(Argh, now both of our Spinda are at 2hp! >o< This battle is so balanced and it's very open who will be able to stand as the winner in the end, I'm loving it while it worries me because I'm trying hard to win! I don't have too much time right now though so I'll just give the order of a last single Uproar, maybe later if the Round hasn'trbeen rolled out by then I'll add some RP-text.)

Accuracy Roll Last Uproar of the whining Spinda: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 2 Pain - 3 Tangled Feet = 4d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 3 power of the move + 1 STAB + 1 held Silk Scarf = 8d6, take that!
Additional notes: No sleep for anyone within this Round, Shiva has to cover her ears the moment her Spinda inhales for the attack.

(Why, oh why does the internet HATE me so? Doing a cliff notes version, since either the forums or internet gremlins have twisted ideas of what's 'funny'....)

- Terra let out a sigh of a relief, contemplating his quick reaction and his subsequent initiative of seizing the dropped Ultra Ball-then capturing P-Bulba before they continued FLASHING everyone.

-Goes over to Nathan, making as much noise as possible so as not to surprise them, and rests a hand on their shoulder. He looks concerned, sporting a small frown and tightly scrunched together eyebrows. Says the following:

"Nathan, are you okay? Can you see, and move around? If not, Genie can carry you down mountain..."

-Will show and give the Ultra Ball holding P-Bulba over to Nathan when asked about the Grassy gemstone.

Gym Leader Tanuki vs Shiva Round 6

Tanuki's Spinda gives a scornful look, except she's spun around facing the rear wall instead of Shiva and Spinva, so it's not as impactful. She kicks out backward.

Neither Shiva nor her own Spinda could have seen that scornful look, but at least the Shiva would have noticed the emotion behind this gaze. It's giving her...very mixed feelings, leaning more into a mildly offended 'Please stop that!'

The next moment, her panda slided back to her where she stood wile letting out a wheeze, most of the grease and oil that formerly covered the floor caught in her velvet fur. That last attack from the other Spinda gave her the rest, she's by far not yet as strong as that exemplar, 'I'm sorry, Master...' she seems to silently say. With a compassionate smile on her expression, Shiva knees down to her exemplar of a Spot Panda, takes off that towel from her shoulders and instead places it around Spinda's; cleaning off some of the grease caught in her face she told her that "You did well, dear one. There is no...need to apologize to me, you achieved victory against one dangerous Pokemon in this fight which I'm very thankful for; and displayed amazing athletics. Be proud... We'll train to MAKE you feel better. Please rest a little for now..." Spinva's withdrawn into the safety of her Ball, keeping the towel.

When Shiva got up again, she has the Ball containing her last Pokemon in her hand already, but she's avoiding it to look at Tanuki. Partly because she doesn't want her to spot that she's beginning to feel exhausted, partly because she's worried in what direction this battle will develop. One moment she's at advantage, the next one Tanuki is, this whole battle felt rather balanced to her. She has...developed a hope to win the moment Linoone became unable to continue; now she wasn't sure anymore. "It is indeed amazing. ^-^; I... eh, have one more Pokemon up in my sleeve. Out with you, show yourself!"

From the tossed ball, a graceful blue Eeveelution pops out! She makes a small frontflip before landing on the ground, giving that Spinda as her believed foe a stern look. She must be aware that Master is putting hope into her, she'll GIVE HER BEST to show that this hope isn't in vain, hmpf.

Tanuki doesn't switch.

Vaporeon: (6) + 6 = 12.

Vaporeon outspeeds Spinda!

Just then, the door to the audience area swings open, and Dizzy wanders in! He walks proudly past the few onlookers and takes a seat in the stands, close to the front.

[Dragonstrike]

-Goes over to Nathan, making as much noise as possible so as not to surprise them, and rests a hand on their shoulder. He looks concerned, sporting a small frown and tightly scrunched together eyebrows. Says the following:

Nathan blinks a few times.  Rubs his eyes.  "...y...yeah, I'm fine...everything just looks...really fuzzy right now...like...really fuzzy..."

Gallade pops out of his own Dull Premier Ball to help Nathan balance a little.  Once it's clear to him that everything is fine, he moves on to assisting Juliet.  She's dropped her Illusion now that the battle is over and she has an opportunity to try and get her bearings.  That FLASH caught her really off guard...on top of the flash impairing her vision, the sunlight is too, so she's having a lot of trouble seeing much of anything right now.  The Calm Mind is definitely helping her stay calm, though!  As is Gallade being nearby.  Since this is Terra's first time seeing a Masking in person, it probably definitely looks very weird to his eyes...

"...I heard a pokeball click.  Did you catch it?"  *squints at the Ultra Ball, then P-Bulbasaur's summary*  "...drat, I can barely see a dang thing...can't really read it right now..."

*rubs his eyes again*

Then he answers the question that Terra's doubtlessly going to ask at some point.  "...that was Flash.  Not just any old Flash that a pokemon like Volbeat can use naturally.  No, that one was...fully powered.  Read about that one once.  Telperion University did some studies on it.  Most everyone agrees that it's the weakest HM of them all...I don't know though...seems pretty effective to me..."

