Howdy people. Came back from college almost now. Got a little tired too. Got a class of accounting today quite tiresome. Anyway Iron I have a question. The description of Heal says its a basic heal and acordding to Dragonstrike it gets a boost of 2d6 thanks to Mega Launcher. What is exactly the valor of the dice from Basic Heal?

A Basic Heal rolls a number of D6 equal to half the target's max HP (rounded down).  So, for example, if Nathan's Starmie uses Recover, then we roll 3 D6, and every success heals 1 HP.

If a Clawitzer uses Heal Pulse on that same Starmie, though, it's a Basic Heal +2 D6 thanks to Mega Launcher, so it'd roll 5 D6 instead.

Interesting that it somehow became a Mightyena, though...

Ah... This causes me to wonder whether my smol dark buttewolfly will ever become a Mightyena during the Campaign, and whether he'll keep the tiny butterfree wings then. He's not in party and used always, but is trained for a selected niche, so maybe eventually if Shiva shows enough skill to be considered his alpha leader!

I love Heal Pulse as it'd be a great addition for my frequent Double Battles, but I'm too lazy actually to tutor it to Nightshade.

Should definitely note that Basic Heals are based on the target's HP, not yours (unless we're maybe talking about Wish, but that's up to GM discretion).  Clawitzer won't be healing itself with the move, so raising your Vit won't affect how much Heal Pulse can heal.

I don't think so, though (the latter, I mean!). He's a nasty Dark Type and according to GM's input he feels superior of a partial Psychic Type Orthros is, plus he got defeated by the Deltamon against the very odds! This may not have hurt his pride too much it seems, but it certainly hit whatever amount of pride Shiva carrys within herself. Plus, she wouldn't want to bring any of her Pokemon close to Orthros on free will, but let's just leave it at that and not stress issues that have already been discussed enough, alright?
