[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Furret settles her rump down atop the statue. She's smiling and making a purring noise while her legs and tummy get all the benefit of that gentle heat. Another Furret looks up at her lazily and makes a jealous face before going back to sleep. Seems like Furret didn't have any real purpose in coming here, but you can tell she's been here before and maybe enjoyed some food here. It also looks like she really needed the relaxation.

Heh.  The simple pleasures of life.  Sometimes, that's all ya need determination for.

It's relaxing, just spending the day with Furret and his pokemon, exploring the city.  Nathan's needed a good, restful day for awhile now.

Well, he got one.  And seeing Furret and Ralts and Forthright happy is so, so worth it...

Back at the Pokemon Center once the day is over, Nathan pulls the Carvanha egg out again.  Checks it with his 'Dex...is it able to approximate when the egg will hatch?

Nathan carefully sets it down on the bed, and Ralts stays next to it to make sure it doesn't go anywhere.  Nathan sits next to Furret for a bit to have a quick talk with her before bed.

"Well, I think that was certainly a fun day, Furret, but what about you?  Do you think you learned a bit, did you have fun...well, I guess what I'm trying to ask is...did you enjoy just hangin' out with us today?"

Furret nods. She seems really at ease, and not skittish around Nathan at all. The only thing that made her nervous all day was whenever she made eye contact with any tourist Trainer.

"That's good...ya know, I'd like it if every day could be like that...they probably won't be, but...a guy can try, right?"

Nathan doesn't know if Furret will respond to the hint or not...but he's relaxed enough right now that he can wait for Furret if she still needs to think about it a little more.  He can wait.

For once, it feels like he has time.  Maybe it's something to do with being in Cress City, maybe it's being around a pokemon he seems to jive really well with...maybe it's something else.

But for once, he definitely isn't really worried about anything at the immediate point in time.

Furret doesn't leap at the hint. She sticks around, though, and doesn't flee. She definitely still seems leery of battling and catching.

"Well, about time we get some sleep then.  Gonna have to get up early tomorrow if we want to see the Kimono Girls do the Tea Ceremony.  Goodnight, Furret.  Goodnight, Forthright.  Let's try and make tomorrow as good as today."

Everyone gains 1 Will point for a relaxing day in Cress City. Ventus was not in Cress City, but he did get some relaxation in at Vapor Falls. Depending on how much his desire for vengeance haunted him, he may or may not gain one at his own decision. If you choose not to, you'll be eligible for one when your emotions stabilize.

...alright, time to wake Furret and head to the Kimono Girls' Pagoda after a quick breakfast!  Nathan's not gonna wait for aaaannny of the other members of the group!  He's too excited for that!

Heart finally awakes from the bed and take a shower and finally decided to go to the lobby. There he see Nathan. He wave his and join with him. "Good morning Nathan. How are you?"

When Nathan exited the room and entered into his Pokémon Center's lobby, he would find that Ventus was already there, sitting at a table with a bottle of tea in hand and munching on a cheese Danish while reviewing over one of his research notebooks. He had gotten up a hour earlier in order to both prepare for the busy day ahead of himself AND to be able to catch the boy and join him as they went to the pagoda for the Tea Ceremony! That, and his sleep was restless last night due to all the dubious and no doubt diabolical plans and thoughts of vengeance he held towards the twisted spirit Chandelure....

Detecting the young scholar's presence, the researcher looked up and greeted them with a friendly enough smile, before closing his journal with a *Snap!* , putting it away, and heading over to greet them.

"Good morning, Nathan. I trust you have slept better in the less urban settings of Cress, since I can't detect any particular weariness from you. Just in case, though....." he says, before reaching into his satchel to pull out a bottle of tea and a breakfast pastry in a plastic bag, and handed them over to them with a smile and a nod of his head.

"Its Scottish Morn Tea this time, which is even more potent than Irish Breakfast! If you are tired in anyway, shape or form, this beverage will correct that issue poste haste! That, and the caloral intake from the pastry, of course! Now, shall we depart and make way to where the Tea Ceremony is being preformed, and witness how the Kimono Girls here conduct it?"
