Well, this situation seems awful familiar to me *Remember the time Kirlia got savaged by Rattatta* Oh. Hmm, well, at least Nathan's favorite psychic type isn't dying/has negative HP this time around, so Ventus isn't Unfettered/Blood Rager levels of anger at the Skorupi, but he still wants it to die/be permenantly removed from the local area. Hopefully Nathan takes this as entirely well meaning at this point, but you've pointed out that even murderous Pokémon are considered protected/sacred individuals, so he could become irritated himself. Oh dear...

Also reminds me a little of when Ventus was in a similar situaton.  Skorupi shouldn't be nearly as much of an issue as a Scyther, though.

You took the words right out of my mouth, Spirit. Oh dear, Ventus would have a conniption fit at seeing such bizaare hybrid, but having it on her team could certainly help soften her up to the eventual reveal of Orthos, so he would probably not raise to much of a fuss, if for only that reason.
