Yeah, a move on the level-up list needs to be done using XP. Rationale: a tutoring session is basically just a special training session!
You can still swap to the 7HP version if you wish, since you haven't done anything with your new friend's build yet.

Whiscash surrendered, no need for a Round 4. Gustav can faint him without a roll if that's what you want to do.

*Sigh* No, I'll keep the HP Surprise Cost Reduction, since it will eventually benefit me more in the long run than Nasty Plot. I have another thing to ask, though, out of curiosity: Is Dragon Dance a move that can be tutored on Lilith when she evolves? Its not in her level up learnset (But in her tutor set), and she'll be a Dragon when she evolves, so is that ok?
