FLY can take two characters with ease and extreme speed. It'll take several trips to get all the unregistered mons, though.

Everyone cool with making the attempt on some Flying and FLYing mons?
One thing I need to know is which 2 characters Skarmory is bringing the first time.

(I am, but I think you're overlooking Dragonstrike's/Nathan's Encounter with the Binacle Horde, Iron. Or did that auto-complete and we missed it?)
(My opinion is that Nathan and Shiva are sent down first, since they don't have guaranteed Fliers like everyone else does [Spira has his Driftblim and Toya to get him around places, now that I recall]. I also want to send them down first so that if something nasty is lurking in the abyss, they'll be two competent fighters down there to handle it first before the rest of the group/the Scims are sent down. This is particularly important concerning Marco and his Pokemon, since if we sent them down first and there IS something bad down there, he's and they not going to have a good time, let me tell you.)
(Also, if Heart/Nathan/Spira don't have anything to say about keeping/leaving Sari in game before this transition happens, my/Terra's default action will be to send back Edmundi and keep her in his place, as Shiva pretty much said to keep them around to use their Hidden Power/untapped potential, and his quick start with her is encouraging enough for him to go ahead with his friend's suggestion keeping her around, despite the issues of doing so.)

...yup, more dead trainers who have been here for who knows how long...empty bags means no means of identifying them this time, though...
...yeah, the danger they're in now is definitely hitting home for Nathan a lot more now. He always knew the Skull Ruins were dangerous, but actually being there is a completely different story compared to reading about it...
-------------------------------------------
Nathan has to try very hard to not panic when that Earthpower Treatment goes completely wrong. Fortunately, Gallade's presence and a calm hand on Nathan's shoulder helps a lot. This can still be fixed.
Nathan needs some time to collect himself after that, though.
Luxray is fretting more worriedly over Marco as well, it should be noted.
---------------------------------------------
Now then, as for encounters here...let's engage the Binacle horde. Nathan has some pokemon that could really benefit from getting more exp, and this seems like a good opportunity for them.
If Kelda could help out with this encounter, that'd be spectacular.
As for the two pokemon Nathan will start with, that would be Solosis and Snivy.
As I usually do with NPCs, I'll have Kelda peel off half the battlers to leave a fair encounter for Nathan.
Solosis: (1) + 11 = 12
Snivy: (1) + 11 = 12
Binacle Group 1: (5) + 1 Dex +4 survival = 10
Binacle Group 2: (4) = 9
Each group has 4 small Pokemon in it. They move as a unit as if ready to be assembled into a Barbaracle - you'll usually only be able to hit one group at a time with spread moves.

Alright, let's try and make this even easier (and somewhat quick), then.
Solosis:
FLASH on Group 1, followed by Reflect, Light Screen, and two Psywaves
If Solosis reaches half HP or less, she's instructed to use Recover instead of Psywave
Note: Solosis has 5* Defense thanks to her Eviolite.
Snivy:
FLASH on Group 2, followed by four Giga Drains
If Snivy reaches 1 or 2 HP, Nathan will use a Sceptile Seed on him.
Damaging attacks from both pokemon are focused on Group 1 first, then 2.
Canalize Acc: 14 base
Psywave damage: 6 D6
Giga Drain damage: 10 D6 base thanks to the Magic Beans (before Overgrow)
Recover heal: 3 D6

You get 14XP for this battle to split.
Luna gets 11 of that xp, bringing her total to 52, which is used to learn Baton Pass!
Nubi is sent to the PC for the Frillish, a Potion and a Full Heal Flower is used on it, bringing it back to 6/9 HP, and curing Paralysis. Gender doesn't really matter, but let's make it female.
Toya gets the remaining 3 xp, and a Super Potion is used on him, bringing him back to 7/10 HP.
Spira's xp is now 10, 6 of which is used to bring his Athletics to 2.
--
"Phew. That was really tough." With that done, Spira takes a look down the waterfall, having Toya use a Flash if needed to get a better look.
All the females had cursed body and the males had water absorb, though that's not so important for the Frillish I suppose.
The waterfall arcs beyond the reach of Flash in both length and depth. *Whistles* "Now that's a big waterfall." and with that done, Spira rejoins the group, after using a Potion Orchid on Luna, bringing her back up to 5/9 HP.
--
Firstly, seeing as Spira's Chemistry is 5, he'll make an attempt at turning the Decayed snax into Black Sludge, and the iron paddle doll will be consumed to max Noire's happiness.
--
With the group: (OOC, I agree with Windos that Nathan and Shiva be sent down first.) Also ready for some flying shenanigans; "If we have to go down that waterfall, I can use Luna to float down."
--
Spira doesn't have much to say concerning swapping in Sari, other than if Terra does choose to swap her in, it'd be a respite for whichever Pokemon he sends back.

If Skarmory is fine with helping us out that way too, I am as well. Taking the first trip down together with Nathan, Shiva keeps Whimsicott safely and ready in her arms to have her shoot cotton balls as a defense mechanism shall something hostile decide to jump at them during the flight or upon arrival. (Read, a Prankster-boosted Cotton Spore that'll lower Dext by 2)
EDIT: Oh right, and that Shield-Artifact will be used to prevent any nasty secondary effects (as damage can easily be healed) shall something try to attack Skarmory.

