@ Iron, was this succesful? Luv this segment of the roleplay, btw.

Helping Hand, Head Smash, Dragon Rush and Super Power are still no TM-moves so these will not be in the Library = not possible, I'm sorry ^^;
Eh, from the first glance I actually like Sludge Wave or Ice Punch on Mudkip - coverage against any nasty Grass types that'll hit him hard upon evolving!~ Dragon Tail is also a cool move if combined with Spikes and Co. or to simply get rid of an annoying wild Pokemon. But don't value my thoughts too much as you know I'm not the best at making a competitive Pokemon team - choose moves you think would be cool and useful for a Pokemon you're going to use often in future battles.
Exatcly. There are many types of combinations we could use with so many pokemons I have on hand. But unfortanely I can only choose 3 TM moves to teach. Its so many things to consider...damn it all the decisions decisions...thats the bad side about you have so many pokemon, you dont know what to choose.
Also, since Heart gonna do this quest in recover that "Sword" his ancestor ask him, perhaps I could begin my research about Earthpower. If Iron put that system here it might have a reason to do it. But I dont know since I dont see much use according to my notes:
(This would be an application of Insight. You could take the Earthpower Knowledge Specialty, which would let you remove things like Forest's Curse at rank 5. At rank 7 you could spend a few thousand Pokedollars to inscribe a healing spot seal, like the ones you can find in Lavender Town Tower where Mediums are in the handhelds).
But maybe I could awake something more?
Am I weird because I actually had not much of a hard time deciding which moves I'd like to have thaught? I simply picked Pokemon of mine that I'd like to play/battle/bond with more during the cause of the Game, looked through their list to see what is possible and then decided which moves would fit them and be useful or fun to have. But take your time to decide, none said we have to leave the location soon! Actually, I even need to battle a little to gain access to one move I'd like to teach one of my Pokemon through the Library.
Earthpower is a cool customized Speciality, but I feel you need to know to some degree what you'd like to achieve with it/how to put it into good use.

Icicle Crash isn't a TM (and thus isn't teachable with this method), Haunter has to evolve into Gengar first before he can learn Giga Drain (based on what Iron's ruling said). Fissure is fine, though (be mindful of its -7 accuracy penalty, however)
When Nathan gets to the Library (which hopefully won't take too long), he can help iron out the kinks with the TM stuff too if ya like. And anything else. He likes books, and he likes being able to be useful, so he doesn't mind taking a little extra time at all. I'm actually kinda looking forward to typing that Library stuff up, tbh.

I have a better idea of which moves I want to teach now, I just had to think about it a little because Juliet has a much larger amount of cool options than anyone else Nathan has.

That was just a sarcastic joke, I meant a figurative war over who gets to keep what. ^^
On a different note, I was wondering if a Pokemon can be confused and in love at the same time? ...Why actually not? Both are Status Alignments that feel related to me, and both are determined in their effect by rolling Insight with a -2 penalty. Or would there be two seperate rolls to see if the Pokemon can still act normally despite its confused state when the infatuated state prevents an action due to the failed roll?

It's totally possible in the games and the book has no written rules against stacking any and all status conditions of any kind (for simplicity's sake). I imagine you'd have to pass the checks for both statuses in order to act normally as well, just like in the games.
And Juliet could totally inflict both by herself if I taught her Attract (and she already knows Confuse Ray, too!) Status stacking is fun, no?

Insert a cheesy romantic song here
Oh the emotional pain for the foe when the illusion breaks and small Masking turns out not to be the one she pretended to be...

I don't see Icicle Crash on Bulbapedia's list of TMs. Fissure is fine since that was a TM in Gen I. Haunter can't learn Giga Drain, only Gengar. However, you have heard of some Pokemon evolving when exposed to the Time Capsule, since it is akin to a trading machine.

That song is way to perfect for Juliet, lol. Empty Dreams is a perfect description of what happens after the Confused Attraction in the case of (Mega) Dramsama
Hypnosis, Nightmare, Dream Eater, Bad Dreams...yeah, they'd be in for a bad time. Oh yeah, and then there's Dramsama stealing the souls of those it puts to sleep and adding them to its tails...(nightmare fuel Ghost pokemon pokedex entries strike again!)
