I can't see them forming a heart in this picture actually, but I can imagine one instead. ^^ It's more like a circle.

Well, its because I couldnt find a better picture to ilustrate ;-;
And I dont very much skilled in drawing...so I try to find something to ilustrate. Well I think the "wings"/"spike things" from Palkia and Dialga form something more "circular" of the shape of a heart I guess. More or less. Like I say, thats the best I could think...

*scribbles* With the wings/spikes from Palkia and Dialga more spread out and Giratina adjusting a little to make the bottom converging, one can awake the image of a heart.
On a different not, I just found that --> https://scientificpokedex.tumblr.com/tagged/poochyena/
It seems from that viewpoint, a Poochyena is supposed to eat meat. Lolololol...

Yes, thats the idea I having. And with Arceus in the center of the heart, like the core of the very heart who represents the existence of the universe. Now that I stop to thinking, even without thinking, its kinda something philosophic if you stop for a second. The Creation would be the tools who manipulates the foundations of the universe of pokemon: Time, Space and Reality/Anti-matter. Its almost like poetic.

It always has been, really. That cave drawing in the Celestic Ruins has a double meaning, as Cynthia could well tell just about anyone. The initial impression everyone gets is it represents the Lake Trio surrounding Dialga or Palkia, binding the dragon and weakening/calming it. However, in Platinum, if you happen to revisit the location and examine the drawing for some random reason, Cynthia appears from out of nowhere to talk about how she thinks it also represents the Creation Trio, with something else in the middle...something that might have created the world everyone now lives in...though she wasn't sure how Giratina fit into the grand scheme of things at the time (she learned more about that later, I'm sure). The Mystri Stage in the Sinjoh Ruins also happens to mirror that triangular pattern.

Yeah. And if you look from another pespeticve, the Creation Trio indeed looks like a heart, with Palkia and Dialga on the top, Giratina in the bottom, and Arceus on the center. At least that was my first impression. When I making my character sheet, I was thinking about what name the character would be. I always someone who love a good lore, and from legends about mythics and legendaries from the pokemon world, the Creation Trio was always my favourite. Divine and god like forces ruling the forces of time and space, a neutral force who rules the Anti-matter and the reality of the world, and a almight and powerfull god who is above all? God like tales always was fascinated me, since I always read books about mythology about egypt, greek and roman myths about gods and monsters. None of these stories is truth, but it is a fascinating thing to read.
Thats why I love so much the games of both Elder Scrolls and the Pokemon franchise. I like the pokemon franchise not only because of the pokemons (obiviously) but it because of the lore of the pokemon world. I would dare to say I like more the lore of the pokemon world, then the game itself. And the Elder Scrolls franchise its chest filled with treasures, because of the story about Tamriel (the world where it happens the Elder Scrolls games) is so much incredible.
Thats why I always try to create some sort of backstory for all my character I made: Arial and Heart both took a time to make interesting lores. But I think Heart is the most creative in perks of lore/backstory. About his ancestors, the Eight clans, besides other things. Its actually something I try to made. And the part about: "They are forgotten to be only be remember by a few." Have some be there, by the most important it to not interfere with the lore/narration of Iron, since as much I like to make/read lores, I dont want to interfere with the lore of the master itself.
At least thats my insight about that. Sorry if my post become so much large. I divague sometimes when I think deep about any topic. Again, sorry @ Iron and @ Dragonstrike.

