[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Not to Terra, since he hasn't been anywhere near the place and therefore has limited data to come to that conclusion, unless Cosh literally tells him this conclusion over the radio. That, and what exactly defines as a human being 'imprisoned within the crystals?' Being literally held up against them by a capture net, or just staying underneath them for too long?

If you say the Chambers pose ABSOLUTELY no change to Kadabra anyone, though, then I suppose Terra could be coaxed into the KCs and sleep with everyone, albiet with great reluctance on his part.

It is possible according what Iron suggested to me here: https://pokemonuranium.co/forum/showthre...2#pid62872

Cosh does say this. He studies the setup of the room from a "mystic" standpoint and reports his conclusion over the radio. He doesn't want to become a Kadabra any more than you do.

Well......if Cosh says this and sounds certain, then I guess Terra will say he'll come into the Chambers after all. He trusts his partner to a point, and so far his powers/intel haven't really been shown to be unreliable to my mountain of a man thus far. Unstable, but not unreliable. Post incoming!

Can't think what fate is worse: Machamp be killed by those Kadabra(or other ghosts in these Ruins) or he be turned into one of them.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.

I rather not think of either fate befell the fighting superstar, but with everything being implied.....welp, the Skull Ruins takes all that is given, and too much that isn't. Rest in peace, Machamp....

Was reading through part of the Game Thread, and I came across a post that reminded me of something: Nathan has some sort of thing from Mt. Sentry/The Skull Ruins that makes noises/speaks sometimes. I was wondering if everyone forgot about it too like me, and/or if it just has not been doing ANYTHING for the longest time.

More specifically, it's a broken off top of an old gravestone with the symbol of an old, long dead pagan religion that has a focus on knowledge beyond death and a strong association with spiders.

It only makes noise in the morning.  Nathan hasn't had any need to mention it to the party.

Since Iron hasn't said anything about it since the 4th phrase, I've just kinda assumed it either isn't making noise any more, or it's started to repeat itself and Nathan's just gotten used to it (it makes a great substitute for an alarm clock in that case, ironically.  Creepy, but effective)

That's from aaaaaaalllll the way back when we were going through Mt. Sentry for the first time to get to Cress from Stair. That's quite the old piece of information you've remembered there.

Huh! I remember how much of a deal it was back then, but it pretty much faded entirely into obscurity, hasn't it? Now I wonder how it'll act up in the Skull Ruins proper, or if any of Spira's Ghost will have a particular reaction to/with it!

I didn't so much remember it as stumble onto its mention while crawling part the Game Thread. Makes for the odd re-discovery or recontextialized event, which can get even more interesting if that bit of info ties into the present plot thus far.

It's a piece of a gravestone, and Ghosts happen to like being around those for obvious reasons.  Normal and Dark types are indifferent.  Psychic types are uncomfortable around it.

The original gravestone is somewhere in Mt. Sentry presumably, given a furret almost dropped the item on Nathan's head.
