[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole
Heart aproach Nidorino and give the little poison bunny a little snuzle in his head. "Great job out there Caesar. You indeed have become very much strong." With that Heart aproachs the little Riolu. Still not very close since he dont want to receive another kick. "That move was very cool. Copycat its indeed a powerfull move. Depending in what kind of move your foe might use, it can change the battle. You have potential. There is a friend of mine who you might like. His name is Terra, a monk. Your race is capable in use the power of Aura, a energy who is presents in every living being. Yeah, I know that kind of thing a lot."

"With Terra, you might unlock your full potential. I will enter in contact with him okay? What come after that, it will up to you to decide. We gonna meet again Riolu." Then Heart look in the direction of Beldum. "I will also meet you again." With that Heart stand up. "We stop that battle now Director North. I think that was enough training for Riolu. And for Caesar too. I would like to take a look in that Alola Geodude if you dont mind. As a Pokemon Rare Collector, such rare specimen would be cool to adopt. But lets see him first."

With Yena on their last legs and no doubt in agony from their extensive injuries and debilitating Status, and both Mikey and Genie priming themselves to decisively finish them off, their prospects were bleak. Any sort of Damage, even the slightest or most grazing, would knock him over like a stack of papers in a stiff breeze, and even if they somehow managed to dodge and evade all incoming attacks, it would be finished off by the overwhelming Poisons coursing through them.

In short, the butterwolfly was having going to have a real bad time, and nothing could be done to stop it.

Except one thing.

"Geine, Mikey, stop."

Before either of his Desert Princess, who was looking quite irked from being nearly flash frozen by the blue bunny -what a nasty.....surprise? Huh, well how about that....maybe she shouldn't had underestimated them after all....-yet at the same time extremely satisfied they got taken out despite their best efforts to avoid such a fate, and 'Mikey' could finish the winged wolf, Terra orders caused the both of them to halt.

One of his hands was pushed forward in a 'Halting' motion as he said this, while the other was hanging by his side as he stared at each of his partners. After being assured they wouldn't pounce on the insectile Mightyena ('Must be a special one from Cheshire....this region has a lot of odd Pokémon.') , he turned to Shiva, appearing almost completely stoic....were it not for the clear concern in his eyes and mood.

"Shiva.....let us end this battle now. Mightyena has fought very hard, and very well.....but he can not any more, and I do not want him to suffer anymore. He needs to go the Pokémon Center for care, and so do the rest of our Pokémon. ...If you want to finish this match, though...……we will."

Order: Have Terra call an end to the match, as he doesn't want to Yena to needlessly suffer if they don't have to, nor does he want to totally crush her. If she agrees, he'll toss her his last Antidote to treat Yena so he doesn't pass out from his Poison and he'll head with her to get their Pokémon treated. If not....well, he'll finish what he started.

(Oooohhh, that's a good suggestion!~~ But better not drag him into this - I did wanted to inform Ventus this in-game Day still about how she's getting along with his successor though.)

"Shiva, this is my Desert Princess Genie. *Gestures to her with tilt of his head* Genie, this is Shiva, the nice lady that....complimented you. Play good with her, and control your trickiness well. Understand?"

Telling, the aforementioned fae djinni let out a disappointed *Drzzzz* of her own at having her own brand of 'fun' reigned in, several clever and delightfully fiendish plots of her derailed by her master declaration. Never the less, she complied, flitting to and fro into the air as she seized up her opponents. Azu's aggressiveness towards her earned them a claw muffled chuckle, before they teased and taunted them with a 'Come hither' gesture with their other hand, all the while smirking at them. So the Fairy want to slay her, eh? Te he he....well, come on over then, you cute little bunny wabbit, and see what a truly fae being is~

'Mikey', meanwhile, took one solid good look at the Dark butterwolfly and Fairy magician, and readied himself to both receive and give a pummeling. In his last battle, he lost against a Type Disadvantage, but this time he WON'T succumb to such Weakness again, ORAH!!!

