[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

@Spiritmon, you haven't said anything definitive so far whether you agree or not agree to hirering Mr. Finder to smell us a path through Mount Sentry to find the Secret Library. What are your thoughts, and how many cash would be willing to contribute to cover the costs of 5000$ (+ expenses asked to be kept at minimum) for his service? If we'd share it between all five of us equally, it'd be 1000$ for each, but:

1. I have no idea how much cash everyone of the group has, and
2. depending how much it is, we can adjust things a little so that those with more cash pay a tad bit more than those with less, but I'd want everyone of the group to contribute at least a bit to the costs. (Including Valder if possible, Iron)

Welp, since its the best manner to find that library, I want to fech 1000 Pokedollar to help the group. I even gonna see if that garnet Heart give to jewel man is finished. He say the recover garnet value would 4500. That gonna help a lot.

Remember that $3000 of that is earmarked for the Scizor trade, so you'll only have $1500 Poke leftover to do what you want!

Right now Ventus doesn't have a lot of Poke (Roughly ~1=$1400 Poke), and my next day is booked helping Valder out for all three Encounter Slots for one of his Evolites / train up Haunter a bit more , so Ven's not going to be able to earn Poke until the day of next in game tomorrow, unless Iron wants to shower it on Ven for some reason.

Remembered that Swiftfire has Payday, so Nathan could get in a few battles with her and keep spamming that move to increase his Poke Count, though, so that is certainly an option to bolster Mr. Finder Funds. Valder also has plenty of Poke on him the last time I asked Nylon, but getting the merc to part with his hard earned cash would have to be Iron's call if Nylon doesn't return and agree to chip in, since they loooove their Poke and wealth like any good and decent merc!

Great, thank you!~ I'm willing to offer 1500$ by myself, and if @Lord Windos contributes the same sum (you CAN offer the full 2000$ you stated in the first place, but you by all means don't have to!), we have in total:

- 1000$ from Heart
- 1500$ from Shiva
- 1500$ from Ventus
= 4000$ in total, means I'd like Nathan and Valder cover the rest and the expenses if possible. That should do it!~

Each use of Pay Day would get Nathan (3 Insight + 3 Survival)*5 = $30 per use.  And that has to be done in battle.  Great source of money in drawn out battles for sure, but it has to be an ACTUAL battle, or the 'money' is gonna be made of metals that have no monetary value.

Could also sell Honey for another small bit of cash, but that's reeeaaaalllly slow since Honey Gather only works once per day.

Nathan has $1670, and I do want that Telekinesis TM, so I need to save some cash for that.

Windos, will Ven stil have enough cash to pay 500$ for that Special Luvdisk from that B&B? I want to have it, for the sake of Swift Swimming in the rain summoned by Azumarill and for the symbolic meaning. (Read their Dex Entries) We can share the costs though as well.

@Spiritmon, since Shiva is down to her last two pokemon, you could just outright state in the game thread what two pokemon of your remaining three you're sending back in.  It'll make things go just a little faster.

Notably, this battle could definitely still go either way since all of Heart's pokemon are higher on the initiative than Shiva's, but they're all heavily damaged too...this is going to be interesting...

Hehehe... I know right ? This fellow gonna be a real treat by the time they are fully tricked out , and I can't wait until I get around to teaching it Grudge ! Oh that will be the day indeed ! 

What's also fun to note is that they can be tutored Nasty Plot too , so they have a damage potential rivaling Michael's once they get it and combo it with any of its moves! Aso , Psywave and being a Ghost type that can Levitate , so yes!!!

Me and Shiva trust in Ventus that he knows what he does and doesn't let it play ill with the others and by all means NEVER dare to let it get too close to her, as that'd be...not really polite and helpful towards his soon love, and trigger her defending herself with Special Poochyena.

Misdreavus is obediant from the start though, as otherwise I guess Ventus wouldn't want to have it?

Shame Perish Song isn't as effective in Pokerole as it is in the games, due to the multi-action stuff.  Misdreavus is one of the scariest users of it when only considering level up moves due to natural access to both it and Mean Look.  Blegh.

Pain Split and Shadow Ball are some other ones to look at.  And there's also the Confuse Ray -> Hex combo.

Mismagius is also a Lucky Chant user!  And has a surprising amount of coverage for a Ghost.  Rock, Grass, Ghost, Dark, Psychic, Fire (if we weren't playing in this campaign, that is), Ice...
