and everything you care about? Because all news I'm receiving right now seems to activity trying my patientence and what little sanity I have, on top of just stressing me to my wit's ends! Well, I attended this year's Flower Festival to cause mischief and find anything interesting/exciting, so I guess I got my wish MORE than grant on both those accounts...."
"...Alright, I'm done venting for the moment until the next Bad Thing happens, so let's sort out this latest mess of problems we have. First off, right now I don't care about the task you have yet to complete for your boss, your meeting with Mina OR Clair; any and all Nuclear Pokémon in Celadon City MUST BE DEALT WITH. They either need to be all rounded up and booted back straight to Tandor, scoured from the face of the very face of the Tohjo area entirely with EXTREME predujice, or be contained in such a way that they have zero chance of starting off a Nuclear Disaster on this side of the world! Its already bad enough that your 'bodyguard' has a Arceas forshaken XENOQUEEN, THE defacto Nuclear type known for rending vast swaths of land uninhabitable and killing/Corrupting any and all lifeforms at the slightest provocation, under his command, so we DO NOT need anymore people getting their hands on them or for the Pokémon to start their own radioactive terraforming efforts!"
"Even if they are non-malicious 'Natural' Nuclear types, they still have to potential utterly and irreparably destroy the balance of life as we know it here in Kanto unless they are permenantly dealt with in some manner. Right now, things are calm and peaceful, and none of those atomic menaces has caused any trouble so far, but if and/or when the moment arises that they want to have the time of their Half Lives...SOMETHING must be done to stop the threat they pose. If need be, that include alerting the other Legendaries about this, and I've already told you what they would do, Reiner... Bottom line, we need to get on this case and work it out so that its can't even be a problem anymore, as believe me when I say that NEITHER of us want Celadon City purged of all life or another war between humans and the Legends!"
"Next thing on your chopping block is the eponomous 'Vampire' Killer and their carde insects under their command. What we know is that they have murder countless by draining the life out of them, have prowling the streets exclusively at night, have a preferance and/or exclusively targets exotic/fit woman, utilize Bug types known for either draining the life out of beings themselves, and is highly competent at evading detection and capture, to the point that their really isn't any solid information as to who or what they are. What we DON'T know is how many they killed exactly, why the heck they are doing this in the first place, why they are in Celadon City to begin with, and what resources/powers to draw upon."
"Essentially, we know juuuust enough to try and hunt them down or lure them out, but absolute jack as to what and how capable they are beside Pokémon preference and a general theme of 'Stealing/Aquiring Lifeforce' , and even that knowledge is spotty and unreliable. While we can certainly began looking for them tonight, especially if that Victim has some coherent and useful information that can get you a solid lead, I say you put this case off until you settle your other FAR more pressing business. You have a meeting with Mina tonight, a fierce battle with your cousin Clair tomorrow, and a deal to negotiate between Team Rocket and Erika. Solve the problems you have now, rather than keep piling them onto your plate, Reiner!"
"As for taking on Clair and Mitchell...that about the only thing I think you won't have much of a problem with, actually. You seem to have a nack for finding ways to turn what should be impossible odds on their heads, or just overcoming whatever tries to terrorize/stands against you with pure stubbornness and the refusal to give up EVER. That, and you are a rather decent Pokémon Trainer: you DID beat me and Valarie himself in a fair fight, you know, so don't you dare start doubting your power now, or I'll have to give you one hell of a headache to get rid of that attitude! You have the might of the Dragons on your side and Wielder of Legendary and Terrible Power; all you have to do is know how to use it!"
"If you want my advice on how to handle Clair, though...perhaps if you can't reason with her, you can manipulate that violent temper of hers to your advantage? If she's as angry as you described, then riling her up even more in battling just may distract her enough to create opportunities you can exploit, or cause her to explode and lose all sense of common scene and strategy on the battlefield and just try to straight up crush you. Could be a problem if her worst starts gibbing your Pokémon en mass with the brutal force, but they at least become predictable in what they are trying to do! Pride might be another thing you can use against her, like getting her to agree to a honorable battle with stipulations that benefit you more than her, or making her forgo certain moves/strategies because she 'doesn't want to sink to your level'. As for her healing items, if you can find a Pokémon or TM that can teach Heal Block and spam the heck out of it, then all her Full Restores and Max Revive end up like packing peanuts: worthless to her! It may also be possible to use Disable and prevent her from using Items that way, but I'm not quite sure if you could use the move that way without creativity or luck involved. Finally, you could just wait in the shadows until you spot her, trail them until they are relatively alone and unaware of were you are, and just use Mamudo Eclispe to outright kill them when their guard is down, as loathsome the idea of recommending that course of action is to ME. Not ideal if you want to ever rekindle familial feelings between you two, but if its you going to Dragon Jail or turning her head into red jelly..."
