[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Nathan, Heart, would Ralts and Gustav be willing to lend their Heal Pulses towards this end?"

There was a lot of spread out damage, but Swiftfire, Yule,  Malphena, and Lucifer took the biggest hits (disregarding the Brigade).  Everyone else only took 1-2 damage at worst.  Solosis also fainted, but Nathan is kinda glad he's got an opportunity to not worry about what it's up to.

Can't do much about Yule and Malphena unless we revive them, unfortunately.  Lucifer has 6/8 if I did my math right, so he should be fine.

There's nothing illegal about knowing an HM move, but they can only be used in battles against Gym Leaders and in Cups. It raises the value of the Pokemon tremendously, 1500$ each. But bear in mind you're giving access to a very powerful move, both in and out of battle, to someone who may or may not be worthy of it. Back in the old days, the League eventually clamped down on such moves when they became too widespread.
Might cause people to ask questions, too!

HM moves often breed, and always carry a recessive gene. That'd be a great scholarship program!

Bloody hell, that's awesome! I'm DEFINATELY teaching Marowak and Lavitar those moves and selling them on the Black Market in Corsage then (In full disguise too), as Ven frankly doesn't care about whether or not someone is worthy of having access to a Cheshire HM move, only that he stands to profit and therefore benefit himself and the rest of his Pokémon/group that much more! My chara's lack of moral fiber/scrumples at times might be a hinderance to work with, but it does have its benefits too!

Do you still have that Hurtloam Dragonstrike? That is a good time to use.

Well, we have Hurtloam if Yule and Malphena if they need to be revived to be present along the further way, both the grassy goat's Vine Whip and banshee's ability to phase through walls can prove useful - I'm only having 1 Hurtloam and no other possibility to revive a Pokemon however, I'd like to keep it for myself, please. ._. (Maybe someone with two or more items to unfaint could provide one?)

I'm still amazed how all the Sableye targeted the others and left my Pokemon mostly alone.

Nathan only has 1.  It's the only Revival item he has on his person, so I'd rather save it for if it's needed really badly.

How many Revives and Hurtloams do we have altogether again, though?

Personally, I'm fine with Malphena being out of commission until later on, so you guys can save the hurtloam for another situation, alright?

Me thinks Iron focused Ven's Pokémon down due to their supporting/Spread Move capabilities, and the fact that Malphena 'inspired' a ghostly rivalry with those fiends. Good for everyone else, bad for Ventus : - ( ....

I have two Hurtloams and one Revive I have buy in the beggining of the journey. But I was thinking to keep at least one of the Hurtloam and the Revive in case the situation become dired. Who we should revive? I will spare one to revive one of the pokemons.

We opted out not buying Revives since the party had plenty of Hurtloam. I think Valder and Heart have a lot on them, especially since their was an Encounter somewhere in the beginning that someone took and got a bunch of them.

Razor Leaf would have shredded them all in one round effortlessly, Malphena was a rival Ghost, Lucifer...was looking at them funny, I guess?  And they were wholly focused on killing the Brigade, too.  I'm not surprised they focused almost entirely on the soldiers after the main 'threats' were dealt with.

Oh, and Swiftfire turned one into a fireball and slowed them all down considerably.  That definitely got their attention.

So? Now I'm having something to think about, if I also want to breed and give out Eevees with a recessive gene of Rock Smash for a scholarship at Telperion, damn! But that one item, and maybe even a second Enigma Berry... I'll need to talk about this in detail with you @Iron when we've finished the quest to find Atheneum, but one question to you, Windos: Would Ven agree to take Shiva's Marowak with him to trade it away as well as he heads to Corsage's black market? I don't know if she would desire to engage in such a shady action.
