Out of pure curiosity and in theory, would Weather Ball on Cherubi be approved? It is on this Pokemon's list for ?XP. Shiva desires to be able to summon the sunshine and rainfall anyway, has a closeness to nature (or rather: Natural Magic) anyway and Nightshade is a firm member of the team since I desire for Flower Gift Ability in battles, but I'm highly undisclosed whether I shall or shall not take the path to tutor this move.

You can't just tutor any move. It will usually have to be a "?" move on the list, or a move that seems really fitting. Or be like the Iron Tail tutor and be a master specialist - even he can only tutor his favorite move indiscriminately.

Does that mean I can't tutor Lilith Nasty Plot/Dragon Pulse/Earth Power/Tailwind then? I though those moves were the ones in her Move Tutor Learnset, and therefore tutorable, but if that is the case I might just save points for Medicine instead...

Lilith I'll have to do more work on, because she is not statted in Pokerole. Move tutoring is kinda different in Uranium anyway.

Dragon Pulse and Nasty Plot are on her level up list, so that's not relevant to tutoring. 
Tailwind you may consider as ? move on her. 
Earth Power I kinda like on her, because of the whole deity thing. So that can be ? as well.

Ralts can apparently get Encore through breeding, which is a point in its favor, so maybe a specialized Tutor could do it.

*Raises eyebrow in faint disbelief* That decision just ends up making the move much worse then, if its effects basically cancel the moment the user leaves the battlefield, rendering the point of it unceremoniously useless most of the time.

Hey, I like using Leech Seed, both here on a virtual game table and in the official handheld games! It's a key move to help Cherubi evolving into a Cherrim even.

Cool. Thanks! Still undisclosed and would probably need your input to even get a connection to that move, but maybe that can be done at some point when Shiva has built up a little more self-confidence. Unless Cherubi evolved by then, that is, since Cherrim doesn't have this move on its list anymore.

If 'not relevant to tutoring' means that she can't be tutored in those moves, then I'm somewhat disappointed, since that means the HP surprise cost reducation has suddenly become a whole lot less desirable, given that it spending any XP on it puts me farther away to boosting the power of Lilith's relatively low BP moves with either Nasty Plot or Dragon Pulse. Bah....

I'm not totally dissing the move, I just find that change unecessaryly detrimental , but that is just my opinion in the end. Sorry about that...

Well, none forces you use that move with your own Pokemon, so that's actually no problem. ^^

It still drains, just doesn't heal.
