Shiva doesn't really have any clue where they might be found, but the Almanac does mention that certain herbs can evolve a weird Miasmedic Pokemon!

Well, given that Shiva has a fondness for herbology anyway and is always on the lookout for special plants to gather, she may stumble over that Aromatic Herb in case it simply grows in the wild or can be bought from a special NPC/shop, or she could simply call Xiani and ask whether she has already heard from a herb that evolves such a weird Pokemon... But for now, I'm fine to keep a Spritzee.

Uhm, according to Corebook you can't, as that move is only listed for Monferno but not Infernape. It's an Egg and Tutor Move for Infernape in the handheld games though... GM's discretion?

Good question... Hmm, he's probably busy with college work. I'd personally value progress, and I read between the lines that he's eager to hold his Gym Battle once he has paid Heart a visit. That, and since 1. Kirlia hasn't gave one look to Ven as he dragged Shiva away and 2. after that 'conversation' yesterday I'm not quite sure whether Ven would want to check on him right away but instead just leave her handle this. I'd certainly would like to leave bit of room for him to react not only because Shiva has said a few sentiments to him before being dragged away, but it feels natural that Shiva would hear them, get them but not respond - so it'd be alright to have it in a flashback? That means, please continue, I guess... I hope that's alright for you @Lord Windos, edits can always be done! ><

Ruling: '?' moves generally apply to the whole evolutionary line, since they're already a bit rare.

Unless it's like Magikarp into Gyarados or something unusual like that.
