Oh! You remind me of the Manetricite! Thanks! "Before I forget Terra, I have something for you too. You gave me a Swampernite, so I think it is fair to give you something noice too." Then he search his bag until he find Manetricite he keep with him. "Here. I found this thing a while ago and didnt get enough time to gave to you. This a tokken for our friendship and kinship." He then put the stone in Terra problably stuned face.

After all the treasure is wrapped up, are there any preparations you're making before performing the Kadabra ritual?

Heart prepare the ritual in bring up Nathan/@Dragonstrike father humanity. He has Moltres Egg with him. "This last push might be enough to restore him completely. Hold my hand Nathan. With your help, and the energy of the sword plus Moltres Egg, we might break Marco curse. Once and for all. Do you trust me on that old friend?"

"See ya there, Mesprit."

Nothing much more that needs to be said right now.  Time to return to whence he came and make some final preparations for the coming struggle.

-----------------------------------------------------

Assuming Nathan is able to return safe and sound, he'll retrieve the Mesprit card and gather up his share of the loot.  (The Metagrossite, 11 unidentified Mega Stones (Shiva picked out 11/30, Terra got 8/30), and 4 Colorless Apricorn Balls)

A determined expression adorns his face, a fire in his eyes.  But also, a small smile might be seen sometimes as well.  A confident one.

It's almost time for the final confrontation with Deoxys, and Nathan's a lot more psyched up for it now.

Nathan carefully looks over the device Shiva's showing him.  "It's actually a machine to teach TMs, Shiva.  Since they weren't always standardized and universal, they needed a way to convey the information contained in the items to the pokemon.  Not much value for a trainer by itself.  You'd need an ancient TM from hundreds of years ago to teach anything with it."

He doesn't look as certain about answering whether there's anyone at Telperion University who'd be interested in it.  "...ummmm...probably?  I know Telperion does have a handful of history classes...but...I wouldn't be able to name anyone in particular...the museum in Cress would probably be interested in it too, though.  Professor Laurelin is an archaeologist, after all."

Nathan chuckles and shakes his head when Shiva inquires about getting a Key Stone from the League.  "...we're about to save the region, possibly even the world, from Deoxys, and you need me to put in a good word for you with the League?  Fine, fine.  I was going to do so anyways after all of this, really.  The League guards them just as jealously as Sarimanok did, but I think after everything we've been doing, we're gonna be pretty high on that list of people they can trust with that kind of power."

He frowns when Shiva asks where Sarimanok's body might be, though.  "...don't know.  He was executed by the League after he was dethroned, and the location of his burial sight is a closely guarded secret.  Can't have people desecrating his grave for any reason."

@Spiritmon

Nathan will absolutely help Heart with that, no matter how small the task.  Gallade, as stated previously, will also set up a Lucky Chant to help increase the odds of success.

(OOC, another thing you could do mechanically to increase the odds of success is spend some Will on adding successes.  You should have 12 right now thanks to the Eye since you've got Celebi's blessing.  I'm not sure if Nathan could spend any Will to help since he isn't conducting the ritual directly, unfortunately.  If he can, he absolutely would, though!)

10 in fact. But I will use a Will Point to increase chances of success.

Celebi's blessing increased the Will cap to 12 for those who received it.  I made especially sure to note that down, and Shiva and Heart received all the same benefits that Nathan did. So Heart and Shiva should both currently have 12 Will (before any is spent).

Do you have a goal in mind for what that would do?

I think Spira would definitely find plenty of spirits here to connect with. The connection to the Ghost World is unusually thin here.
Not really, but let's try straight up channeling the ghosts, similar to a medium.

With Gallade softly humming, and Heart waving the Moltres Egg around and drawing symbols around Marco's Kadabra form, a relative hush falls over the fortress. Suddenly the symbols start glowing with purple energy, and rearrange themselves into the images of spoons and bits of Kadabra's body. The yellowy Pokemon features fall away, trapped in the little bits of MSC Heart is sprinkling everywhere. Bit by bit, familiar human traits come into view, until, at long last, Marco Warren stands in the center of the "magic" circle. Still dressed for exploration. As the ritual completes, he collapses to the floor, but you see the light come on in his eyes. His Pokemon rush to his side and help him up, then respectfully part as he turns. They form an aisle between Marco and Nathan, and the older man stumbles painfully to his long-lost son.

Marco Warren embraces Nathan Warren at last.

Heart, being connected through the ritual, is filled with a share of their emotions at this reunion, and tears come unbidden to your eyes, difficult to choke back. You feel an incredible sense of pride at breaking such a difficult curse, too - no one has ever done it before!

And Nathan eagerly returns that embrace, rushing forward at speeds that seem to dwarf even what he's usually moving at.

Nathan has no words right now as he hugs his father tightly. He doesn't need them yet.  Much like Heart, he's got tears of joy in his eyes.

Forget any other troubles that are happening right now.  This is the first time Nathan's seen his dad in three years.  Nathan doesn't know how long this moment is lasting, nor does he care. It can't last forever, obviously, but Nathan is going to enjoy it while he can.

His family's finally going to be reunited again.  It'd be hard for him to feel any happier.

Channeling ghosts, you say?

(2)(1)(6)(3)(3)(2) (2)(4)(6)(4)(4)(6) (5)(3)

There's no shortage of ghosts here. You receive random whispers from a huge variety of spirits, rather than one strong communication from one spirit. You hear words of temptation and bargaining, which you know better than to pursue. You hear the location of a few strong Ghost Pokemon, if you ever come back here. You hear the name of Sarimanok on thousands of ethereal tongues. You hear screams and cries of the new League as Sarimanok cut them down, repeated for eternity. Too many shattered bodies buried in silt and blood instead of pine. Half of Sarimanok's servants perished when his castle began sinking, innocents he let die without a second thought as he focused all his attentions on the insurgents.
