This has been a while coming: Calam gains +1 Loyalty.

"Where did he get this scar, Nathan?" She's not superstitious and has no problem with an Absol. Calam looks a little relieved that it is going well, but he glowers a bit at mention of his scar.

There was one more floor Shiva desired to pay a visit before heading upstairs to the Trading Post.

It was... the Held Item Floor.

In fact, she visits this floor with her cherry-like Pokemon resting closely to herself on her right shoulder, semi-hidden behind strands of hair and receiving occasional nuzzles from her Master. It seems like by now, Nightshade has earned herself a spot in her Master's heart.

Yes, their stock seems quite limited, but that touch of power, as well as that manufacturing of items caused her to wonder about something... In curiosity and slight hesitation, Shiva approached the counter with the vendors, while holding something safely in her hand that was yet not visible.

"Uhm... Hello. I have some sort of question, wondering whether it could be possible... See, I have that stone here -" *placing the stone Shiva snatched from the eremit's cave there on the counter* "-and if touching it, it clearly emits some sort of power as if it's been exposed to power, but it does not seem to have any power on their own. You understand? I've been, well...wondering whether it's possible to turn this into a Heat Rock, containing the power and warmth of the sun? Maybe channeling the power in some way? I don't quite know where to turn to with this idea, this floor here in Department Store was what came to my mind at first. I do have a Pokemon that can brighten up the sun, and I'm able to pay shall you be capable of manufacturing a Heat Rock out of this special stone."

"Well I have no idea, I'm just a clerk. I can give you the number of our supplier in Stair City, but I don't really think they will know just how to do it either. Science honestly kinda sucks at making Held Items."

She doesn't seem to sense the power you sense, either.

"Nope? Oh... Well, I would gladly take the number of your supplier, but if you say they likely won't be able to help me either, this is a tab bit of a wasted effort for me. Sorry... If Science sucks at it, is there any other way to create a Held Item if having the, let's say, 'basic thing' like this stone here? That means, not from scratch? I'm just...wondering, you know..."

Shiva also retrives that stone from the ends of the earth from the counter, but she does not return it where she drew it from. Instead, she nevertheless offers it to Nighshade who was still semi-hidden resting on her shoulder. "Hey, do you actually desire to keep a hold of this stone nevertheless, Nightshade? There's power in it, just like you are storing power from the sun and leechseeding to eventually evolve into a sweet Cherrim. So?"

An ancient King having really good techonlogy sounded pretty weird for the History-noob Shiva was, yet somewhat alluring. She'll certainly keep an eye open for any treasures to retrieve from the ruins, shall the group eventually go down there. The thought of this gave her a cold shiver, she'll trust in the soon-crafted Cleanse Tag for herself any Yena to both provide some protection from Ghost Types. As for that clerk, "...Well, thank you then for that information given, I'll remember them. Sorry that I'ce kept you busy for a while... I'll get going then, have a nice daaaay!~" Off she was in direction to the elevator then.

Well, then... It was about time for the so far (maybe on another day she feels like paying the Almanac Lab in the underground a visit) last business Shiva wanted to wrap up in the Department Store - it was trying to find a good new owner for that Beartic she caught. She enjoys the fact of having managed to obtain such a rare and strong Pokemon originating from her home-region, but the fact that this Beartic was very disobediant, she was somewhat scared of even trying to handle him. They're not really used to humans, and she desires to better not risks a paw swipe for anyone she knows, and/or possibly calling Ven's protectiveness over her by keeping such a strong and somewhat dangerous Pokemon for herself. Ah, right, he said he's experienced in the care and handling of disobediant Pokemon, maybe... Ah, nope, better have more time to get Gothitelle used to her. He'll have enough to do with Kingdra as well, likely.

Also, this was a part of her attitude of 'letting her actions speak instead of actualy words to spread the word of Earthpower'. She was enjoying this.


She has already prepared the offer to pin onto the blackboard for open Trades. Don't ask her when she did that.

Uhm... Well, hello. During traveling to the Western end of the Great Divide, I managed to capture a particularly rare Pokemon in Chresire – and adult and male Beartic, that I'm now offering for trades.
I nicknamed him 'Antares', after the brightest star in the constallation of Skorupi. He has Snow Cloak as Ability and knows Icy Wind, Brine, Hail, Blizzard, Aqua Yet, Super Power, Trash, Icicle Crash, Fury Swipes, Slash, Flail and Powder Snow. I never battled with him on my own. There is something special about this bear, as it bears (...) a secondary Typing that it normally not has. Which one and why is a story the future owner will hear. I'm desirering for this future owner to know that the rising and caring for a Beartic is no easy task, especially since my exemplar will likely be very disobediant. It may be dangerous, so please don't speak to me if you're simply interested in the rarity factor.

As for what offers for my bear, I'm mostly interested in rare items. Something that rejoices my own Pokemon and helps them grow is appreciated.

I'm hanging around here at this floor with a Braixen wearing a black collar with a crescent charm and a Marill wearing a flowercrown of red roses, if you wish to speak to me. Thank you!

Once the offer has been put up, Shiva got herself comfortable with a soda at some free space near the window, waiting for an interested people to approach her. Nightshade can remain on her shoulder as she's a small and light Pokemon and Shiva savoured the faint feeling of power so close to her, but Braixen and Marill got summoned to the scene as well. Both can enjoy some casual free time with their Master for now, after a bit of snacking Shiva would end up brushing and grooming through her magical fox's warm fur.

'Well, it seems that the stress caused by the vines and being isolated in his Pokeball for a prolonged period of time has not detrimentally impacted his mental health too much, but it appear that even my own balled Pokémon put them on edge. Hmm.....' Ventus thought to himself, pondering this information for a moment, before he decides upon a course of actions. Flicking his wrist several times, the sociologist deposited all his Pokeball on his person from....somewhere into his satchel, before placing it (the satchel) right outside the door to the room with a note on it saying: 'Property of Ventus Zackarieh, Please Don't Touch Without Permission.' and returning to the Pyroar. This time he approached much closer to the somewhat hot tempered feline, but still maintained a respectful distance with his hands tucked behind his back as he greeted them.

"Hello their, Pyroar! I don't believe we've properly aquanted ourselves the last time I we meet, so let me introduce myself. My name is Ventus, and I'm here to help comfort you and provide any aid you desire after your stressful ordel with the Vines. Would you like me to.....cuddle with you, while you explain to me what has you so upset? Don't worry about me not understanding, as I should get the gist of whatever you convey to me, whatever method you use."

A youth comes rollerskating up to Shiva. "Name's Sid. You must be Shiva A. May I ask, where you found this Beartic? If it is fast, I am interested. Can you imagine how fast I could skate if I could ice the floor as I went along? But I wish for all my Pokemon to be...special."

His control over his skating is impeccable, even in this crowded mall.
