Regarding the Archenbit, Terra offers both units to the anyone in the group that will take them, quietly stating he with a small frown and downward tilted head that he doesn't deserve anything from the KCs right now, and that these could be put to better use by everyone else instead. If no one takes them/only takes one, he'll store the remainder for later.

Shiva would definitely and certainly accept at least one unit of that curious plant - both if nonelse says 'Here!', giving Terra a compassionate and worried look that over-clearly speaks 'Are you...sure you are okay with being here, Terra? You do not look so well.'

During whatever your investigation is, you do find writing in the shape of Unown on the Chamber walls. It spells out the following message:

Luxray perks up when you mention Piloswine - must be good news of some kind?
But quite the opposite when you mention Machamp. Luxray looks exceedingly dour and paws the ground nervously.

It would by crystal clear that Terra is indeed not fine with being in the KCs period, but none the less grits his teeth and bears it with as much fortitude/nerve he can muster. The group and himself need a safe place to rest and recuperate, and this observatory is one of the few places that would allow them to do so unmolested/at low risk. If there was any other place in the Skull Ruins nearby the group that could fulfill a 'sanctuary' role, he'd be there instead in a heartbeat, but since their isn't/nobody is aware of them, remain in the KCO he does.

No, because they are Fainted. Or simply etched into the stone. There aren't any conscious Unown here.
