.....Is that device is what I think it is......? Dragonstrike, have Nathan do a Knowledge/History check on it, and fast!

He visited the museum, so he has a good idea what an HM looks like already.
And the lack of a Rock Smash HM ties veeerrry heavily into Bridge's story, being a large part of why he and his men starved in those tunnels.
It's the real deal for sure.

Well jumping junipers (No, not your professor, sit down!), that's a literally smashing rewards! Now I'm wondering if it could be used on Michael now, as he's a Fighting type and his species is able to learn it in the base games! More over, how many other Pokémon in the entire group's party could learn it?
Another question is whether or not we'll keep it for ourselves, or turn it over to the League once we get out of Mt. Sentry.

I personally wouldn't want to turn in such a powerful item right away. Nathan will want to turn it in to the League eventually, though.
Michael shouldn't have any problems learning it, tbh. Iron has said that HMs can be taught to a large variety of pokemon, after all (and Rock Smash is one of those moves a huge number of pokemon can learn as well on top of that). The only other question is how many times we can use it...
...well, that, and the question of just exactly how powerful the move is as well. It's not gonna be 2 Power, that's for sure!

The answer to this should be obvious.

True, true. Just wanted to check to be sure. Ooh boy, decking our various pokemon out with ROCK SMASH and crushing fools with it is gonna be weirdly satisfying, ironically...

Just looked up Final Gambit, and WOW, is that move crazy powerful. Damage is equal to their remain HP + 4, and it ignores Defense, all at the cost of Fainting? That's one hell of a kamikaze Move! I'd say its about equal to Grudge in terms of devestation AND being League Legal, so I won't focus on getting it for that fella! Malphena's still going after it, though, so that we always have the option to screw over someone ESPECIALLY hard!

Remember when that jerk used Final Gambit on Calam with his Accelgor? Yeah, it's waaaayyy more OP in Pokerole than it is in the games since it's based on the opponent's max HP and then some instead of your current HP...blegh.

I just know one thing: Rose will gonna have a pretty awesome use from this Rock Smash move. A good STAB move with base power of 4 Power. Its not so much powerfull as Close Combat, but at least dont have the same dowsides from Close Combat.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
