Hmm... @Lord Windos, since you will now participate in The Running, do you need/desire to study my Electric rodents anymore or did lending them to Ventus become relucant because he'll be busy enough to train for the Running? I'm fine with either desision, just wish to know whether I shall have them prepared for Ventus or not.

Also, another thing...Uhm... If Shiva provides the Pokeballs and all kindly asks for it, would either of you catch a Tropius for her if encountered during the Running, please...? If the circumstances allow, of course. (See it as some sort of make-up for lending Braixen to you, Dragon.)

It's because the species often 'brings' more harm than good.  And I doubt the scarred Absol is looking for cuddles.

Ventus would still be happy to study them, but since it turns out that he WILL participate in the Running due to Absol Going To Happen during it, it would probably be best to save the research of them until later. Maybe he can conduct it while they are tutoring Raphael Nasty Plot, and Raphael tutoring Helious Metronome?

On the subject of lending Pokeballs, Ventus only has 3 regular ones right now, and since his capture style either revolves around Diplomancy or Knocking then Statusing the target out cold THEN catching them, he's going to have a hard time catch anything unless Raphael and/or Lucifer are flying above the stampede and are ready to swoop in nail whatever their master's desired target is. I'm not even sure that option is even 'legal' to do in the event, so that could be bust as well. Maybe Nate can spare a Great Ball for him as well?

That's fine, Windos, thanks for letting me know. I'll keep it in mind that the studying is forfeited, but please inform Shiva in-chara 'bout that as well. I'm undisclosed yet whether I want Metronome on Helios or not, but that is independant from studying my rodents.

Or I could just go and get two Great Balls to give to Ventus, and kindly ask him to only put the target to sleep, don't beat it up totally (only to -1 Pain) and then attempt catching? Hope he'll remember...

He will inform her of his sudden turnabout on joining in the Running and resceduale the study of Plusle and Minun for another date as soon they meet up once more, if she doesn't do so first. As for capturing a Pokémon...he'll certainly try to follow her wishes, but if something happens that forces his hand on the matter...then she's going to have to settle with a thoroughly battered Pokémon. Such is the way of things with Ventus: he doesn't like taking unnecessary risks unless he absolutely has too.
