What, @Spiritmon, you've already done with Encounters after that gothic battle?! Uhm...lolz, alright.... Me and Ven are still there in dorm dealing with ship-related issues... Certainly it takes a while, but both of our charas have practically working towards such a scene in the silent, and by doing a bit of reading I figured out tabletop RPGs lack or seem biased about romance, meh! Give me a bit of love among all that drama and slaying dragons, as long as it's not cheesy and made-up!! I've been textual roleplaying love several times already, somehow characters of mine tend to allure others without me aiming for that.

Oh, and @Lord Windos, I hope you enjoy my latest post. But...if not now is an 'ideal time', what do you think would be an 'ideal time'? Is there any chance Ven would agree at some point, or are he and Shiva now soft-forced to remain close friends for...mind you, forever? o.o

Thanks a lot ^^ First I have use Shiva Style to conqueror pokemon by friendship. Now I will conqueror enemies with Phantom Style. With Force! 

Yeah, I already done. First one was a Session Training with Phantump, Monferno and Tynamo. The second was a search in Mt. Sentry for any clue about the Library (with no results however) and finally the battle against the gothic. Heart will problably take the rest of the day reading a few books and trying to find any information in his books in the Pokemon Center. And feed Mudkip and Nidorino.

It'd be pretty hard to make up a set of rules for love in an RPG. But most RPGs are open ended enough that you can easily add it if you so desire.

I imagine it wouldn't work out great in face-to-face D&D though. Either you have an IRL couple making everybody gag all the time, or you have two acquaintances awkwardly pretending to be more.

The online medium is perfect because it doesn't take time away from anyone else, and you have time for a measured response!

Ugh, nope, I don't think I'd enjoy showing any affection at a real game table. Better off with doing more questing and not leaving the others out.

Some GMs seem to have housemade rules for PC-NPC-romance though, often including dice throws, but it seems weird to me that for example the impact of a flirt, as dumb or hilarious the wording of it may be, is determined by the amount of rolled successes.

Oh, another thing @Iron... Would Ven's new Kingdra be able to battle at all on land? o.o Underwater is no problem, naturally, but that's no option within Stair City/for my own Pokemon. It's raining in-game though, or maybe there is a big enough pool of water nearby so that Ao Guang can battle from there, while my Pokemon remain and attack from land?

Oh, another thing @Iron... Would Ven's new Kingdra be able to battle at all on land? o.o Underwater is no problem, naturally, but that's no option within Stair City/for my own Pokemon. It's raining in-game though, or maybe there is a big enough pool of water nearby so that Ao Guang can battle from there, while my Pokemon remain and attack from land?

It can fight on land, but it can't do anything creative. Basically just stands there balanced on its tail; can hop about a little. 

With the rain yesterday there'd be no problem finding a puddle big enough for hydroplaning. I'll roll to see if it's still raining, or you two can purposely choose a time when it is raining.

If it's watching your Gym Battle, I'm sorry that I have to decline this, as I'd rather not take a day off for that sake and delay the group from departing into direction Cress City even more than Shiva's subtly doing already due to wanting to have that Gothy in her care. ._.

Ven's going to work at the Shelter for free along with Shiva, and then he's going to see if he can't have his proposal fulfilled by her afterwards, so Nathan has Dagney for himself that day if he chooses to brave his cold! Ven will likely challenge the Gym once Shiva finishes her work at the Shelter, since by then she should have more or less recovered from nearly being kidnapped by the Scrims.

Definitely not Shiva for today, Ventus said he accompanies her to the Shelter, and me and Windos have agreed to hold a Trial-Battle for his new Kingdra already way before you brought this up. Help, hmm... There are pharmacies in Stair City, for sure. The Miasmedic-one Shiva has visited to get a recommendation for her Vitamin D and St. John's Wort is located in...*checks in Game Thread*...indeed in Stair City.
