I think one of the interactions now doable because of HP I'm looking forward to with Terra is Melly and Orthros roasting marshmallows together. Simple, but it'll be a treat every time
Hmmm...who should I teach Psychic to? Every pokemon that can learn Psychic learns it via level at some point in their evolution line. The only exception to that is Darmanitan, the only pokemon that lists it as a ? cost move (though it also becomes 0 when it goes Zen Mode, so it seems to be intended almost exclusively for HA Darmanitan).
Nathan's Pokemon that can learn Psychic:
- Gallade (can't learn Psychic since evolving, but can pick up Psycho Cut for 36 exp. Can also eventually get Stored Power for 64, and he already knows Dream Eater and Hypnosis)
- Orthros the Delta Houndour (Psychic is 49/56 exp, but he already knows Extrasensory. Can also learn Psywave for 40/45)
- Solomon the Slowking* (Psychic is 45 exp. He can pick up Zen Headbutt for 32)
- Ray the Primal Bulbasaur (Psychic is 44/52/62 exp. No other damaging Psychic moves in his movepool, but he also gets Moonblast for 50/60/72)
- Solosis (Psychic is 37/39 exp. Already knows Psywave, and Psyshock is 25 exp)
- Metang (After evolving Beldum. Psychic is 41 exp. Zen Headbutt is 29. Will have -1 Str until it's a Metagross)
Any opinions, Windos, Phantom, and Spirit? (You can jump in and offer an opinion too if ya want, Mika)

Didn't really think of THAT interaction, but that does sound mighty charming! Bit disappointed about Melly's HP, though, if I am being honest. She already had a Fire type move in Fire Fang, and given that it has 4 total Chance Dice and use Brawl, HP Fire ends up as kinda of a side grade, trading those effects for more power and Accuracy + Situation damage increase on Wood. Had I know ahead of time about that, I'd probably save the HP for Duskull or Dunsparse. Oh well...thems the breaks.
Hmm...well, I'd say that you should use the TM on Ray, in my opinion. Its a Grass/Rock type, which means that Fighting and (to a lesser extent) Poison types will give him problems, so a coverage Move would suit them well. If you need an alt. option, I would go with Solomon, as Zen Headbutt is a little inaccurate. Solosis or Gallade shouldn't be taught it, since their own learnable Psychic STABs can be learned for a pittance and are just as/more powerful than Psychic. You could, however, save Psychic for Beldum until they evolve into a Metagross, but it probably be for the best its taught soly Phys. Moves, due to them having Synergy with its Mega Ability Tough Claws.
That's my assessment, so take it however you may, mate!

Zen Headbutt actually doesn't have any accuracy penalty in pokerole for some reason. The whole learning moves of a similar/greater strength thing is part of why I'm not sure who to teach it to. It effectively saves only exp equivalent to the cheapest similar attack for all but Ray (who has no similar attacks for a cheaper cost)
- Gallade saves 36 exp (Psycho Cut. High Crit vs -1 Def (1) )
- Solomon saves 32 exp (Zen Headbutt. Flinch (3) vs -1 Def (1) )
- Orthros saves no exp if we're only considering the moves' power (already knows Extrasensory, which was worth a mere 16. Flinch (1) vs -1 Def (1) )
- Ray saves 44/52/62 exp (depending on his evolution stage)
- Solosis saves 25 exp (Psyshock. No notable in-battle effect vs -1 Def (1) )
- Metang saves 29 exp (Zen Headbutt. See Solomon's bullet point) [and gets a stronger STAB than Confusion and Metal Claw to help make up for the -1 Str.]
Kinda leaning towards Ray for now, I guess, but he's also the only one that doesn't get STAB on Psychic. Metang's probably also the other one I'm leaning towards for the most part...hmmm...

True, and that's part of its appeal, but that doesn't stop me from getting mixed feelings about it, hehehe! I was quite happy with HP Rock for Lapis, as its more or less a perfect fit for him! Just need to get a Hard Stone for him to fully use the Move, as I don't want to move the one off Genie (Not yet, at least). Any place that sells them in Cheshire?

Uh.... Hi. Oh, I saw you people already played out most of to the visit of Prof.Laurelin... I'll get to what I wanted ask/discuss with her then after update-reading myself.
If you could wait until that'd done before I get to Terra, that's be much appreciated @ Lord Windos. Aright?

Hmm....only have $400 free Poke right now, so that'll have to wait for another time I suppose. Or Terra could get lucky and find one in nature, like the last one. Either or!
Terra's waiting on Shiva and Nathan to return, so no worries about him wandering off and out of Shiva's reach again, Phantom!

Don't really have an opinion on who you should teach Psychic via the TM @ Dragonstrike, as it kinda depends on which 'Mon you want to train/bond/battle more with, which I cannot know. It's the reason why I usually don't discuss this either and prefer to think about it on my own. Your decision I guess!

You already have a Hard Stone, though it would be more convenient to have two.
