In this case, based in the list of pokemon I am interested to teach move I want is:

Rose: Thunder Punch/Fire Punch
Trevenant: Drain Punch
Clawitizer: Ice Windy/Helping Hand
Golett: Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
Beldum: Iron Head
Patrat/Mudkip: Aqua Tail
Hypno: Metronome

Thats the list. There a few pokemon I still wanted to teach some moves like Fraxure Night Slash but its not a tm. Thoughs people?

Consider evolutions too.  I believe you could also teach Golett Drain Punch.

You could also teach Koa Counter.

I just had an idea.  Would it be fine with you if Nathan got to help Valder with the two Technical book categories?  I'd be down for that.

@Dragonstrike, none said you have to follow Shiva to the shack, you can actually do what you like in what order you like, don't mind me or her. In fact, as soon as she has entered the Secret Library, I guess she'd rather do her own thing at her own pace. Will do her well after being with the group the whole quest long.

Oh hey, @Spiritmon, have you taken a look at Tynamo's movelist? The small eel actually has several cool TM-moves in the evolutionline's list.

In that case I make a revamp in my wish list:

Rose: Thunder Punch/Fire Punch
Trevenant: Drain Punch/Trick Room
Clawitizer: Ice Windy
Aggron: Dragon Tail
Golett: Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Thunder Punch/Drain Punch/Earthquake
Tynamo: Drain Punch/Fire Punch/Rain Dance/Thunder/Dragon Tail/
Mudkip: Ice Punch/Earthquake/Sluge Wave/Scald/Bulldoze/Stone Edge
Hypno: Metronome
Fraxure: Poison Jab
Nidorino: Dragon Tail/Shadow Ball

Thats the ones I have in mind. Tell me people if this is possible to get or not? If yes what ones I should choose?

Helping Hand, Head Smash, Dragon Rush and Super Power are still no TM-moves so these will not be in the Library = not possible, I'm sorry ^^;

Eh, from the first glance I actually like Sludge Wave or Ice Punch on Mudkip - coverage against any nasty Grass types that'll hit him hard upon evolving!~ Dragon Tail is also a cool move if combined with Spikes and Co. or to simply get rid of an annoying wild Pokemon. But don't value my thoughts too much as you know I'm not the best at making a competitive Pokemon team - choose moves you think would be cool and useful for a Pokemon you're going to use often in future battles.

It would be very much fine!

Going to bed in a min ot ten. You can assume that Valder happily accepts it and that he's intersted in earthpower and Alert.

Exatcly. There are many types of combinations we could use with so many pokemons I have on hand. But unfortanely I can only choose 3 TM moves to teach. Its so many things to consider...damn it all the decisions decisions...thats the bad side about you have so many pokemon, you dont know what to choose.

Also, since Heart gonna do this quest in recover that "Sword" his ancestor ask him, perhaps I could begin my research about Earthpower. If Iron put that system here it might have a reason to do it. But I dont know since I dont see much use according to my notes:

(This would be an application of Insight. You could take the Earthpower Knowledge Specialty, which would let you remove things like Forest's Curse at rank 5. At rank 7 you could spend a few thousand Pokedollars to inscribe a healing spot seal, like the ones you can find in Lavender Town Tower where Mediums are in the handhelds).

But maybe I could awake something more?

The only ones I recall seeing listed in the book for ? that were on your list here were:

The Elemental Punches for Rose/Golett
Drain Punch for Golett/Viktor
Metronome for Hypno
Icy Wind for Gustav

Mudkip and Tynamo would have to evolve before they could learn anything that fits the restrictions.

Edit: You could also teach Rollout to Percival.

So, eh, in short you take your Pokemon, look it up in the Pokedex of the Rulebook and realize that some moves are marked not with an XP-cost but with a '?', these are special moves that fall somehow out of the line - some are egg moves, some are TM moves, some are something completely different. Now you look up wicth Bulbapedia or a similar site which of these '?' moves of your Pokemon are moves that it can learn via a TM - 3 of such moves you can teach it in this case with the Library.

This is also a good opportunity to ask whether in this particular case of using the TM Library  it remains true that the '?' moves is available for the whole evolutionline, Iron - for example, whether I could teach an Espurr (not Kyuu) Shock Wave although the move's solely on Meowstic's list and vice versa. Please tell me it DOES remain true, because otherwise I completely need to reconsider my choices...

? move lists work backward, but not forward. So any moves on Espurr's ? movelist are considered to still be on Meowstic's movelist. But not vice versa.

Another pokemon you could consider teaching TM moves to is Gargryph.  And unlike everything else, you have access to its full (Pokemon Uranium) TM list in this case.  Might be worth looking at that.  (Might I recommend Protect or Substitute to support its Ability?)

Edit: Just remembered that Endeavor is a TM (only) in Uranium, so maybe Percival could learn that too? Zen Headbutt and Last Resort are other Uranium TMs that could maybe be considered for this selection as well...hmmm...