Shiva keeps her arms loosely crossed and still seems displeased/gloomy/bitter about the denied request to not make things explode against her, but she looks up and faces Terra with a calm and neutral expression when he calls her name. What he tells then or who he introduces her to however... that's enough to shutter that a little and her to just stare at this 'Desert Princess'. Desert Princess........ Desert...... Fairy...... his hinted Fairy Princess?

Why the heck is it a dragon ? How...and why.... Confusion strikes the natural fae enthusiast without the tiniest of mercy!!!

If Shiva wouldn't own Chi as a Pokemon that officially has Dragon and Fairy as her Type she'd likely be knocked over now in cold blood, but when that Flygon displayed obvious mischief and playfulness by teasing her Azumarill - that was when Shiva believed she understood.

At first, she regains that infamous sparkling in her eyes that always comes when spotting something that makes it to totally catch her interest,

before going 'Awww you're so cute!!'

and then eagerly waving to that Flygon to make her notice her as well! The former bitterness was blown away, weirdly enough. For now at last, as the picture and bad memory remain. "Genie!~~ Hello, you! Terra has told about you, glad to finally get to see you! Can we play later or at some point? Will you show me how you're able to 'sing' with your wings? Will you tell me why you're called a Fairy Princess? Would you want to meet all my own and beloved fairies so that we can do mischievous and sly and fun things together?"

"......Can we do all that when we're free, Terra?? PleasepleasePLEASE!"

"Well, suppose I'll have to keep an eye out for him, then...might encounter him sooner or later...oh yeah, there's something else I need to update you on.  I need to tell Dagny at some point, too.  It's to do with the Scimitars.  They did something rather...disturbing, and it needs to be handled...carefully.  I need to go grab one of my other pokemon from the PC.  Be right back."

A few minutes later, and Nathan's returned with Solosis...who then proceeds to predictably and skittishly hide behind Nathan.

"...the Scimitars...they brainwashed a bunch of members of the Solosis family and were using them to scout the labyrinthine tunnels of Mt. Sentry.  This little gal here was subject to that.  Thanks to Celebi's help, she's free now and has her emotions and willpower back, and the metal antenna the Scimitars stuck in her head is completely gone now, but...there's a lot more of them still under the Scimitars' control.  Celebi was...not pleased when she heard that.  At all."

Well, that'll probably take Tanuki's mind off of Dragonair.  Nathan has a little more to say about this, but I wonder how Tanuki initially reacts to the news?

She flies off the handle.
"That's a damn disgusting thing to do! Damn them! The League has secret files on these guys but hot damn I'm going to break down their door and tell them to get their asses in gear and take out these assholes! Can I call you to offer evidence if it comes down to that? They might want to subpoena Solosis."

Riolu gives you a thumbs up.

Alolan Geodude is entertaining some baby Pichu by letting them rearrange the iron filings on his face into beards and eyebrows and monocles. "Geodude gets along well with other Pokemon most of the time, but he tends to go a little wild during battle. It's hard to get him to use attacks nonlethally or to stop when an opponent goes down. It's...kind of scary actually."

If Terra and Shiva want Flygon to forfeit the battle before being Crunched, so an interaction can take place, that's OK with me.

XP for this battle: 15XP for Shiva to divide among the Pokemon who participated, and she gets 9XP.
21XP for Terra to divide, and he gets 10XP.

This includes a little extra because I thought this battle had some good RP, not just the player characters but the Pokemon as well.

(Yes, I would prefer Flygon forfeiting the match herself, as she's smart enough not to let herself get KOed without a particularly good reason, and Terra doesn't believe in making his or an opponent's Pokémon suffer unnecessarily.)

(Aw, thanks for the compliments, mate!)

Fainting a Pokemon or their trainer forfeiting that Pokemon earn the same XP.

If less Pokemon get sent out as a result of a forfeit, that's different. Exception: If you're battling a true enemy, and you scare him so much during his first 4 Pokemon, you'd still get XP for defeating the remaining 2 Pokemon.
