These Solosis look normal, no machines. They can adapt to live in any environment, and these have adapted to the darkness with tiny little electrosignal lights racing along their organelles. The family looks quite at home here. It's possible the Scimitars may have found Solosis underground in their previous explorations in search of the Atheneum.

Seeing there is not danger is aproaching the Solosis, Heart reveal himself. No ambush and nothing. Just a friendly aproach. "Howdy. Sorry to disturb your peace. I do not here with malice intentitions." Heart stand his arms to show he have come in peace. "I just come here to train a bit with my pokemon. I would like to train with you guys a bit. A friendly battle with no fainting in any side of us. Since this place its a bit dangerous."


Mechanic: Friendly aproach to the family of Solosis asking for a battle! No fainted because this place is dangerous and I dont want to make them be in danger.

This will depend on who you want them to battle. They're not going to fight any intimidating Pokemon.

It goes for the birdseed! It bends its face down and just eats it directly off the ground, a few pecks at a time. It's still eyeing Nathan nervously. And it seems even more distrustful of Calam.

...well, definitely acting like a bird, then.  It doesn't look like a bird, though...

Nathan looks at Calam, then back at the mystery 'mon.  "Are you worried about him because he's a Dark type feline?  I can recall him to his pokeball if it'd make you more comfortable.  He needs to get a little rest anyways.  I have some more birdseed if ya want some more, too.  I don't have any problems with sharing it with you.  I'm glad to see you're enjoying it."  Nathan is still keeping a respectable distance since the 'mon still seems a little shy.

By the way, what does the pokemon think of Kirlia?  Same nervousness?

The nervousness at Calam is not present toward Kirlia. It actually has no problem wandering right up to Kirlia's pointed toes in pursuit of birdseed, which it won't do to Nathan. Kirlia smiles at it and feels a certain kinship with it, though you're not sure why. He (Kirlia) doesn't seem stressed about the Pokemon either.

Nathan smiles at that too, and hands some birdseed to Kirlia.  Though he is definitely puzzled about this...

"You want to play with Kirlia for a little bit?  He and I could use a little bit of a stress reliever, to be honest.  We're on a very important mission and...well, we kinda just got out of a rather...dangerous situation.  It's nice to see such a friendly face down here, to be honest."

Nathan digs in his bag for a moment and pulls out a ball (something he uses when playing with Orthros), then also hands that to Kirlia so the two pokemon can play catch or roll it between each other or whatever else they want to do with it.

Still keeping his distance out of respect for the mystery pokemon's nervousness. But hey, if Kirlia and it are playing together, that's progress!

She shows how the Gracidea is not really a part of her body, as such. She's still listening, but it doesn't look like she's going to give up her petal for just anything. Not when you want it so badly...

Oooooohhh, not that Shiva would offer just anything. But now, she was smiling - the connection was there. The ice felt broken. Hah!

"Thanks for even considering things... Now then, let's see. The thing I had in mind for giving you in return for that petal would be... Argh, now where did I placed it...." *lots of rummaging sounds as Shiva is looking for something in particular in bagback* Ah! See, it's this." From her beongings, she slowly and dramatically draws something. Something that is darkred in color. Something that looks fluffy, but then again feels smooth to the touch, almost silky. It gave her an elusive and protective feeling to stroke over: It's one of the Weavile Feathers Shiva collected among other things in the icy cavern of The Sentry Fern! It's from a male exemplar, means it's roughly just as big if not a little bigger than this matriarch Nuzleaf's green leaf.

Slowly spinning it in her hand, she spoke up again. "It's not pink.... But this originates from a place where protection and peaceful reign are strongest. It's located here in Mount Sentry even. Pokemon all work together there under one True Master. I don't know how much you know, but... I was thinking it'd maybe fit you well and feathers are used for decoration for ages."

"If....that may not match your taste, can you give me some sort if hint what you'd like to have instead? Crystals maybe?"

Kirlia and the foreign Pokemon continue to get along surprisingly well. They eschew the ball and instead begin a strange performance. Kirlia dances, the other Pokemon gives a sort of interpretative gesturing soliloquy. Their teamwork is almost seamless, like they were both born to the stage. They're having a ton of fun with this, and the weird Pokemon has seemingly forgotten Nathan's presence. They just ham it up.

Nuzleaf snatches the feather at once. She slaps the Gracidea petal into Shiva's hand. This is a great trade for her! She puts it beside her leaf and turns to let Shiva see how it looks.

...forget the mysteries right now, it seems Kirlia has a new friend.  A new friend is always a great thing to have, and it's always great to see Kirlia so happy.

When they finish with their performance, Nathan pipes up again.

"Ya know, you could come with us if ya like.  We'll be leaving the area soon, but the fun doesn't have to end when we do move on.  Kirlia and I would be happy to have ya along for the ride if you wanted to join us on a more permanent basis.  Honored, even.  It's rare for my best friend to get along so well with someone so quickly.  He even gave me a hard time at first.  And I'd love to see the two of you working together more in the future if you do decide to come along.  I have a good feeling you two could learn a lot from each other."
