Also, given we are only facing one target and it's a race against time, I agree with Windos that more defensive orders are less than optimal. We need to KO/catch the Rhyhorn ASAP.
I guess...maybe that could delay the advance of Rhyhorn. I really want to avoid use to much pokeballs because I would need to capture any interesting pokemon. I have 9 Pokeballs, 7 Great Balls and 3 Ultra Ball. But since I have some money with me and a Amulet Coin, maybe I could recover later. Guess we going to make some catching things. I was thinking in fight the Rhyrhorn to get some XP for me, Gargryph and Viktor but I guess that could wait.
You have a lot more pokeballs than I do. Nathan has 3 Pokeballs, 6 Great Balls. That's it.
My plan is thus: Gargryph Paralyzes Rhyhorn with Glare. Starmie nukes with Hydro Pump. Calam slams it with Knockdown and Iron Tail (need to decide on which order he does it in). Viktor spams Horn Leech. Shiva does what she's ordered her pokemon to do.
Between Paralysis, Flinching, Knockdown, Telekinesis, and chucking 3 or 4 pokeballs at it, we can probably bring its current charge to a complete stop. Paralysis plus Flinch even gives it a -2 to its Will to resist capture, so it'll have a -3 or -4 penalty by the time we try to catch it. I plan to chuck a normal pokeball at Rhyhorn first (ideally after it's been weakened a little and/or slowed by Telekinesis), then a Great Ball if we get to the second set of actions and it's not KOed yet. I'd recommend you chuck 2 pokeballs of any variety as well, depending on hiw much you want to catch it yourself. Since it's dead last in the initiative, we can hopefully KO it before it can act.
Is that plan okay with you?

I don't have any Steel Balls left, unfortunately. This Rhyhorn might also be tough enough to break them.

....I'm beginning to regret not going over to help with Rhydon* now, as while I don't like sharing Encounter/XP being split, neither do I enjoy bloody no compromise or sacrifices being made for the shake of potentially saving people and Pokemon lives in game from a rampaging dinosaur. If Terra was there, he'd have no problem wasting all his Pokeballs, and between Shiranui and Lapis (Who could have Wrapped himself around the titan to prevent it from going ANYWHERE and kept dousing with H2O) stopping it would have been a cinch.
Spiritmon, Shiva, think of what your normally upstanding moral characters would do in the situation, which I believe wouldn't even think to not waste regular Pokeballs if it meant preventing a disaster from happening. More of the doodads can be purchased later, in the modern times or present, and who owns the Rhydon* doesn't matter if you agree to bid for it after its taken down and/or Caught. Heck, you all could decide to see the Rock Beast and split the Poke that way, if Nathan wouldn't overly mind.
Just.....come to a decision and rescue those bystanders. I understand it might be distasteful to most likely throw away Poke, but that can always be earned or compensated later. The lives and wellbeing of the people/Pokemon in that caravan can not.

I guess....Preparing pokeballs to be used. 2 Great Balls and 1 Ultra Ball. That might give us enough to take him down.

Awesome. Just need you to edit your orders accordingl if you haven't done so already, then. Keep in mind you can only throw 2 pokeballs per Round, so pick which 2 you want to throw carefully.
Since Heart actually wants to catch it, I'll let you throw your pokeball first in each set of actions. If Nathan catches it, though, I'll negotiate something with you if you still want it/the profits from it. Fair enough?

I already make the enough changes in my orders. Just see my last post you will find it. In fact I want to keep the Rhyhorn to trade something neat. Maybe any strong Fire Move like Flamethower or Fire Punch to teach Rose later. Or any other Fire Moves with no negative effects you might know. Strong ranged moves might be useful.

Gotcha. Sure you still want to use Ingrain, though? The more damage we deal to Rhyhorn in the first set of actions, the easier it will be to catch. Horn Leech will alsobe healing a lot every time it his. Gargryph looks fine to me.
Alright then. I'll keep that in mind if Nathan catches it instead of Heart before it's fainted.
Which 2 pokeballs did you want to throw? You only get two trainer actions per round. 2 Great Balls, or 1 GB and 1 Ultra Ball? (And if the latter, in which order?)

@ Lord Windos my dear, don't regret it. :C We've got this. I... I just don't like deliberate wasting of things I've paid for. Though if you're saying that Terra would and you wish to aid a little, we could tweak and either have him handing Shiva one of his Balls with the words "Toss this at it to slow it down" or she asking him for one, but it's been your idea so I'd lean into him suggesting this.
If not... Fine, maybe I could draw one of my two remaining Steel Balls.

While normally Terra wouldn't have come up with that idea, for the shake of helping the group stop that Rock Beast before it rocks that caravan's world, I'm fine with that idea if Iron is. Well, mate?
