What's also fun to note is that they can be tutored Nasty Plot too , so they have a damage potential rivaling Michael's once they get it and combo it with any of its moves! Aso , Psywave and being a Ghost type that can Levitate , so yes!!!
Shame Perish Song isn't as effective in Pokerole as it is in the games, due to the multi-action stuff. Misdreavus is one of the scariest users of it when only considering level up moves due to natural access to both it and Mean Look. Blegh.
Pain Split and Shadow Ball are some other ones to look at. And there's also the Confuse Ray -> Hex combo.
Mismagius is also a Lucky Chant user! And has a surprising amount of coverage for a Ghost. Rock, Grass, Ghost, Dark, Psychic, Fire (if we weren't playing in this campaign, that is), Ice...
Yeah Perish Song ain't that good unless you can outlast the opponent , and even then you could have KOed them by that point it triggers unless you have no damage output at ALL . Still , Mean Lock is still useful , as preventing switches is nice !
Not interest in getting any other move but Grudge , however , as the power it holds is truly horrifying . Well , maybe Curse,, as that is a pretty nasty move too, as Chuckles well proved...
For that matter , that means they stay as a Misdreavus , even if it means avoiding Dusk Stones like the plague later on. Evolution will work great on them , though!

Ventus avoiding Dusk Stones means they can go to Shiva if found, in case her Litwick ever evolves or she gets her hands on a precious Minicorn. C:

Or if you're facing a reeeaaaalllly beefy, single foe that's gonna take more than 3 rounds to KO. Like maybe a fully grown Onix or a Gyarados or a Wailord or something. And there's always the satisfaction of guaranteeing someone's last pokemon is going to faint no matter what (all you have to do at that point is survive)
Curse would require Iron's approval, sadly.
Just cuz you have the move doesn't mean you have to use it. *shrug* Could take the Phantom approach and not even learn the 0 exp moves unless you explicitly say so. As far as Eviolite (I assume that's what ya meant, anyways)...well, you'd have to convince Nylon to give up one of his if we don't find any more. Don't know if he'd be willing to share.
Side note: if ya could respond to my PM and the game thread stuff soon, that'd be great!

Well, you have a great point right there, but that rather situational too unless Iron starts throwing those bulky beasts right as us, or starting employing monsterously Overgrown Pokémon to take us on. You are right about screwing over last Pokémon of trainers, though, and that is an lovely thought indeed!
True, but considering Misdreavus line is naturally inclined to skrieking and laying nasty spells on others, its not improbable he allows this to be learn at some point.
Huh, why would I ever do that? One of the main points in evolving Pokémon is gaining access to 0 XP, so NOT using them seems backwards minded to me. I already set up an deal with Valder to obtain an Evolite, and it involves using all three of my Encounters tomorrow to train his Pokémon, as I don't have any other way to pay him. That means Ven won't be available for the Idea you proposed on that day, and the day after that is going to be filled with Trades and DEALING with Chandelure, so yeah.....
Hopefully we can all just opt to have a not very busy/post intensive day next in game tomorrow, right? .......Right?

Lucky Chant's not the only one Mismagius gets for 0 exp. Ya get Magical Leaf, Mystical Fire [only if going by OR/AS onwards movepools instead of the book's, though], Phantom Force (none of which you learn otherwise), Power Gem (which normally costs 55 exp for Misdreavus), and Spite (if you didn't spend the 5 exp on it already)
Ah, didn't know that ya already set up something to get one of the three. Fair enough.
Well, no promises, but we'll see what happens, I guess.

Mystic Fire? Iron, can Misdreavus PLEASE learn that move upon level up too? That be really cool to have that sort of coverage available, especially if/when she learns Wil-lo-wisp too later on! That, and Inferno is always an option too, since Misdreavus actually learned the move as a part of a Dream World event, and it has been demonstrated by Ghastly that Ghosts CAN travel to that world (or at least Ghastlies can). Depends on what you interpret as valid moves, though, Iron, so that is all on you.
All the players could just do an all day training session for each of our Pokémon, or try to keep Encounters short as possible. That way no one gets delayed (Mainly me), and we can get started on things like Gym Battles, paying off Mr. Finder, trades and Ghost hunting.....that sort of things. Plus, the faster that day is completed, the faster Ventus can start making Poke again to help fund various deals, so....

Besides, @ Dragonstrike, you wanted to speak about Shiva with somethingelse? If it doesn't take too long, you can do so now, if not I'll get to progress Shiva's Day further by getting to the trade of Druddigon.

*sobs faintly for my future Delphox's great Signature Move* I never liked how Mismagius got that move, it feels somewhat off.
I've already opted to hold a Training Session instead of visiting the Medium, Windos dear, next on the list is trading Druddigon, then heading to the Pagoda for the Evening Ceremony and battle a Kimonogirl OR hold another Training Session if Shiva isn't lucky, THEN I can get to pick up Ventus for the evening. I also would like to ask you to NOT rush through that shared evening, please.

Windos, will Ven stil have enough cash to pay 500$ for that Special Luvdisk from that B&B? I want to have it, for the sake of Swift Swimming in the rain summoned by Azumarill and for the symbolic meaning. (Read their Dex Entries) We can share the costs though as well.
Ventus has enough to purchase the Luvdisc, but he'll be left with $900 Poke, which is really low at this point in the game. I'd prefer to split the costs myself at this point, and it would be more symbolic if both our characters contributed in purchasing what amounts to an Pokémon that represents their shared love.

Misdreavus is obediant from the start though, as otherwise I guess Ventus wouldn't want to have it?
Aw, I wanted to at least let Misdreavus scare her once, but since you said otherwise.... : (
Still can let them spook others and consume the terror of his enemies/prey, though, so the bashee will be well feed under his care, hehehe.... Sometimes, it really DOES pay to be a morally dubious character!

Yeah, let me get to that real quick. Was contemplating if I should bring up my idea or not then, but I guess it can be saved for later.