Here's the fun part though: all official lore surrounding the arrangement of the Lake and Creation Trios positions them like in this image of the Mystri stage:
Uxie/Palkia is at the top, Mesprit/Dialga is in the lower left, and Azelf/Giratina is in the lower right. Arceus/Dialga/Palkia is usually found in the middle. This is also reflected in the positions of the three major lakes in Sinnoh and the location of Spear Pillar. Even in Creshire, this pattern holds true to an extent. Mesprit was located at the Safari Zone when the League found it. Uxie was last seen flying north of Creshire, over the ocean. Azelf was last seen in a hurry around the Lake Chicory area. What's in the middle of those three areas? Mt. Sentry (no idea if that has any significant meaning or not yet, but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough!). And where was Mesprit in its hidden cavern? In the Southwestern corner of it (mostly a flavoring thing in this case, though, rather than being anything potentially meaningful on its own). In Sinnoh's Lake Caverns, the trio also follows the triangular pattern, with isolated puddles representing the locations of the other two members of the trio (the pixie that occupies the cavern is found in the correct corner of the triangle relative to the two puddles when you enter the cavern). The Cave of Being in Unova follows the same pattern with dry spots on the ground which the pixies occupy.
...and as such, Nathan is VERY interested in Heart's pendant, since it's a very different depiction of the Creation Trio than usual. IC and OOC, I'm finding this expanded lore an interesting option to explore.
I love a good bit of lore myself, and Sinnoh easily has some of my favorite bits and pieces since they explore what made the pokemon world the way it is.
Another part I like to think about is why there seems to be more than one of certain Legendaries. Things like Lati@s, Genesect, and Shaymin are easy: it's canon that there's 'a lot' of them. The Lake Trio and the Regis? How about the Legendary Birds and Beasts? What about the Weather Trio? Those are a bit harder. Gens 2-5 have some interesting material to examine for why Legendaries from older generations show up in so many regions, though.
And then Gen 6 and 7 said 'screw it!' and started the multi-verse theory that allows dragging in Legendaries from other dimensions when they don't have any reason to be/live in that region in the first place. Not quite as interesting, tbh, but the lore surrounding the Legends that are only native to Kalos and Alola so far is certainly beefy, I'll give it that much.
TLDR; I made Nathan a historian so it'd make sense for me to talk about all this cool stuff

Well, like I learned from administration, numbers hold mean and power. When we talking about duality between legendary pokemon, it is to represent opositive forces crashing against each other. Groundon and Kyogre is the representative forces of Sea and Earth, Water and Earth/Fire. Reshiram and Zekrom? Truth and Duty. Palkia and Dialga? Space and Time. Xerneas and Yveltal? Life and Death. There is a need about duality forces to maintain the balance. Like Light and Darkness, Good and Evil, Ying and Yang.
But sometimes a third force is necessary, something who have equal power as those two forces, but it is neither one or another, its noth either black or white, but "grey". Its here where a third power of Legendary is necessary, something to counter balance in cases of dual legendaries. This is the of Rayquaza to counter Balance Groundon and Kyogre, Kyurem to counter balance Reshiram and Zekrom, Giratina to counter balance Palkia and Dialga, and finally Zygarde to counter balance Xerneas and Yveltal. At least it is my vision of the mean. And indeed I must admit, in concept of Legendary pokemon, Gen 6 and 7 dont impress very much. Magearna per example its the most uniterest legendary pokemon I ever see. In therms of Lore I mean. As a pokemon with desigh, ability, moves and even typing its something interesting, but in therms of "Legendary Lore" I dont think so. Legendary Pokemon should be consider almost god like beings, capable about change the very ecossystem of the pokemon world, such Entei each time he roar, a new vulcano in the world born. Now THATS a Legendary to be fear.
About Legendary pokemon from other dimensions looks something...interesting to say at least, but thats come a question: In what way that pokemon should be interesting? In what way that thing affect the world or have a mean/goal to even exist? Thats a important question when you make the Lore of very much important beings, such as Legendary Pokemon or not (I know Ultra Beasts dont exactly count as Legendary Pokemon, but since they have a "core role", the Lore behind them its one of the most critical points to be consider). Thats is my point of view in the matter.
Returning to the main topic, I look in the map too of Skull Ruins campaigh and its indeed something interesting the location of each one of the Lake Trio and with Mt. Sentry in the middle of these locations. I don't know what is the reason behind that. Maybe Saminarok somehow imprison a Legendary Pokemon before his downfall? Maybe? Or he act similar to Giovanni and try to create his own War Machine like a artificial pokemon? Mewtwo was not even the first artificial pokemon to be made. Even in ancient times, people used to made artificial pokemon, like Golett who is a golem who bring to life or Claydoll who is the name itself say, its a clay doll create by the ancient. I wouldnt be surprise if by chance we find some of the creation of Saminarok there, or even more a guardian. Something like the final boss from a dungeon. At least thats what I think.
Whoosh! That post took a while. I someway inspire today I guess.

Ach, mushie Pokémon. Lotsa mushie Pokémon. Since the Sleep debuff hasn't gone into effect and I don't want Ven's family or himself snoozed and subsequently ganked by a swarm of Paras/Parasect, I'm not touching that Encounter at ALL. Maybe I'll take the Amoogus Encounter, depending on the outcome of a couple of questions I have: are the restorative that those Roots made benefit both Pokémon and humans mechanically wise (like restore HP or something), and if so could Ventus spend an Encounter gathering some of them to brew stuff at a later day (Like after he gains another point in Medicine?)
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
