The immediate issue is how to get Mina's attention...well, let's start with the polite way.

*knock knock knock* (bolding this because it's intentionally louder than he usually knocks since he doesn't know what's goin' on in the room right now)

"Hey, Mina, you in there?  It's Reiner.  Need to talk to you about a few things."

No response.

[Dragonstrike]

So either she's being difficult, or she's not in there...*sigh*...

Well then...

Out comes Weavile.

"Weavile, can you go get Mr. Mime, please?"

*knock knock knock*

"Mina?  Momochi?  Ribombee?  Anyone in there?"

"Weavile, can you go get Mr. Mime, please?"

"Mina?  Momochi?  Ribombee?  Anyone in there?"

Weavile rolls his eyes at being sent off to run an errand of all things, but surprisingly easily complies, marching off to go find the Psychic butler with a fanged grin on his face. Now why would he-oh. You just let the consummate thief go off on his own unsupervised in a penhouse suite for a loot ripe for the picking, when he already expressed a INTENSE desire to do so. Too late to stop him now, though, as he's already out of sight!

Better hope he keeps last night's confrontation(s) with 'Mew' in mind.....

Continued knocking elicits the same result: nada.

At this point in time, Reiner has more pressing concerns than that.  Considering he asked Weavile to go find a mind reading butler, the feline should hopefully be...wary of his actions.

"Mina, if you can hear me, I'd rather not have to find another way to open this door.  Emily gave you the letter I was supposed to deliver, yes?"

Still no response. You continue knocking on the door and calling out for her/her Pokémon, but all you get in the end is silence in return.

After 15 minutes or so of waiting around for Weavile to return with Mr. Mime, they both arrived on scene. The black cat was looking very sastified with himself, as he strutted forward and to your side both paws non-chalantly resting on the back of his head...

Meanwhile, the refined bulter looked.......trouble and resigned, as he approached the door to Mina's room and let out a heavy *Sigh*.

"Mr. Arendse, Weavile here has told me you are requesting to speak with Ms. Mab, but she refuses to respond to your inquires. It is my deepest regret to inform you......"

He trails off as he pulls out a key seemingly out of thin air, and open the door....

.....and revealing that the entire room was empty. No furniture, no paintings or art supplies, nothing. The butler's shoulders seemed to sag as he turned towards you with an charinged and apologetic expression.

"That she has packed all her things and had them shipped to her home in Alola, and has since departed from the hotel ground. I tried to request she stay and speak with you, but she insisted on leaving poste haste about an hour and half ago (The time you were Confused + the time you spent with Emily). She refused to say or indicate were she was heading, and so her current where abouts are unknown. Please forgive for this failure, Mr. Arendse. I know you wished to remedy whatever situation that caused her to depart on such short notice, but I was unable to hold her for you....."

Unfortunately, he never told me or anyone at the AV where he has his stationed his Teleport Pokémon here, and even if he did I he would no doubt have moved it to a secret and secure location to prevent it and by extension her from being found. I'm afraid to say this, but its highly unlikely you'll find Ms. Mab at this point, even if you swept the entire city for her right now......"

...needless to say, I and Reiner are...less than impressed with this decision.

Moving on, though...on the plus side, that means we can move to the next thing on the metaphorical checklist...

"...Mr. Mime, could you please get some late night snacks for a pair of Eevee, a Beedrill, and a Metagross?  I could use some grub myself, too.  Didn't get a chance to have dinner earlier, unfortunately.  Tell Arial to meet me as well.  The training room should be a good spot."
