Plan firmly in mind, the mischevious spirt let out and small *Eeee!* to grab both their attention, including her master, who shot her a looked and probed her feelings to see if she was trying to get up to trouble (She wasn't, uh uh!), before he relaxed and inclined her head towards her. With his permission granted, she floated over in front of the boys and gave them a more confidant *Eee!*, before she calm down and closed her eyes as she concentrated on her powers. The jewels on her body began to lightly glow in tune, and a small purple lump began to slowly materialize before them, taking on a more definite shape and color as the seconds went by until at last it was fully formed.

Given Nathan's Knowledge base, he should easily be able to discern that the stone is none other than an Evolite!

Opening her eyes, the banshee gave them a showy grin and started to...well, show off her Item, using her Ghostly and latent telekinetic powers to float the Held Item in front of them both while doing tricks with it in the air! Well, what do you think now? Surprised yet, *Eeee*?

*Timeskip to Transit to Card Shop*

Ventus silently tilted his head at Nathan's remark as they answered their, already piecing together the ongoing conversation with a notable air of curiousity. 'Marta has a care package for him? Hmm....what could it be, I wonder, if she's being so coy about it by the sounds of it...?'

His 'horrifying' little sister (still out and about with her master) was also intrigued by the conversation, as she's naturally a nosy little spirit due to her nature as a prankster/scary Ghost, and tried to hover closer to the boy so that she could hear both ends of it. If Ralts start getting grumpy at her presence, all the better in her opinion! Their attitude was QUITE amusing to her, as was his belief he could take her in a fair fight, te he~!

Not so much surprised as intrigued. Eviolite crystals are pretty rare.

This entire time, Ralts has been trying to ignore the ghostie for the most part. At her attempts to get closer, Ralts just STARES at her, making quiet noises telling her to back. Off. He doesn't want her to be THAT close to Nathan at all.

Maybe surprisingly, maybe not, this is sort of overriding the stunned surprise Ralts should be imitating because of Nathan. He does look questioningly at Nathan though, wondering what the big deal is. He can't seem to get Nathan's attention, though...

Some time After Visiting the Card Shop

During his third Training Session of the day with his mercenary's Pokémon that went much smoother after he worked out the kinks in his training plans and earned a monicrum of their respect (or at least wore them down enough for them to act like they had), Ventus phone started to vibrating, which naturally put him on alert as to who/why someone was calling him. Still, he waited until after he winded up Froakie, Haunter, and Mamo's last round of their planned combat regimen with and recalled them before digging his phone out and checking his messages, while Melphena floated up to get a peek at the screen, as even though she couldn't read that didn't prevent her from still being a curious little devil!

Immediately a wide smile appeared on the researcher's face as he discovered that it was in fact Heart informing him not only that he has/will soon have the funds to complete their trade, but their aquistion of a semi-rare Hypno! He almost called them up right away to scheduale the trade ASAP, as Valder was due to arrive anytime now to retrieve his partners and hand over Haziel, his fingers hovering over the call button with Heart's number already selected.....until he noticed his Little Miss hover over his shoulder with a faintly intrigued expression. That caused him to pause for though as he had an eureka moment and realized circumstances had changed somewhat drastically.

When he proposed his trade with the rare collector, he only had Ao Guang to seriously worry about in regards to discipline, while only Hanael, Lucifer, and Lilith needed more training to further entice their latent potential out of them, so acquiring a Scyther to take care of was , while not a easy task in the slightest, was still somewhat manageable. Since then, however, his cute little fallen angel Azrael just hatched out of her Egg and he took Melphena in the fold, both of them requiring a great deal of care, familiarization, training, and bonding in addition to doing all that for his afformention Pokemon, making the prospect of training another Disobedient Pokémon a far more daunting task now. Adding that, he was also deficient on the funds and time necessary to take a Scyther to the Camp program hosted by the Disobedience Shelter to bond with them, and now had/has other obligations (Namely toward contributing to the Mr. Finder Fee and his deal with Nathan) that would prevent him from speedily remedying his relative poverty.

In short, the empath really was unable to properly handle or provide the rigorous care/discipline a Scizor needed, at least not until he finished/caught up bonding/training/nurturing with the member of his family that most needed it.

Of course, he couldn't just back out of his deal with Heart now, as he still very much wanted a Scizors to add to his family at some point, and he knew the man would be crushed to have Delta Onix snatched away from him at the last possible second. That would not only jeapordize his plans for them to help research the flying rock snake together, but it would also be needlessly cruel to the man. So he stood their in the Pokémon Center's Gym, his face twisted into an expression of consternation as he tried to ponder an easy solution to this situation, with his banshee giving him a faintly mystified look at his sudden downward turn in behavior (Oh deary me, her master has gotten weird again....).......

.....Until in a flash of Insight the solution came to him, causing him to grin excitedly once more as he hit the call button and rang up Heart, Malphena now shaking her head in slight wonder as how quickly his mood swung right back up again (My my...what a twist!) as he said over the line:

"That's fantastic news my friend, and I'm thrilled you managed to adding Alphonse to your team! Be careful and practice a bit of caution around it, though, as the Hypno species is notorious for lulling people into a mindless state with its psychic talents and force them to do all manner of things if it has a mind to do such things. Hopefully that won't be an issue, but better forewarned and armed than being caught off guard! Now, as for our trade arrangement, I'd like to amend it by simply requesting the $3000 Poke to spend at my own leisure, and simply trade you for Scyther instead. I've had an bit of an ephiney regarding just how much my current family member need by support more than a new addition, so I've decided to simply store the Bug away until I'm ready to fully commit to taking care of him. I hope that's acceptable to you Heart, but if not we can always re-discuss the terms of our deal."