"The Relic that she is wielding......I bet my pink tail that it is Megido's Revelation. Its last owner was a Blackthorn Dragon Trainer about a hundred years ago, so it could have been kept in secret by the Elders of you Clan once he passed away, until its power was needed once more to conquer a truly terrible threat. Which, in this case, would be your Reiner! Flattering, isn't it? Unfortunately, that is one of the Cursed Arms I know next to nothing about, besides it being the Dragon one, since I haven't encountered it myself to see how it works, (Or I don't remember....) and Legendaries that have are either dead or are keeping their traps shut about it. Which is VERY worrisome, since if they are not spreading that info around like the flu, it must be a REALLY bad Ability they don't want to risk it being leaked. Sorry I can't help you out here, but at least you now know she has the blasted thing on them, and its ready to use it if need be..."
"As for Mitchel, I don't know too much about them OR their Pokémon, so you are on your own for that ordel! Unless you want to bring me along to personally help you out against her, that it! "
"Aaaaaannndddd that is all the advice and extra insight I can offer to you on these problems of ours for the time being, Reiner. Unless you have anything else that needs to be brought to my attention, or further clarification and details on my opinions, then you really need to start getting a move on! Time waits for nobody! ...well, except perhaps Dialga and Celebi, but they have time hax powers, so they don't really count here!"

'Sorry about worrying you, but very, very little of any of that is actually in my control. It seems trouble is more determined to find me this week than I am to cause it. I usually try and avoid these messes, but they just keep on popping up like daisies in a flower field.
I agree that the Nuclear pokemon need to be dealt with somehow, but I don't fancy heading to that part of town quite yet. I'm nowhere near prepped enough for that. And I expect having Arial and his Metalynx would do wonders for combating the pokemon there, but they're both out of commission until further notice.
The 'Vampire' is probably going to come after Kyubi if we're out and about at night, so that's a hole we're probably not going to be able to get out of, much like with Mitchell and Clair...
Speaking of which...last time I encountered Mitchell, she got incredibly mad when I tried to reason with her. I know my cousin, and she's unlikely to be much better from what I've heard of her current doings. I hope I can use some of the current circumstances to reason with both of them, but the odds of that working are...rather low. And if Clair has another one of the Cursed Arms...I don't think giving her a gun was a good idea if she's as ticked off as I think she is...
Regardless, my current plan is to go talk with the Druggie and that vampire victim, maybe inform Proton about what I find out, and then we need to prep for meeting Mina.'

"A rather apt summation of what you been through at this point, especially consider its all been happening during the FLOWER festival, hmm~. Hardly a moment of respite goes by before another riveting diversion, colorful individual, and/ or something plain bizarre enters your world to give it a vigorous shake and a twist, eh Reiner? Well, despite my did-empowerment and my personal bug bears becoming increasingly and INFURIATINGLY common as of late, I've had more fun and than I can remember in AGES, as you and your friends are, if nothing else, very engrossingly to watch/hear about. Have to have bad times in order for the good ones to be worth a damn, after all, so I'll just find yet another way to adapt to this constant, semi-chaotic flux we seem to be in now, partner, so don't YOU worry too much, partner!"
"Haaa...as much as I want to Teleport you there and deal with that big glowing green problem NOW, you are right. As a native Tandor with both a powerful Steel type AND that freak of nature under his command, brrrrr...., his assistance and insight with solving Celadon's sudden increase in Nuclear power would be greatly appreciate. You also have Rhyxemplar and a....Metagross? Huh, didn't think that crazed couple would be capable of raising one, but I guess with pure madness, anything is possible if half a chance is given! Anyway, with those two and maybe Arial on your side, you should be combat those radioactive monster no problem! I agree that you should get more gear/Items that shield against those nasty Rads that those Pokémon put out, and maybe switch into some protection that resists radiation, not facilitates it. Poison/Dark is great against most Pokémon, but you are begging to be Irradiated if you start hunting Nuclear types as you are right now!"
"Be that as it may, you still shouldn't try to deliberately seek them out or provoke an attack until at LEAST you have settled the meeting between Mina and you that Archie so 'kindly' set up. If necessary, just don't go out during the night until you are darn sure that you can handle yet another asshat making things worse for almost everyone. I thought you were suppose to be a criminal/vengeful man, not Celadon City's latest Vigilante Hero. Not sure if that mean you are a failure of a villain, or just THAT diverse in your talents."
"As for navigating both Mitchel and Clair all consuming wrath towards you, I already offered solutions as to deal with both of them in a myriad amount of ways WITHOUT employing the dreaded Diplomacy on them, but if you STILL want to reason with those border line unreasonable women, go for it! Might be something we can all laugh about a looooong time in the future...if you still have one by that point. Oh, and sorry for not clarifying this earlier, but not all Cursed Arms are guns or 'weapons' in the tradition sense. Depending on the type and the Arm's ability, its power and design can vary from one of Arkus own damn creation to another, so don't assume that every one of those Cursed weapons is something that just shoots someone, alright? That could be a rather....fatal mistake to make, so don't do it!!!"
Once you were done hashing thing out a general plan of action for the future, you made your way to the Pokémon Center to get everyone but Kyubi treated (Since it would be pretty hard explaining her....Uniqueness to the Nurses) , you made your way to the clinic that Officer Samael specified to you earlier, and entered into the lobby to find a young brow haired and freckled man behind the front desk, typing away at his computer terminal and taking the occasional abscent mind sip of cold coffee. He looked and felt tired to your senses, but alert enough to potentially catch you if an attempt to sneak by is made.
