Okay, thank you for that clarification, I'll do just that! I also got a better idea for what Pangoro will do, but will have to think what to do with Kyuu or what to send out instead. For now though, it's sleeping time.

I will try to revive Quetzal to act as a Shield to Nathan. Even within his base Form, Quetzal size might be enough to at least block Deoxys attack on Nathan.

Unless you use a Max Potion on him, Quetzal's probably dead if he takes another PDD.

@Iron, can I at least use a Full Restore on Quetzal to at least he did not die if takes another PDD?

So in other words, this boils down to the 3 options I listed because only the Helm, Evasions, and borderline/actual PD stuff is going to get us through this Round because Deoxys is too dang fast for anything else to possibly have an impact.

...well, at least it gives me a better idea of what to do for my orders.  Just one more question, though, @Iron:

If someone were to use FLY, would Deoxys be able to hit them in the semi-invulnerable state?

Only if he knows an attack that normally would.

You can if you wait to order him onto the battlefield until the second turn.

Still, that gives me an idea to buy some time.  Could Nathan grab onto Luna as she starts up her FLY, or could she grab ahold of Nathan? That way, Deoxys doesn't even have a chance to strike at Nathan unless it knows the correct move.

And in the event said plan goes awry, could another FLY user (like Charizard or Skarmory) catch Nathan before he hits the ground?

Those should all be fairly easy. Sounds like an Athletics roll.