Binacle Horde Round 1
Flash 1
(6)(2)(2)(6)(1)(4) (1)(6)(4)
-3 accuracy for Group 1, and they're too blinded to use any moves that rely on precision.
Flash 2
(5)(5)(4)(5)(6)(1) (1)(4)(2)
-3 accuracy for Group 2, also blinded.
Group 1 takes the action to rub their singular eyes.
Group 2 just piles up on Snivy.
Clamp 1E-H
(5)(5)(6)
(3)(2)(5)
(5)(1)(6)
(2)(2)(4)
This deals no damage to Snivy, but it does make it very hard for the little guy to move, and he'll take lots of pincer damage if these Binacle aren't removed.
Reflect 2
(1)(4)(5)(3)(5)(5) (3)(3)
A shield grew around Nathan's party. Over to one side, you can see Kelda doing the same thing.
Giga Drain 2
(2)(4)(1)(3)(3)(5) (6)(1)
(4)(4)(6)(6)(1)(5) (5) Binacle A faints.
Slash 2B-D
(2)(4)(2)(2)
(6)(1)(2)(3)
(2)(1)(1)(4) Miss
(3)(2)
(4)(1) Solosis takes 0 lethal dmg thanks to Reflect
Now Group 2 clears blindness.
Light Screen 3
(3)(4)(6)(2)(3)(5) (3)
Giga Drain 3
(2)(5)(1)(6)(4)(1) (2)
(6)(3)(6)(3)(4)(2) (2) Binacle B takes 3 dmg
Fury Cutter 3C-D
(5)(3)
(5)(3)
(2)
(3) no damage
Fury Cutter 3E-H
(3)(3)
(1)(1)
(6)(6)
(4)(5)
(1)
(1)
(3)
(4) Snivy takes 1 dmg
Psywave 4
(1)(1)(1)(3)(6)(5)
(2)(4)(4)(5)(1)(6) Binacle B faints.
Giga Drain 4
(5)(1)(2)(2)(4)(4)
(5)(3)(6)(6)(4)(4) (6)
Binacle C faints and Snivy is back to full health.
Psywave 5
(6)(4)(5)(5)(4) Critical
(1)(6)(5)(4)(4)(5) (2)(6) Binacle D faints. That's it for Group 1.
Giga Drain 5
(1)(5)(4)(3)(3)
(2)(1)(6)(6)(4)(5) (2) Binacle E takes 6 dmg 0/6hp
Clamp:
(1)(3)
(4)(2)
(6)(5) Snivy takes 3 typeless bypassy damage -1 pain.
However, while attempting to shake off those clamps, his body starts lengthening and glowing, and he uncurls into a slightly more refined Pokemon!
Congratulations! Your Snivy has evolved into Servine!
It's still Obedient, since it has 2 loyalty and now 2 disobedience.
The clamps hop right back on, but Servine has an extra HP to chew through now.

Black Sludge creation: Insight + Knowledge + Chem
(1)(3)(4)(5)(6) (1)(4)(3)(3)(3)(3) (6)(5)(5)
It works, you've created one Black Sludge from all those Decaying Snax. It smells even worse than before.
Noire enjoys inhabiting the ancient doll so much. It's zipping around and smacking Shadow Balls like a game of ping pong. That's one step closer to mega evolution!

Well then, this fight against the Binacle is going rather well, all things considered! Solosis is REALLY tempted to hide behind Nathan after those definitely harmful Slash attacks are aimed at her, but thanks to her Reflect, she's a-okay, and possibly feeling just a little more confident. Besides, Nathan probably has her back if she gets seriously hurt, right? Right? Well, she certainly hopes so...
Servine, meanwhile, is thrashing around, trying to get those annoying barnacle pokemon off of his back. Go latch onto something else, ya watery, rocky, creepy cyclops, or you're going to regret it!
Seeing as they aren't likely to be letting go any time soon, Servine continues leeching away at them! If they insist on giving him more health restoration, then who is he to deny them that generosity?
Giga Drain x4
A: 14 - 4/5/6/7 - 1 = 9/8/7/6
D: 3 + 5 + STAB + MB + 1 OG - 3 + QE = 8 D6 + 2
Eff: Half damage HP drain
Solosis, meanwhile, focuses entirely on supplementary damage this time. With that Eviolite and the Screens, it's gonna be hard to leave any kind of a mark on her.
Psywave x5
A: 14 - 5/6/7/8/9 = 9/8/7/6/5
D: 6 D6
And the big, big change her is that Servine is now faster than Solosis thanks to the evolution! (well, Snivy should have been as well since Solosis only has 20 base speed compared to Snivy's 63, but details, details)
Let's focus them down, one at a time, and hopefully get through this relatively unscathed! With Servine doing the bulk of the damage (and healing off of it) and Solosis running the cleanup, this should go decently well in theory. And then once these Binacle are all KOed, let's see how Kelda's doing with her 8 opponents...