*pauses to blink and rub his eyes again*

Following that stumbling panda's movements, Vaporeon takes a stance like being ready to pounce every moment, her long mermaid tail twitched in excitement of that battle and if looking closely one could even see her grinning mischievously. Shiva remained calm... She didn't return the sentiment of her Pokemon, but she feels hopeful again upon seeing her eager.

"THAT'S the spirit, Vaporeon. Alright... Set up just the way we discussed before you engulf your foe in a heartfelt blast o..... Huh?" The familiar Infiltrator Absol out of all existant Pokemon walking in now of all costs caught Shiva pretty off guard, she couldn't help but watch him as he - in a very content manner even - places himself there among the onlookers as if he doesn't give a damn what they think about an Absol randomly appearing to watch a battle of his current caretaker, her arm raised to emphasize Vaporeon's order seemingly frozen in the air. She didn't got the feeling that anything was wrong or urgent from the way Dizzy gave himself here, so she warmly returned his gaze for a few moments to display that she's indeed suprised but happy to see him again, followed by a very slight nod to show that everything was fine on her side, before she finally brought her attention back to the battlefield.

As long as she doesn't get the feeling that anything is serious and needs to be dealt with right away, she'll keep on battling Tanuki for a badge and a promised Item. Welcoming Dizzy back comes afterwards. (Does none actually react to an Absol appearing in the ranks? Not that Shiva cares, maybe just for the lolz.)

Spinda's at 2HP while after this Round her confusion naturally will wear off.
Somewhere on Vaporeon a delicious Sitrus Berry is hidden, she has the order to only consume it when things became dire. (When reaching - 2 Pain or so)

Accuracy Roll Acid Armor 1: 3 Dext + 3 Survival + 3 Nature - 3 Actions = 6d6
Effect: Grants Vaporeon a Defense Buff, bringing her to 6*Vitality.
Secondary Effect: Isn't affected by Tangled Feet, looks pretty cool. 

Accuracy Roll Aqua Ring 2: 3 Dext + 3 Survival + 3 Nature - 4 Actions = 5d6
Effect: For the next 4 Rounds, Vaporeon will restore 1 auto-HP at the end of the Round.
Secondary Effect: Works wonderfully with her Berry, ignores Tangled Feet as well.

Once that is done, Vaporeon dares to take a look back to Shiva, wondering a little why she hasn't finished to give orders...? Oh well, but she's confident enough to think of the rest herself, so let her give that oily panda a good clean!

Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 2 power of the move + 1 STAB = 6d6
Additional notes: None, but it'll wash off some of the grease from the previous Round's antics. At best, so well that the target faints.

"....So Ven was right. A Pokémon that can...….look really like another.....exists. ….Wow. ...Wonder if there are other Pokémon like that...."

As stated, Terra does shows Nathan P-Bulba, his frowning deepening when they declared they didn't have the foggiest idea of what it says.

"*Looks pensive, before nodding his head* If you can't read about Bulba, I will do it for you."

He then proceeds to convey everything on P-Bubla's summary to the boy, taking care to say it all right the first time so that they could be completely Knowledgeable about it!

When Nathan describes FLASH, he simply nods his head.

"Guess it was Flash.....but not FLASH. Does not do Damage, but.....powerful in own way. *Nods* Good Move."

Pausing for a moment's though, he continues, now wearing his usual stoicism again like an old jacket.

"Got Bulba, so we should head back to Cress to give it to Professor. *Thoughtful look* Should go to Nurse to get eyes fixed first, though. *Beat, then looks serious* Need to......discipline my Duskull for running off *Seriousness fades* …and will be foraging for Berries later, so I will not be able to help you anymore today after we are done with this job. Alright?"

"...no, those won't help.  Telperion's studies suggest that those who get hit by the legendary FLASH HM need professional treatment and some rest to fully recover...I can...kinda see...but I can definitely 'see' why they determined that...yeesh...now I'm wondering how the heck that Bulbasaur knows the move...full powered HMs aren't easy things to come by..."

Nathan looks in Juliet's direction as best as he can.  "...yeah, there's another one.  Two, actually.  Zorua and Zoroark.  Hadn't ever heard of Juliet's species before I met her, though...she's usually a little shy, but...guess she either isn't too worried right now...or she just can't see you."

*listens carefully to the data presented*

"...huh.  That's a lot of light based attacks that it's got there...must like bright light a lot...he'd probably get along very well with Forthright, too..."

*listens*

"...well, let me think about that for a little bit.  This Bulbasaur...it knows an HM...even if it is the weakest one...that's still...really, really useful...and he definitely seems like he can hold his own, too...there's also another task I can complete to get that Claw Fossil revived...I need to consider keeping this rocky Bulbasaur around, to be honest...Laurelin isn't in any rush, and I kinda want to talk to the little dude before I decide anything..."

...then he gets a little...nervous as soon as Terra mentions Duskull.  It's fairly obvious because Nathan immediately stops mid-eye rub and starts listening veeeerrry carefully.  Anyone looking at him can tell that something definitely caught his attention just then.

"...yeah...better...do that..."

Tanuki hasn't noticed Absol yet, but the handful of people in the stands are all gawking, pointing, and chatting to each other in hushed tones.