When Heart and Koa join in the ceremony Koa begin to use the Dragon Dance. Heart was already prepare for that moment with the music he have in mind. He takes the Thump Harp he have buy in Arrowroot and begin to bring the sound in the same as Koa was dancing (using Will Point to make sure the Dragon Dance work).

Words are born into air
And quick fade out in the wind
But they find their way inside you
Where they live on forevermore

In these moment the sounds became a little more deep and sad. Koa acompany the sound of the song. Then the song begin to be a little more happy after a few moments.

When the skies are dark and full of rain
Look inside your heart
The light, so warm will come and glow
Shining just like the sun

Heart go more deep and deep in the music, trying to reach not just a good sound, but to reach the peak inside of his soul. Feeling each moment of his life and journey he made until now. The happy and suffer moments. The love and loneliness. The right and sins he have lived. The music mixed together all these opositive forces. Today, the light and darkness of a human soul was dancing like a couple. Heart put every single piece in his acords, and Koa was putting the same kind of feelings, and feel all the sadness and happiness of his trainer. They are two and one, a true bond between dragon and trainer.

You can see, just how much you've grown
How strong you are
A love will open up to you
And it starts from the day that you, first heard those words

With these final words, Heart let the song be alive for a few minutes, and bit by bit the song begin to die. In that moment a few tears begin to roll from Heart eyes. Even him begin to feel the same feelings like the music. Pain and happiness is the same but different in the same time. Koa eyes have a few tears too. Its one of the rare moments when a trainer and Pokemon have this level of sicronize. Heart just wanting to have the others here to hear that song and witness such rare moment. That is something rare. A Clown crying.

Mechanic: See the reaction of the crowd and the reaction of the Kimono girl. Since there can be only one move per round that my first one. I just hope Umbreom and Kimono girl dont begin to attack right away. If the battle begin let me know to edit okay @Iron?

Nathan's spark of interest in her Evolite was not the shock or awe she was hoping for, but seeing his behavior change from its former sullenness pleased her greatly, as she let out a delighted trill and preformed some more fanciful tricks with the stone, before dematerializing it and floating back to her master's side with a sastified/self please cat like smile. Yes, she FINALLY elicited a reaction from the boy, and it was a favorable one no less! Its a far cry from true surprise her prankster spirit craved to get out of them, but she happily take this small victory to tide her over, as she bid her time for the next opportunity to catch them unawares, te he~!

The researcher was also intrigued by his 'horrifying' little sister's performance, as he didn't take her for a show off or similar, but he supposed somewhat inherently dramatic nature of being a spooky Ghost coming to the forefront. That, or she really wanted to provoke a response from the both of them. Ventus soon pushed those thoughts to the side for the moment to answer the young scholar's inquiry, a small if slightly charinged smile on his face as his did so. "Well, I received this Evolite as part of an arrangement with my mercenary, in exchange for a Potion and training his whole team all day while he borrowed Haziel for the day to conduct his own business around the region. Its the reason I arrived later to museum than you, as the first morning's session went.....roughly, to put it simply. Oh well, hopefully I'll have found a good raport with them by this mid-day.......and Reshirim help me if I don't! Oh, and I believe he said he had two more Evolite besides the one he gave me, so if you are interested in obtaining one feel free to make a deal with him at some point!"

Entire Cell Phone Conversation

Ventus couldn't hear the entire conversation from where he was standing off to the side, but judging by the Nathan's dumbfounded silence and experssion, whatever his mother revealed threw him for a loop and then some! Despite himself, the scientist couldn't help but worry a tad bit when they continued to zone out and stared blanking into their Pokedex, and so he decided to glide over to their side and gently shake their shoulder to rouse them from their stupor.

"Nathan? Nate? Are you quite alright? Please, respond and tell me you're well, Nathan. (worriedly grumbles under his breath) What in Reshirm's names did Marta say that left him so gobsmacked.....?"

Malphena, however, knew exactly why the boy had lasped into a state of pure shock, both his reaction and the reason behind it brining an excited smile to her face as she bounced up and down in air: his birthday was today! Oh isn't this the nicest of all the surprises she's had the pleasure to experience all week, te he! She can't WAIT for him to rush over and discover what present his uncle sent him, and she how he reacts to IT!

The abnormal Ralt's continued displeasure at her being so near their master dampened her eagerness to a noticeable degree, causing the banshee to turn stop her sashaying and turn towards them and frown slightly at them. Normally such behavior would be nothing but bemusing to her, but now he was frankly being such a killjoy. Besides that, she hadn't even tried to do anything even REMOTELY meanspirited to him and their master besides trying a couple of good scares and some bragger/teasing, so she really doesn't see what his animosity towards her is!

Eventually she just rolled her eyes and let out a small *Sigh*, before she floated away from Nathan and towards them, stopping right in front of them and calmly, patiently explained their master's reaction in exact detail, before she pulled away and regarded him with a half lidded look of expectation. There, maybe he wouldn't try giving her a headache or put her to sleep now, and lighten up a bit too! Oh, the burden of being more sensible (at least in this case)....
